Living in a Tornado Alley

Wikipedia stock
Living in a tornado alley is an experience not for the faint of heart. Every week during hurricane/tornado season, which was pretty much nine months out of the year, the sirens went off weekly. The best thing the small southern town did was to invest in loud enough sirens so that nobody would be caught unaware of impending potential disaster and were able to hide in a safe place like a shelter or a bathtub.

Trailers were shaken and rattled from their tied foundations like cheap carnival rides that needed urgent repairs. Some became easily airborne before they were smashed into smithereens.

At first, we automatically hid inside the tornado shelter in the garage which, in retrospect, was not such a good idea. It had thick walls that would withstand a lot of wind power but there was a water heater in the dark, dank room with not much fresh air coming from the garage through the slats of the very thick and heavy wood door. It gave us a false sense of protection, I suppose, since we could easily be subjected to scalding water if the house would be damaged.

So, we started “hiding” into the basement where at least we had a couch to sit down on and bookshelves with magazines and my collection of books. But it was dark, and electricity was always the first thing to go. I never bought a generator; it was something we could not afford to have - too expensive for the budget of a single parent and teacher.

The power would go out on a dime and we suffered various levels of misery – extreme heat or extreme cold, depending how hot or how cold was outside. The temperatures inside would reach unbearable levels in August and terrible wet and icy levels in early spring or late fall.

We started out with 16 majestic tall pines that the previous owner and builder had planted in the 1950s and, in the span of fifteen years we had lost all but one to various hurricanes, tornadoes, and straight line winds.  These fallen sixty-foot trees blocked the entire cul-de-sac, our and neighbors’ yards and required serious clearing intervention.

During Katrina, the entire street was blocked by significant debris and cranes had to extricate a passage for people to be able to get out. The roots stood high in the air and left huge craters behind after being completely pulled up like weeds by the unimaginable force of the wind.

We were grateful to out of state cleaning crews, food and water trucks from local churches and neighboring Mennonites, who would show up with axes and chainsaws and start clearing and cleaning, cutting lumber, piling it up out of the way, and bringing a hot meal and bottled water long before the first FEMA trucks pulled in.

We could only imagine the additional devastation in flood areas like Louisiana where the water surge would inundate homes up to the ceiling and having to deal with the destruction of everything they ever owned being covered and destroyed by mud and mold.

And the people who survived by some miracle the devastating winds were shocked to discover that their homes disappeared completely from the face of the earth and they found themselves only in possession of the clothes on their backs. Digging through the muck sometimes brought out a serendipitous family photograph that somehow was spared and was left behind. The concrete foundations of their former homes were the only physical evidence that the homes had ever existed in the first place.

After days of not being able to shower, going to the temporarily opened gyms for a shower became a blessed luxury. Finding a room in a local hotel that finally had power and being able to sleep in comfort again made us appreciate that much more what we had before the power went out for days and weeks at a time.

The harder to fill huge craters in the yard and the feeling of desolation made life that much more depressing. It took its toll on our next-door neighbor who, after two weeks of darkness, no heat, and living in his house like a mole, took his own life in his bedroom.

It was so sad that none of us knew what he was going through, he did not choose to share his misery and despair with the rest of us, perhaps we might have been able to save his precious life. We were all trying to survive within the confines of our limitations. People seldom realize how quickly everything crumbles like a house of cards without power, heat, A/C, water, and food.

We lost count how many times the entire content of our freezers and refrigerators spoiled after days without power, how many shorted television sets, microwaves, and other electronic devices we had to replace, items struck by lightning or burned out by power surges. We replaced three air conditioning units crushed by fallen debris and large trees and four roofs in an eighteen-year period.

Once we were shopping at the tiny local mall, three miles from our house, when all the windows blew out by straight line winds. Another time I was driving on the highway and was blown over on the other side of the road like a tiny toy. Luckily, there were no other cars in sight to cause a crash.

