Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST), Redistribution of Wealth?

Adopted in 1982, the Law of the Sea Treaty was initially named the Third United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS III) developing a set of detailed rules to control the oceans, replacing the 1958 (UNCLOS I) and 1960 U.N. Conventions on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS II). UNCLOS III was joined by 162 countries.

“Negotiated in the 1970s, the Law of the Sea treaty was influenced by the New International Economic Order, a set of economic principles advanced at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in the 1970s and 1980s,” calling for redistribution of wealth to the less developed countries.

President Ronald Reagan rejected the treaty in 1982 because it demanded technology and wealth transfer from developed countries to developing nations as well as adopting regulations and laws to control oceanic pollution. Jurisdictional limits on oceans included a 12-mile territorial sea limit and a 200-mile exclusive economic zone limit. The treaty aimed to regulate economic “activity on, over, and beneath the ocean’s surface.”

Despite the many pros and cons of LOST, in March 2004, the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee recommended by unanimous vote that the U.S. sign the treaty.

Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) opposed the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) on several grounds, including the loss of National Sovereignty. According to Sen. Mike Lee, treaties must represent U.S. economic and security interests.

To ratify a treaty, the President needs two-thirds majority vote from the Senate. To this date, LOST has not been ratified.

The rejection of LOST has not affected our economy and navigation rights. Sen. Lee found the loss of National sovereignty and mandatory dispute resolution included in the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) quite troubling.

The International Seabed Authority (“the Authority”) has the power to distribute “international royalties” to developing and landlocked nations. “So hypothetically, a U.S. company that has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in developing clean and safe deep-sea mining machinery would be forced to give a portion of its profits to countries such as Somalia, Sudan, and Cuba – all considered to be developing nations by ‘the Authority.’” (Sen. Sen. Mark Begich, D-Alaska, supports the ratification of LOST. He believes that this treaty provides rules to oversee future underwater minerals, gas, oil exploration, and shipping on new water routes opened by receding Arctic icepack. Would, however, the Arctic icepack melt be a constant in the future?

According to Sen. Mark Begich, “The United States is the world’s leading maritime power. Only by ratifying the treaty can it protect freedom of navigation to advance our commercial and national security interests, claim extended continental-shelf areas in the Arctic – an area believed to be twice the size of California – as other nations are already doing, and use its provisions to protect the marine environment, manage fisheries and appoint Americans to help resolve disputes.” (The American Legion Magazine)

The January 2026 issue of The American Legion published another article titled, “Lost at Sea, America’s costly absence from the Law of the Sea Treaty.” The writer of the article, John Norton Moore, a former U.S. Ambassador for the Law of the Sea, pointed out the “critical costs of U.S. non-adherence:

1.      Loss of American deep-seabed mining industry and associated jobs, tax revenues, and scientific and technology knowledge.

2.      Loss of ability for the U.S. to shape environmental and mineral recovery rules.

3.      Death by a Thousand Cuts – he believes China undercuts U.S. navigational freedom for the Navya and Air Force.

4.      Loss of the strongest legal basis against Chinese ‘gray-zone’ challenges of Chinese illegal activities

5.      Difficulty cooperating with our allies who are all part of the treaty.

6.      Uncertainty concerning the status of the U.S. ‘extended continental shelf.’

7.      Inability of the U.S. to effectively participate in the most important oceans institutions

8.      Ignoring the U.S. national security community,” including the environmental community.

According to the Heritage Foundation, innocent passage through an area is already protected under “multiple independent treaties, as well as traditional international maritime law.”  Few countries deny passage to the U.S., given its naval superiority. Under the Law of the Sea Treaty, “intelligence and submarine maneuvers in territorial waters would be restricted and regulated.” It is thus not in the national security interest of the United States to ratify this treaty.

The treaty requires policies that regulate deep-sea mining: it requires rules and regulations to control and prevent marine pollution: and requires the control of corporations who cannot bring lawsuits independently. They must depend on the country of origin to plead their case in front of the United Nations’ agency.

“Some proponents of the treaty believe that it will establish a system of property rights for mineral extraction in deep seabed, making the investment in such ventures more attractive.”

President Reagan objected to the principle of the “Common Heritage of Mankind,” which dictates that marine resources belong to all humanity and cannot be exploited by one nation.

