Citizens across the world have been exposed to the implementation of U.N. Agenda 21 now Agenda 2030 for several decades without recognizing that their local and regional initiatives were not local, but were decided out of the country with the help of ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives) membership of more than 600 cities in America and implemented at the local level by stakeholders associated with the U.N., none of whom lived or owned property in the affected area. ICLEI - Local Governments for Sustainability
The so-called
stakeholders came with a predetermined plan and convinced (or potentially bribed)
supervisors to agree to their consensus plans. The ideas were presented as if
the citizens had voted and decided upon said plans of development.
Citizens just
knew that something was not right when various issues were suddenly dropped on
their doorstep, serious issues that were affecting their property rights and
the rights to exert control over their lives, homes, and land holdings.
The
stakeholder consensus councils are councils that report to a top council (the
United Nations) and affect a state, a region, a town, a neighborhood, bypassing
elected officials. The main goal is to control business and private citizens by
abolishing private property.
Consensus
agents work to abolish private property by using the ruse of Sustainable
Development to manufacture shortages of natural resources and lands and having
control over all human actions.
Control
is slowly encroaching everything by propagandizing students in schools and
adults in the media, with the goal to construct the same thoughts for all populations.
The
concept of Green Growth in everything aims to herd all Americans into highly
regimented, dense, high-rise urban communities, not unlike what the communists
have done who confiscated the lands, homes, and wealth of all citizens and
moved them into blocs of concrete with high-rise apartments. Smart Growth was
just another semantic deception on the road to daily government serfdom.
Danish
politician Ida Auken authored an essay in 2016, published by the World Economic
Forum (WEF), “Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has
never been better.” In this future people do not own cars, houses, appliances, any
property, and depend on shared services for their needs.
The
stakeholder consensus councils have already decided that citizens are entitled
to Green Energy to save the planet from their destructive behavior. But Green
Energy is inefficient, expensive, unreliable and composed of wind turbines that
chop up millions of birds annually, and solar power panels that are easily destroyed
in a hail or by powerful winds, take away agricultural land from producing
food, and kill birds in flight who are attracted by the heat flux around the gigantic
panels.
If you’ve never been in the situation where
the communist regime cuts off electricity, heat, hot water, and even cold water
in the coldest months of winter, then you are probably happy to pay a lot of
money to install solar panels on high raise apartments, not realizing that a
sunless sky does not produce electricity, or not enough for your needs much
less for a very large economy.
If you
like to camp, go hiking, exploring, kayaking, white-water rafting, boating, and
fishing, you might want to consider the fact that the same U.N. Agenda 21 has implemented
the Wildland Project which eliminates human presence entirely from more than
50% of the American landscape.
Wildlands
Project, now the Wildlands Network was the brainchild of Dave Foreman of the
Earth 1st. Their website shows the map of the “wild ways” where
wolves, bears, and other long-ranging animals are desired to be “reintroduced,”
areas where people live, work, and vacation. The Wildlands Project – North
Western Research Institute
What happens when the much-maligned CO2, the gas of plant life, is captured in pipes underground, crossing farms and towns, pipes that can break and leak massive amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere?
CO2 is not flammable and toxic in small concentrations. “However, when inhaled in high concentrations and in large quantities, it can cause dizziness, unconsciousness, and in extreme instances, death, due to a decrease in the amount of oxygen available for respiration.”
Where would displaced people go? Consensus committees have
already decided that sustainable communities are places where people would be
better controlled in ‘stack and pack’ high rises. Did citizens have an
opportunity to air their dissention over such plans? No, because the plans have
already been set and the people are being “told” what is planned for them. Where We Work — Wildlands
Network - Biodiversity Conservation + Wildlife Crossings
Why
is the United Nations interested in eliminating private property around the
globe? Because they want to control it for the “common good,” also known as
global communism.
In compliance with the Biodiversity Treaty, one of
the three treaties passed in Rio in 1992, rural landowners are having their property
stolen, even though the treaty was not ratified by the U.S. How is it done? Through
the Executive Branch of government. This treaty spawned the Wildlands Project.
Once fully implemented, more than 50% of U.S. land would be returned to the
federal government, “a condition that predates Columbus’s arrival.”
How is land confiscated?
1.
Denying water or grazing rights to farmers and ranchers;
limiting their ability to use pesticides and herbicides, thus forcing farmers
out of business.
2.
Underground minerals are off-limits for development.
3.
Expanding the definition of a wetland thus prohibiting the
development of the land.
4.
Locating an endangered species in the forest and in water.
5.
Direct taking via eminent domain to prevent road building and
other construction.
6.
NGOs dedicated to removing existing roads and preventing the
construction of new ones.
7.
Creating urban boundaries around a town, preventing development
and the establishment of utilities, thus destroying the value of rural lands.
8.
Government declares land as part of a flood plain, forcing
homeowners to give up their land.
9.
Land trusts that allow owners to stay and pay less taxes as long
as they do not modify the terrain in any way unless the holders of conservation
easement contractors on their land approve.
President Obama hurried the land confiscation
through his Executive Order 13575 from 2011 which established the White House Rural
Council. Every federal agency oversees all the food, fiber, and energy needs
for all rural sustainable towns and communities, affecting 16% of the
population. https://www.agenda21course.com/lesson-3-wildlands-project/
The question remains to be asked, did citizens vote
for the stakeholder consensus councils that are changing their lives and
private property ownership fundamentally?