If a tornado hit or skimmed our town while it was cold outside, the house would become freezing cold fast. No number of blankets or clothes would keep us warm. We even tried to foolishly warm up with the outdoor grill which we brought inside. With no fireplace, the fumes were too much to bear, and we gave up, opening doors to air the house which made it that much colder.

The campus where I worked was hit twice quite hard. Several buildings were damaged, and a couple had to be demolished. With each tornado, more magnificent magnolia trees were uprooted, trees that had been there for generations. A dormitory was hit while students were huddling in their bunks and were missed by dangerous and lethal flying debris like pieces of lamp posts, impaling their beds or living quarters by mere inches from their bodies.

During sudden freezes, following a heavy rain, power lines would snap like bread sticks, and, aside from the treacherous and slippery roads, we had to contend with live wires on the ground, and miserable cold temperatures inside. God’s saving grace was that we still had our lives and the homes were still standing.

The ominous dark clouds, high winds, and driving rain or hail were always replaced by beautiful blue skies and sometimes rainbows, shining light over swaths of devastation that had obliterated people’s lives and sometimes their very existence.  And the memory and psychological desolation of those devastating times is still painful to this day.

Steve McCann Quote from the American Thinker

“I know that many liberals are confused, and that they suppose there are various alternatives before them.  But it isn’t true.  At this point, most of the alternatives that existed a few years ago are gone.  Liberals will have to choose between two alternatives: either they will submit to the Marxists, and help them bring democracy in America to an end.  Or they will assemble a pro-democracy alliance with conservatives.  There aren’t any other choices.

The only viable option is a pro-democracy alliance which means the re-election of Donald Trump and control of both Houses of Congress by the Republicans in November.

America Stands in the Way of Global Governance

Whether we have global green religion or a socialist one world government, or a communist global governance, the end result will be the same – the foundation that guides globalists will be vastly different from the foundation that guides America, the U.S. Constitution.

The Declaration of Independence states that “… All men are created equal … endowed by their Creator, with certain unalienable Rights … to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness …”

But globalists think differently, freedoms and rights are granted by politicians.  The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 2, states that “Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration.”

According to the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution we have freedom of speech, assembly, and religion. At least we did until the all-powerful tech giants decided to censor conservatives on all their social media platforms.

Globalists, on the other hand, wrote in the U.N. Covenant on Civil and Political Right, Article 19, “Freedom of expression may be restricted as approved by law.”

Our Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution states that “Private property shall not be taken for public use without just compensation.” Eminent domain abuses such powers under the guise of development for the public good. Private property is indispensable to a free market capitalist economy.

Globalists see private property as the source of evil and must be prohibited. The U.N. Conference on Human Settlements of 1976 states that “Private ownership of land contributes to social injustice; public control of land use is indispensable.” Land use and property rights are also addressed in U.N. Agenda 21/2030.

Communist dictators from socialist countries have confiscated their citizens’ private property in order to make everything equal, equally miserable and poor. They nationalized factories, confiscated land, wealth, and homes. They vilified people who owned property as the “bourgeoisie,” fomenting hatred among those who did not own property.

Mao, Castro, Ceausescu, Stalin, and other socialist/communist dictators destroyed the middle class because it owned property – land and real estate. In some countries farmers and urban property owners were executed to frighten the rest into submission, and others were sentenced to hard labor in gulags, building roads and railroads, and excavating ore in mines in order to pay for their sins of bourgeois ownership.

For the longest time, the American government “derived its power from the consent of the governed.” Lately huge changes have taken place and the government bureaucracy at all levels, local, state, and federal, along with Congress have taken dictatorial powers without the consent of the governed under the guise of doing what is good for the “collective.”

Collective, of course, is a communist code word for we tell you what to do and you obey. That is exactly what global governance believes, that “the governed derive their freedoms from the consent of the government."