To redistribute the wealth, the UN “Authority” must regulate and exploit mineral resources by asking companies to pay an application fee and to reserve an extra site for the Authority to “utilize its own mining efforts.”

A corporation must also pay an annual fee and up to 7% of its annual profits and share its mining and navigational technology. Mining permits are granted or withheld by the “Authority” which is composed of mostly developing countries. (Heritage Foundation)

“Article 82 of the Convention: “Payments and contributions with respect to the exploitation of the continental shelf beyond 200 nautical miles.” If the U.S. accedes to UNCLOS, it will be required pursuant to Article 82 to transfer royalties generated on the U.S. continental shelf beyond 200 nautical miles (nm)—an area known as the “extended continental shelf” (ECS)—to the International Seabed Authority. These royalties will likely total tens or even hundreds of billions of dollars over time. Any kind of maritime dispute, fisheries, environmental protection, navigation, and research, must be resolved under this treaty through mandatory dispute resolution by the UN court or tribunal which limits autonomy. Disputes should be resolved by U.S. courts. (Heritage Foundation)

The GOP has passed a resolution on January 14, 2012, exposing United Nations Agenda 21 as “a comprehensive plan of extreme environmentalism, social engineering, and global political control that was initiated at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED).” 

“According to the United Nations Agenda 21 policy, national sovereignty is deemed a social injustice.” United Nations treaties and programs want to force “social justice” through wealth redistribution from developed nations to third world countries.

The United States’ provisional participation in LOST expired in 1998. Would the ratification of another treaty that has the potential to further chip away at our national sovereignty be a clever idea?

 

U.S. Withdrawal from U.N., a Move Too Late?

Sen. Mike Lee of Utah is spearheading a proposal to exit the U.N. to protect “national sovereignty and fiscal accountability.” The DEFUND Act was introduced in the Senate on Thursday, the first such move since U.N.’s founding in 1945. The United States of America is a founding member and a permanent member of the U.N. Security Council.

“No more blank checks for the United Nations. Americans’ hard-earned dollars have been funneled into initiatives that fly in the face of our values, enabling tyrants, betraying allies, and spreading bigotry,” Lee said.

DEFUND would repeal the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 and the U.N. Headquarters Agreement Act, ceasing “all forms of U.S. financial support” to the United Nations.

What arts and culture have to do with transportation is an interesting question. It is classical indoctrination into outcomes that United Nation’s affiliate NGOs have already decided for your community, town, city, region, and state.

This NGO focuses on three priorities: climate change and resilience, advancing racial equity, and creating healthy communities, goals also stated by the U.N. Agenda 2030. “It involves itself with housing, zoning, planning, land use, economic development, and others.”

NGOs insert themselves into your communities, town, cities, and states affecting what you do, how you live, how you work, where you shop, where you vacation, where you build, everything you do under the guise that they know what is best for you and you have agreed to it even though you have never voted these people into office. They come with money, often from the U.S. taxpayers, money that is hard to refuse when a community struggles with problems and funding.

The Marxist Foxes in the Henhouse

The Marxist Foxes have been in our henhouse for a long time. Most people were not aware or listened to Hollywood vilifying Joe McCarthy by calling everyone admitting the existence of communism among us as McCarthyism – a dirty word in the world of leftist political correctness (PC) promoted heavily by the media, educators, and academics alike. In this atmosphere of public indoctrination, the new world order (NOW) thrived.

Woodrow Wilson’s famous Fourteen Points, the last of which called for the creation of the League of Nations (1920), was written by Colonel Edward Mandell House. This League of Nations ceased to exist on April 20, 1946, when it handed all its assets to the United Nations. “

Less than a month after Pearl Harbor, Roosevelt issued a ‘Declaration of United Nations.’”  The U.N. introduced in 1961 a Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World which planned to transfer all nations’ military power to the U.N. which would have only police power. The idea of a global military power under the U.N.’s control failed, and the global governance/new world order was redesigned.

The new design was the U.N. Agenda 21/Agenda 2030, using climate change control as a weapon for everything. The lynchpin became Sustainable Development (SD), the transfer of wealth from rich nations to poor nations, and the destruction of western capitalism. The accidental travelers of the climate change industry were more than happy to undersign and follow this process.