To prove the veracity of such a statement, watch what the local, state, and federal government are forcing us to do, locking down healthy people, forcing healthy citizens to wear face masks indefinitely, throwing them in jail for non-compliance, fining them, refusing them entry to grocery stores, malls, and medical clinics, and destroying small business and the economy for a minute percentage of casualties from a virus deemed a “pandemic,” forbidding doctors to prescribe potentially healing drugs that have been in use for 65 years, and pharmacists to dispense them under the threat of losing their medical and pharma license, firing doctors who actually cured many patients with drugs the government disapprove of, while censoring scientific data because it does not agree with the government narrative. This has never before happened in America on such a huge scale.

As the late Henry Lamb said in 2010, “In developed nations, the war against freedom means removing from individuals the freedom to do and say whatever they wish in the pursuit of their own happiness, and the freedom to choose the people who have the authority to make laws.  This war is waged with the counterfeit threat of cataclysmic global warming which requires global coordinated action. It is waged with trade agreements, treaties, and propaganda. It is wage with guilt-laden finger-pointing at America’s prosperity as the reason the rest of the world is in poverty.”

The war against our freedom is waged by the United Nations, its myriad of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and global communists with large endowments and billions to burn for their cause, paying and using useful idiots within each country to create havoc and betray their own history and Constitution under the guise of fighting fascism and desiring to install socialism.

And they claim, they don’t want the socialism that has failed in all of the countries where it has been tried for decades and resulted in utter rejection by their citizens who lived in abject poverty and subjugation, after millions have lost their lives.

As Dinesh D’Souza points out in his recent book, these wannabe socialists promise everything on Earth on the condition that “… you are expected to give up your ownership of yourself, including your right to keep what is yours, your personal autonomy and dignity and your independence of mind.” This is just another “lust for power,” in which “socialism is the ideology of thieves and tyrants.” (United States of Socialism, Dinesh D’Souza, pp. 9-11)

D’Souza proposes that the American socialists, who added identity politics (Latino, black, Asian, Pacific Islander, disabled, LGBTQ) to their platform, with the social justice component, should call their movement “identity socialism.”

The young and old Americans who actually desire socialism express their desire to be taken care of by the daddy government, a desire of dependency that is stronger than the desire to be free.
I have actually been told by older relatives, who now live free of socialism and the Communist Party, that they wished to return to the country before the 1989 revolution, because today, they have to take care of themselves and it is hard.

In the old socialist country, the Communist Party took care of them and paid them an equal but miserable salary regardless of work participation and effort. And that satisfied them that they did not have to struggle and work. They did not have freedom but they had equality of result – they all were paid the same regardless of effort, skill, and education. The country was ruled by constant dictatorial decrees that even told them how much food they could consume per day and were given rations accordingly.

Non-governmental organizations have spread around the world indoctrinating disaffected populations and youth to start a new revolution under the banner of “#resist.” They are socialists advocating the same old failed system but using repackaged old slogans, promising free technology, an easy life, free education, homes, a guaranteed income, free health care, child care, and everything else they desire. It rings hollow as these promises have been made to all the other failed socialist countries around the globe.

Take Poland’s case as an example - Lech Walesa, who is now 76, a shipyard electrician, became the leader of the Solidarity movement in 1980, winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 1983, and President of Poland in 1990. He is still in politics demanding that the government respect the constitution. Why would that be necessary in a post-communist society? Because the communist corruption never went away, it became part of the government under different names and the old guard and their neo communist spawn are still in charge.

Young people in Poland and elsewhere in the former Iron Curtain countries have been indoctrinated into the new socialism that is sweeping the globe. I call it hollow socialism because it is devoid of substance and full of empty promises.

When the Iron Curtain fell, children of survivors of socialism/communism have gone to school in the west on Soros and other leftist-founded scholarships. They are beholden to his philosophy of the new world. His NGOs stepped in and wrote the school textbooks to match his philosophy of the new world order predicated on environmentalism and socialism.