Dr. Robert Muller developed the World Core Curriculum based on James Lovelock’s Gaia Hypothesis, the idea that “earth itself is a living organism, the giver of life, that every species is equal in value; and that both animate, and inanimate objects have rights.” Textbooks and television shows are promoting this idea to students across the U.S.

As bizarre as this sounds, Muller claimed that “every species is a cell in the global organism and that the evolution of the United Nations represents the development of the earth’s brain.”

Less than a month after the creation of the United Nations, UNESCO was formed in 1945, with its first director at the helm, Julian Huxley. Julian, an evolutionary biologist, was Aldous Huxley’s brother, the author of Brave New World.

The very first project of UNESCO was to teach the world’s educators how to indoctrinate their students to be citizens of the world. Students were taught that “nationalism was bad and had to be replaced with the idea of world citizenship.”

The United Nations has devolved from being the peacekeeper of the world into something else, with a myriad of NGOs. For a long time, U.S. presidents have appeased and allowed communist tyrants and other dictatorships in the United Nations as allies and pacified them with financial help.

Thus, the scourge of communism was never really defeated in 1990 as stated by the media, historians, and other colluding organizations. The taxpayers unwittingly assisted its move across the Atlantic to the United States where it took solid roots and started growing like a wildfire.

H. W. Bush’s New World Order is now in the last stages of implementation thanks to the United Nations and its NGOs funded by U.S. taxpayers. The U.N. is also aided by the Fifth Column in America which is sympathetic to and collaborating with our enemies.

Ever since Cecil Rhodes established The Secret Society in 1891, a group of highly influential individuals who shared his vision, and Edward M. House formed The Inquiry in the U.S., the fate of the world was sealed.

Upon Cecil Rhodes’ death, Alfred Milner took over and the group was renamed the Chatham House Gang because they bought the Chatham House where they met.

Edward M. House’s group, The Inquiry, became known as the Council on Foreign Relations and the Chatham House Gang became the Royal Institute for International Affairs.

Woodrow Wilson made significant efforts to establish a global association of nations. He “filled his administration with members of the Council on Foreign Relations and they developed his legislative agenda.”

According to Curtis B. Dall, Roosevelt’s son-in-law, “… most of his [Roosevelt’s] thoughts, his political ammunition … was carefully manufactured for him in advance by the CFR-One World money group.” (The Rise of Global Governance DVD, Part 2 at 9:24)

The CFR was so influential that they wrote George W. Bush’s “Security and Prosperity Partnership” which proposed to erase the borders with Canada and Mexico, creating the North American Union, not unlike the creation of the European Union.

The New World Order/Global Governance includes all policies/schemes created by non-elected bureaucrats from international institutions that “… limit the social, educational, financial, and business behavior of individuals, organizations, and companies.” These non-elected bureaucrats form a group who believes that a “benevolent government populated by the enlightened intelligentsia should manage society.”

The other players in this global governance/new world order are the World Economic Forum (WEF), the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderbergers, and the Trilateral Commission.

CFR has a membership of 5,000 with a select group at its core. According to Alex Newman, CFR has a “’corporate membership’ that includes the world’s largest bailed-out mega-banks, Big Oil, Big Pharma, crony capitalists, the military industrial complex, publishing houses, and much of the establishment media.”

U.S. Admiral Chester Arthur, a CFR member for 20 years, wrote in his book, Kissinger on the Couch, that “within the CFR there exists a ‘much smaller group but more powerful … made up of Wall Street international bankers and their agents.’”  This faction is “headed by the Rockefeller brothers.”

The Trilateral Commission is more elite and international, founded in 1973 by the late globalist and self-described conspirator for a one world order David Rockefeller. He was a CFR member since 1941and chair of the board from 1970 to 1985, and honorary chair until his death in 2017 at the age of 101. Bilderberg was founded in 1954 by “former Nazi SS member Prince Bernhard” and met initially at Hotel de Bilderberg in the Netherlands, hence the name. It is a “forum for informal discussions, designed to foster dialogue.” Analysts refer to the Bilderbergers as the secret global government.