Young Polish women have rallied around the global feminist movement and environmentalism just like in the west and are #resisting the people who are fighting political corruption and communism.

The Polish progressive movement came up with the slogan, “Women and Earth have too much to bear.” It is not a coincidence that their Manifa, spring march in Gdansk, copied the western model and advocated for the feminist movement and environmentalism, carrying LBGTQ flags. Globalists made sure that the movement spread across the globe, carrying the same signs and the same message.

If one is still deluded that socialism works if it is tried the “right way” or by the “right people,” look at Cuba today – it oozes poverty out of the pores of every decaying building under the leadership of the tyrant comrade Castro; look at Venezuela today, with the richest oil reserves, yet it cannot feed its people; and look at North Korea and the starvation of its people. Photographed from space at night, North Korea looks like a black hole – there are no lights at all, just complete darkness. And last, but not least, look at the mass poverty in the cities in America that have been run by a socialist Democrat government for decades – they resemble third world nations.

What Did President Trump Do to the Post Office?

Photo: Ileana Johnson 8/29/20
Photo taken in the Ripley's Believe or Not
Museum in Williamsburg, Virginia
What did President Trump do to the post office that the bureaucracy that’s been losing money for decades has not done to itself?
Let's look at it logically:
1. When was the last time you actually wrote a letter to any of your relatives and they answered back? That is a lot of postage and mail that the post office no longer delivers because we communicate via text, email, and facetime.
2. Are there many people left who still write a check to pay bills that requires sending by mail and purchasing a stamp?
3. How many people choose to have packages sent by USPS when FedEx and UPS are so much faster?
4. Why pay the post office when you can have the packages delivered and returned to Amazon or other retailer for free?
5. Are Democrats that dense and cannot see that the postal service has to reduce drop off boxes and remove them from places where nobody places letters inside anymore and the boxes are always empty? Don't they realize that those USPS truck use up a lot of gasoline and spew a lot of pollution into the air? Why not remove 15,000 unused mail boxes?
6. The post office always allocates its yearly funding first to the pension fund, years in advance.
7. I guess, it is more politically convenient and expedient to blame President Trump for the changing times and the changing financial fortunes of the post office.
8. No, Nancy Pelosi, we do not need your Democrats cheating through mail in voting. You can put your masks on and go vote in person. You don't seem too worried about thousands of your protesting black shirts who may or may not wear masks but they sure are well armed.
9. Due to the Democrat lockdown that has destroyed so many mom and pop and other mid-sized businesses, we no longer receive any volume of advertising, coupons, or catalogs through the mail. J.C. Penney and Sears are gone and so are their voluminous catalogs. We grew up with those and we used them to order everything from rakes to Christmas ornaments and they all arrived with the post office truck. Very few catalogs arrive through the mail anymore. People order online. Businesses adapted and streamlined. Some no longer have catalogs at all.

Schools of Leftist Learning

An elementary school class under socialism/communism
Photo: 1965

My first encounter with the daunting public school education system was in a little town in the deep south where I applied to be a substitute. To my surprise, the principal of the local high school told me that they could not “take just anybody off the street,” one had to have a teaching license to be a substitute, just having a degree would not suffice.

As I learned much later, most substitutes were generally glorified babysitters who did not really engage the students academically. They just passed worksheets assigned by the absent teacher and tried valiantly to deal with the behavioral problems of unruly students.

Undeterred, I asked the Superintendent of the small public school system and I got the same answer. I checked to see if a teaching license was required and I got several different answers. This was 1979, the year Jimmy Carter’s Department of Education was established when our public school education began its decline, reaching bottom with Common Core.

Perhaps the administrators believed that a person coming from a communist country could not possibly teach American students any values or history worth learning and were afraid that I might warp their minds with communist indoctrination.