According to Alex Newman, each meeting has “between 120 and 150 attendees, most of whom come from Europe and North America, representing every tentacle of establishment power.” The world’s most influential people and useful journalists are invited to attend – “Big Government, Big Green, Big Media, Big Oil, Big Espionage, Big Banks, Big War, Big Internet, Big Foundations, Big Communism, Big Data, and most of the other important ‘Bigs.’” (Alex Newman)

The World Economic Forum (WEF), founded in 1971 by a German engineer, Klaus Schwab, is a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Geneva, Switzerland. It is funded by its 1,000 member companies, each with more than $5 billion in capital, with the goal of “improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic, and other leaders of society to shape global, regional, and industry agendas.”

WEF claims that a globalist world is best managed by multinationals, government, and civil society organizations via initiatives like the Great Reset and Global Redesign. Citizens need not participate as the rich and powerful know best what is good for them.

To achieve the New World Order fully, all of America’s historic principles must be destroyed – borders, sovereignty, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly, the right to bear arms, all divergent opinions, and historical facts.

Covid 19 lockdowns served as a beta test for the New World Order – the controllers wanted to know how far they could push the population in the face of abject fear.

Billionaires and corrupt politicians are working non-stop with other globalists to achieve the New World Order by 2030 with the help of groups of elected and unelected individuals, most of whom work in the shadows.

 

 

The New World Order Morphing into Global Governance

James Gustave Speth, after co-founding the Natural Defense Council in 1971, ran the World Resource Institute, ultimately becoming the head of the U.N. Development Program.

In 1997, Speth said, “Global governance is here, here to stay, and driven by economic and environmental globalization, global governance will inevitably expand.”

Thanks to U.N. Agenda 21 signed by most nations in 1992, and to President Clinton who started its implementation at all levels of government, U.N. global governance has expanded and taken over everything with SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT and its lynchpin, SUSTAINABILITY.

What exactly is global governance? Maurice Strong, with a U.N.-funded Commission on Global Governance, produced a 410-page report, Our Global Neighborhood, with recommendations. It was not defined until 1999: “Global governance is the framework of rules, institutions, and practices that set limits on behavior of individuals, organizations, and companies.” The U.N. claims that global governance is not the same as world government which is ridiculous semantics.

Global governance definition expanded into “policies created by non-elected bureaucrats from international institutions, usually located in Switzerland, who limit the behavior of individuals, organizations, and companies.”

Ever since Cecil Rhodes’ “Secret Society” of 1891, a select group of European monarchs, global billionaires, and other elites believed that society would be best controlled by a benevolent global government made up of “enlightened intelligentsia.”

This philosophy was advanced by organizations such as Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, World Federalist Association, Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, Center for American Progress, and others.

Was the origin of global governance, the wide restrictions on individual freedoms at all levels, the New World Order?

In 1990-1991, following the 1989 collapse of the Soviet Union, the idea of President Bush’s New World Order (NWO) quickly became part of the media lexicon. Bush had “emphasized the New World Order in a nationally televised address and in his official letter to Congress.” He said that he was going “to craft a new world order for the resolution of disputes.”

National Security Adviser Brent Scowcroft termed the NWO a “defining moment in world history.”  Serious thinkers realized that his New World Order (Novo Ordo Seclorum on our dollar bills) was the first step on the road to one world government or global governance.

The New World Order envisioned was developed via United Nations and global corporations. Technocracy, with the extreme global power it has today, did not exist in the 1990s.

David Funderburk, a former Ambassador, wrote at the time that the idea of using United Nations as a New World Order manager was half-baked since the United Nations was a “hotbed of KGB spies and Third World anti-American radicals.”

Thinkers quickly realized that “the old ideas of sovereignty and nationality will be casualties of the New World Order,” while money managers, global corporations, large banks, and other financial power centers will control everything from behind the scenes.

In 1991 David B. Funderburk asked a very significant question in his book, Betrayal of America, if the New World Order will put an end to American sovereignty. This sad reality is unfortunately in development now.

Throughout history, imposing one’s will on other countries and denying nations the right to choose their own system of government by interfering in their affairs and politics has not ended well.

Bush ran with the NWO idea. The League of Nations was probably the initial promoter of the NWO notion, to create a “new global political and economic system to replace the existing one.”

Michael Collins Piper wrote in “Who’s Behind the New World Order” in 1990 that U.N. and its promoters from the Council on Foreign Relations played the main role in Bush’s plans for the New World Order.

Henry Kissinger was a huge advocate for globalism and the one world government/global governance. He said in an interview that the challenge will be to maintain the new balance of power of the New World Order and that peace must be maintained by “global and regional balances of power.”

The New World Order was a major step toward one world government/global governance. The New World Order was not designed to benefit the average, tax paying American, but the elites and the Marxist billionaires.

Nothing about the American way of life would be preserved in the NWO: belief in God, the traditional family, self-worth and dignity, private property, individual liberties, and the representative Constitutional Republic. Instability would be planned and directed by government bureaucrats with cooperation from the media’s disinformation and deception machine.

The Soviets and all their satellites had advocated for a world government under a Communist leadership, but it never happened. The greedy American elites today are advocating the same world government/global governance, and they are succeeding even though it will spell the end of our American sovereignty.

Samuel Francis wrote in The Washington Times, Son of New World Order, on October 24, 1990, “U.N. treaties demand that the United States alter its laws to suit the demands of a foreign political body.” All treaties, conventions, and conferences organized by the United Nations over many decades required the end of national independence.

Mentioned in Francis’ article is a quote by Brian Urquhart, former Under Secretary General for Special Political Affairs at the U.N., “the U.N. should be granted expanded powers to manage vast problems such as global warming, refugees, overpopulation, environmental damage, and the eradication of hunger and disease.” Almost four decades later, it is happening.

Over time, U.S. politicians have complied with the U.N. dictates, while American citizens remained powerless to stop it, including the illegal alien invasion of the last four years. These powers were granted to the U.N. by corrupt politicians.

The end of separate nations governing their own citizens is here, along with the serious damage to western civilization. Global governance by elites who know best what is good for us is threatening our health, survival, and the self-sufficiency of healthy food production is in serious trouble. We don’t need to eat bugs with the dangerous chitin which humans cannot digest.

The existence in the U.N. of Communist tyrants and other dictators ensures that the scourge of Communism will not be defeated, it will be assisted by Americans and transferred across the ocean to America. And this has already occurred with the 2020 successful Marxist coup.

The late Henry Lamb wrote in 2010, “If America is to be free, Americans must rise up and force the government to abandon its quest for dictatorial power and honor the limitations on power set forth in the U.S. Constitution.”

How Was Sustainable Development Introduced?

The lynchpin of U.N. Agenda 2030, originally U.N. Agenda 21, is Sustainable Development (SD) with its 17 SD goals established by the United Nations’ globalist cabal.

The concept of Sustainable Development (SD) was introduced in 1987 at the conference of the World Commission on Environment and Development, chaired by Gro Harlem Brundtland, 29^th prime minister of Norway. She served three terms.

To achieve SD, a vague definition was introduced: “Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.” It is quite vague, leaving room for abuse and constant changes predicated on a hidden agenda - what needs, whose needs specifically, who decides, for how long, and what ability of future generations. It can literally and figuratively be anything the cabal decides in secret. The rest of the world must obey.

The blueprint for SD in 1987 became U.N. Agenda 21 in 1992, signed by 179 nations at the U.N. Conference on Environment and development in Rio. The document was 300 pages long, now more pages have been added.

To “Americanize” this SD blueprint, President Bill Clinton formed the President’s Council on Sustainable Development by Executive Order #12852 on June 29, 1993, with 12 cabinet secretaries, six environmental organizations, i.e., the Nature Conservancy, the Sierra Club, the International Union for the Conservation of Nature, and executives from Enron, Browning Ferris, and S.C. Johnson.

Federal government grants spread Sustainable Development (SD) to all 50 states by creating a huge group of Sustainable Development NGOs (non-governmental organizations) and by giving grants directly to cash starved state and local governments.

The federal grants provided the funding; NGOs provided the leadership; local governments provided the targets for change without the knowledge or vote of the population affected by SD changes.

EPA and other federal agencies awarded “visioning” grants and “challenge” grants to develop a plan of action to transform communities across the country into sustainable development communities.

Universities also received grants dispersed to individual colleges within each university to teach students about SD.

NGOs (non-governmental organizations) received grants to work with local governments to create county-wide or region-wide plans such as Your Town 2024 or Sustainable Your Town or SD Region X, Y, Z Plan.