Since I fled communism and had not been indoctrinated at all, I resigned myself that I was not educated enough to be a substitute in their public schools. I had met some of the “licensed” teachers and I was not impressed at all with their overall knowledge and lack thereof.

A 2010 ranking by the U.S. News and World Report placed the following schools of education in the top ten of all graduate colleges of education in the U.S.:  Peabody College (Vanderbilt University), Teachers College at Columbia, Harvard, Stanford, University of Oregon, Johns Hopkins, University of California (Los Angeles), Northwestern (Chicago), University of Wisconsin-Madison, and U.C. Berkley.

In case you wondered where many public school teachers learned their “forward” methods of teaching, their “expert” craft, Marxist ideology, and where textbooks and ever-changing methodologies like Common Core came from, you get an idea from the list cited.

The schools of education around the country indoctrinate future teachers who in turn propagandize socialism and Marxism to our students and degrade the education system with the Common Core methodology and all its ancillary materials.

Then I had my first encounter with higher education in 1982 when I started taking classes at the nearby university and I was shocked to learn that many of my professors who were well prepared in their subject areas, were also not just highly liberal, but some were rabid Marxists. The administration was not yet in bed with communism as they did not give me credit for the mandatory Scientific Socialism classes I attended under the communist school system.

I was surprised at the high concentration of liberals among academia, professors who worshipped at the foot of Marx and Lenin. The campus was pretty much a socialist enclave where English professors adored deviant behavior and discussed it at nauseam in their classes.

We could not express anti-communist opinions or anything else that was divergent from the college professor’s stated opinions. Students were bullied into submission. They knew that there would be serious consequences to grades and student standing.

Even though there is not one person who has all the right answers, college professors put themselves on narcissistic pedestals on the conference circuit around the country, awarding each other titles and meritorious plaques, letting everyone know that they are the ultimate source of suitable information and, if you have someone else’s opinion, it is not worth having.

I thought, whatever happened to the campus being a place to freely exchange ideas, for polite discourse, examination, and arriving at solutions to a problem?

The darling professors are protected by an old system of tenure which assures them that they can never be fired no matter how outrageous their behavior, what they teach, and how they teach it. The tenure system assures them that they can be activists and teach our children to hate America, its history, and even hate themselves, and still keep their jobs.

This disease called tenure began in America sometime in the late nineteenth century, modeled after a much earlier German tenure system. It was necessary then as industrialists’ ideas (they financed many universities) and the liberal and populist professors’ ideas diverged. That reality is long gone but tenure still exists today.

A professor should be free to discuss politics and philosophy at appropriate times and in appropriate places but all sides of the discussion should be allowed to interject. That is when learning occurs. Bringing up politics in classes with subject matters that do not involve politics is inappropriate.

In addition to student Marxist indoctrination, universities have become enclaves of intolerance and self-selection. Committees choose mostly applicants who believe the same as they do. Consequently, politically conservative professors seldom get hired or tenured by a committee of like-minded liberals. In Ivy league schools, a mere 13 percent of the faculty is libertarian or conservative.

There are many other important reasons why our colleges and universities have become “institutions of leftist learning.” To undo the damage done to our children, universities should end tenure, end the self-selecting committees, abolish the Department of Education, and fire teachers who discuss politics in subject areas that have nothing to do with politics.  Professors must teach students how to think objectively, not what to think, echoing the professor’s beliefs.

It is sad when a student has to agree with the professor’s social and political views in order to get a good grade in class. Students are not there to get a diploma in social justice activism. They are there to learn real American history, science, mathematics, engineering, subjects that will lead to an employable and useful profession. Otherwise, the college diploma is worthless and students are better served in a trade school.

Cancel Trump and the Great Reset of the Globe

“The main obstacle to a stable and just world is the United States.”  -  George Soros

A socialist once said, “never let a crisis go to waste,” and it seems that the Covid-19 pandemic has offered such an unprecedented crisis that the globalists will gladly utilize to finally eliminate the U.S. as the only roadblock left to implementing their one world government goals.

Since at least half of the country agrees with the Democrats and their globalist plans, the only person left in the way which represents the other half of America that must be “persuaded” by any means necessary that one world government is best for the collective, is President Donald J. Trump.

Come November, the globalists are giddy at the prospect that he is going to lose the re-election by any means necessary provided conveniently by a viral flu which has spread across the planet.
When would globalists ever have another such serendipitous crisis and opportunity to turn 330 million American people into frightened subjects willing to lock themselves in their own homes for the foreseeable future and wear ineffective masks indefinitely?

We went from ’14 days to flatten the curve,’ to house arrest until we accept world communism with few protestations. We went from masks to constant media produced public service announcements (PSAs) playing on every station and website. The globalist and the domestic Left convinced its brainwashed sycophants that Donald Trump caused everything and even a paid rioter would be better president than he.

In a bizarre life imitates art category, a 2003 show called the “Dead Zone” played an episode in which the cast of characters were trying to deal with a viral pandemic caused by the Corona virus. The symptoms were eerily like the Covid-19 viral pandemic. The officials in the show locked down the affected area, quarantined everyone who encountered the afflicted humans, treated the sick patients with chloroquine, a malaria drug, and managed to save the world from a catastrophe.

Joe Keller remarked, “The only difference between 2003 (the show’s pandemic) and 2020 (our real pandemic) is that the fictious government of 2003 did not suppress the truth, did not ban a medication that has been safe for 65 years, and gave the drug to everybody. And, of course, there were no Big Tech Companies that thought they were God.”

Big Tech has been suppressing the truth and censoring those who dare speak it, i.e., doctors, writers, journalists, average Americans on social media, and even the President of the United States.
The main stream media does not seem to be the least bit curious why during a global pandemic, casualties from Covid-19 have not piled up in third world countries that have no sanitation, cannot “socially distance” their citizens, and are plagued by millions of malaria casualties who are treated with chloroquine.

The “cancel culture” movement has disposed of all celebrities, politicians, and any person with a job who has held a divergent opinion from the politically correct one of the left, a suppression of speech corrupt academia has been inculcating into their pupils and teachers alike for fifty years.

Joe Concha said about cancel culture: “You say something that the woke mob doesn’t agree with and you will be eliminated.” No public apologies, repudiations, and firings have quenched the thirst of the PC war against American decency, morality, and faith. The biggest victims so far are American history and statues of famous Americans accused of white supremacy and racism.

The left catapulted any imaginable accusation, legal and illegal, at President Trump to get rid of him and to install the much-desired Marxist one world government. They blame him non-stop in the media and on any other platform they can find, for creating the pandemic and causing the death of thousands of Americans/. Never mind that it was Democrat governors who denied their citizens any suitable treatment except ventilators, masks, sanitizing everything to death, and the promise of a hurried vaccine.

As it was expected, the left has failed miserably so far, and at great expense to American taxpayers, to “cancel Trump” no matter what they tried.

The globalists at Davos 2021 are giddy at the prospect of “canceling Trump” in November and, come January 26, they will be able to “reset the globe” with the “red” button to fit the ideology and plans they have concocted and refined over the years.

The World Economic Forum (WEF), a non-government organization (NGO), meets annually in Davos, Switzerland, a fashionable ski resort, to discuss the fate of the world. The 2021 theme is “The Great Reset,” for a world with a “sustainable and resilient future” without the U.S. in the way and without Donald Trump. This new social contract will center on “social justice,” the mantra of the Marxist movement.

The 51st WEF will convene in person and virtually, is by invitation only, and is quite pricey to attend ($28,000 per person). Global leaders from government, business, and “civil society and stakeholders” from around the world who subscribe to a one world government, will convene to discuss the fate of seven billion humans. Celebrities, billionaires, President Donald Trump, and even teenage Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg were invited to attend in 2019. https://www.businessinsider.com/what-is-davos-world-economic-forum-conference-2020-1?amp

We are told that The Great Reset is necessary in order to build a new “social contract” that “lives up to the expectations of young people,” deals with the global health crisis, and reveals the “evils of racism and discrimination” and “the lack of equal opportunities and inclusiveness.”

Professor Klaus Schwab, Founder and Executive Chairman of the WEF, said that the globe “must move from shareholder capitalism to stakeholder responsibility…. Covid-19 has accelerated our transition into the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We have to make sure that the new technologies in the digital, biological, and physical world remain human-centered and serve society as a whole, providing everyone with fair access.www.weforum.org

The Great Reset conference will connect with young people (11,000 Global Shapers and alumni) from 420 hubs/cities around the world (Global Shapers Community) for their “highly experienced” input into the future of the world.

What a great transition into global Marxism, using millions of young useful idiots mobilized by leftist “global media and social media networks.”

U.N. Agenda 21 is Close to Full Implementation

When I first became aware of U.N. Agenda 21, two decades ago, I started reading everything I could find and the more I read, the deeper my searches took me – the large  octopus using the environment as an excuse was stretching its tentacles far and wide across the globe. I could hardly believe it myself as I found long documents, conferences, videos of politicians, presidents, and famous people pushing this globalist agenda and passing executive orders to implement it by fiat at all levels of government.

It was shocking that the whole cabal was there in plain sight, yet people accused us of being conspiracy theorists. Even some conservatives spoke of U.N. Agenda 21 in hushed tones and suggested that the only proper mention of it was in context of property rights, yet it is so much more because it encompasses everything we do in our daily lives and in business. https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/outcomedocuments/agenda21

The globalists have made such huge strides that they have morphed the initial 1992 U.N. Agenda 21 into U.N. Agenda 2030. https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/content/documents/21252030%20Agenda%20for%20Sustainable%20Development%20web.pdf

The Democrat [Socialist] Party passed it as the Green New Deal, which is neither green, nor new, nor a deal, on the contrary, it is a total control of our personal and economic lives. https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-resolution/109/text

Using unelected individuals and NGOs tentacles, U.N. Agenda 21 spread across the world at the local, state, and federal government levels like wildfire in the name of green growth, smart growth, with its lynchpin Sustainable Development (SD) and its seventeen goals.

People were caught unaware and suddenly found out that their private property, way of life, development and business models were fundamentally changed by corrupt politicians beholden to these NGOs who devised, developed, and forced communities to adopt their ideas in urban development, real estate, transportation, family, religion, birth rates, housing, food, wealth redistribution, education, welfare, medical care, construction, technology, fuel use, water use, recreation, zoning, agriculture, and everything else that makes our lives and economy what they are, fundamentally transforming societies to fit their environmentalist ideas and Marxist philosophy.

To sum it all up, over time, while we all slept blissfully because we were a free society, we became wards of the United Nation’s octopus and its third world bureaucrats in alliance with powerful billionaires and technocrats. Worst of all, the U.N. used our own taxpayer dollars to accomplish its nefarious U.N. Agenda 21.

The idea of the globalist “interdependence” can be found in many leftist organizations and environmental charters.

Historian Henry Steele Commager, an alleged definer of modern liberalism in America and a persistent fighter against McCarthyism, drafted an alarming document, “A Declaration of Interdependence, which was presented at the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia on October 24, 1975 and then signed on January 30, 1976 at Congress Hall in Philadelphia by several members of Congress and endorsed by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and U.N. agencies. The fact that such a document was signed on our nation’s Bicentennial is even more insulting.

Excerpts are quite shocking:

“Two centuries ago, our forefathers brought forth a new nation; now we must join with others to bring forth a new world order.”

“We affirm that the economy of all nations is a seamless web, and that no one nation can any longer effectively maintain its processes of production and monetary systems without recognizing the necessity for collaborative regulation by international authorities.”

And who might these international authorities be that would control and regulate our monetary systems - United Nations of course and its affiliates. Now we can see more clearly through the precipitous drive to have a cashless economy, supposedly beleaguered by the shortage of coins and dirty paper money and the evolving idea of a one world currency.

U.N. Agenda 21 was one of the documents produced and signed in 1992 at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro by 178 countries. “The Earth Summit produced the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, the Statement of Forest Principles, and Agenda 21. The Earth Summit also led to the establishment of the Convention of Biological Diversity, and the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change.” https://www.encyclopedia.com/environment/energy-government-and-defense-magazines/earth-summit-1992

The David Suzuki’s website states that “The Declaration of Interdependence expresses our values as an organization. It was written for the 1992 U.N. Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, where portions of our declaration were woven into the work of others around the world to form the Earth Charter.” https://davidsuzuki.org/about/declaration-of-interdependence/#:~:text=Declaration%20of%20Interdependence%20The%20Declaration%20of%20Interdependence%20expresses,around%20the%20world%20to%20form%20the%20Earth%20Charter.

The Global Interdependence Center wrote its own Declaration of Interdependence to include among others, the goal to “ESTABLISH A NEW WORLD ORDER of compassion, peace, justice, and security, it is essential that mankind free itself from the limitations of national prejudice, and acknowledge that the forces that unite it are incomparably deeper than those that divide it – that all people are part of one global community, dependent on one body of resources, bound together by the ties of a common humanity and associated in a common adventure on the planet Earth.” https://www.interdependence.org/about/overview-mission/declaration-of-interdependence/

The existence of America as a country is now a “national prejudice” in their view and we must establish a new world order in their Marxist-designed global community for the common good, for the collective.

The Unanimous Declaration of Interdependence was drafted by Cliff Humphrey drawing upon and revising the Declaration of Independence to create in September 1969 what was dubbed as “the founding document of the environmental movement.” Using similar calligraphy and syntax, the one-page paper looked like Thomas Jefferson’s document. http://revolution.berkeley.edu/declaration-of-interdependence/

The National Education Association (NEA) produced in 1976 a social studies curriculum called “A Declaration of Interdependence: Education for a Global Community.” Congresswoman Marjorie Holt (R-MD) described it as “an atrocious betrayal of American independence.” https://files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ED142500.pdf

The first “cardinal premise” of this curriculum as presented on p. 8 of the original document was Global Community explained as “Stressing our relationship as a nation to the other nations of the world and our responsibilities as human beings to the biosphere. Recognizing the concepts of multiethnic, multicultural, and multilingual education in pluralistic societies.https://files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ED142500.pdf

During our Bicentennial celebration of America, the NEA teachers were preparing the ground of fundamentally transforming our country by seeding students with the idea that they are not Americans, but citizens of the world.  “Education in America's third century will be a process of preparing students to be citizens of the world, a world in which this country forms but a part of the whole.” (p. 20) This is how the NEA was saying Happy Birthday to America. https://files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ED142500.pdf

Of the 17 Sustainable Development goals of U.N. Agenda 21, Goal #4 aims to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/content/documents/Agenda21.pdf

Goal #4 is supported by Global Education First Initiative (GEFI). GEFI is focused on “putting quality, relevant and transformative education at the heart of the social, political, and development agendas and generating additional and sufficient funding for education through sustained global advocacy efforts of global movement for education.” https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/content/documents/211617%20Goals%2017%20Partnerships.pdf

In case you wonder why our country is turning so unpatriotic, anti-American, self-hating, and Marxist, look at America’s brainwashed teachers, the academia, the long history of dumbing down of American children’s education, and the destruction of America by the globalist U.N. Agenda 21 which has been implemented quietly in your neighborhood for the last 28 years. The “dumbing down” of America’s education has been accomplished in less than five decades.