Visioning meetings developed comprehensive plans which included:

-         Nature preservation

-         Save the wetland

-         Improve the wetlands

-         Restrict development in sensitive areas (they decided what was sensitive)

-         Sustainable agriculture and farming (no fertilizer, no chemicals)

-         Never compromise wetlands or wildlife to the detriment of humans living in the area

-         Preservation of scenic views

-         Designate scenic highways

-         Development must be clustered and high rise

-         Rural village concept (it worked in Sovietized Europe after the Communist Party confiscated all agricultural land)

-         Smart growth, planned developments such as 15-minute cities

-         Walkability, 5 minutes from work, play, and school

-         Increased population density

-         Limit mobile homes

-         Zoning to encourage infill

-         More codes to be enforced

-         Conservation easements on agricultural land (a contract that forbids the landowner to do anything with the land without the NGO’s permission)

-         Sidewalks, bike paths, and walking paths

-         Multi-use trails and corridors that are landscaped

Comprehensive planning in SD cannot be initiated by the landowners but by the local community who are told what they need and want by a coalition of international organizations.

Smart Growth implies Land-Use control by the government:

-         1976 U.N. Conference on Human Settlements “D(1)(d) Governments must maintain full jurisdiction and exercise complete sovereignty over land with a view to freely planning development of human settlements…”

-         1992 U.N. Conference on Environment & Development “7.30(c) Develop fiscal incentives and land-use control measures, including land-use planning solutions for a more rational and environmentally sound use of limited land resources.’

Urban boundary zones appear in comprehensive master plans – municipal services such as water, sewer, fire, and police protection are not provided even though locals pay taxes for such.

Consensus of civil society (who is this civil society always quoted by the U.N. cabal every time they meet in tropical and very expensive locales where they issue new and revised documents and regulations) never includes locals who are affected by these comprehensive plans developed by outsiders.

Farmers know their land and treasure it. They know how to protect their resources because their livelihood depends on it. They don’t need outsiders telling them how to farm and where.

Government-managed societies end in environmental degradation, misuse of resources, greater division of economic classes, and hopelessness for the government-dependent poor. I know because I have experienced it. “Life is always better when people cooperate rather than a few try to dominate and control.”

Global governance using environmentalism as a tool started probably in 1891 when Cecil Rhodes asserted that the entire globe should be governed by the British Empire. How convenient to colonize the entire planet! Which is exactly what the globalist cabal wants to do.

Two weeks after Pearl Harbor Roosevelt used the term United Nations for the first time in his “Declaration of the United Nations.”

At about the same time, Professor Quincy Wright predicted the U.N. when he described in the Baltimore News Post a “Commission to Study the Organization of Peace”. United Nations became everything but an organization of peace.

Rachel Carson, another doomsayer, wrote Silent Spring and her infamous book convinced an entire generation that we are poisoning and destroying the earth.

In my 21^st century America, I hear and see thousands of birds every year in the vicinity of our suburban home. Incidentally, the U.N. Agenda 2030 cabal wants to forbid suburbia while busy cutting down forests to make paper and carboard boxes and burying CO2 pipelines (to mitigate the faux global warming), denying the gas of plant life to billions of trees that need to be replenished after so much paper use instead of the much-maligned plastics.

The real goal of SD is to reduce and control the earth’s population drastically because they are producing too much carbon. How paying a tax for said carbon is going to save the planet and offsetting CO2 production is never explained. But, one of the cabal members spoke openly that those citizens who cannot afford to travel anywhere can sell their potential carbon footprint to those citizens who are rich and can afford to go places and spew more carbon in the atmosphere with their jets and yachts.

Obviously, SD is a huge scam for power and control by the rich globalist cabal. It has nothing to do with the environment. If it did, the rich would be out there cleaning the environment polluted by China, India, and other poor countries that do not have a functioning garbage disposal plan, they use rivers and oceans to dispose of their trash.

If the cabal cared about the environment, they would not pay billions of dollars to spray daily our atmosphere with chemicals and chalk on their belief that blocking out the sun will mitigate the damage done by their global warming/climate change industry. In the process, they are harming mother nature, the weather, the climate, the food, water, and oxygen supply of the planet, killing animals and people.

 

 

 

Land Grab, Return to Feudalism in the 21st Century

Writing about U.N. Agenda 21 document signed by 178 countries in 1992 in Rio, has garnered me the title of “conspiracy theorist,” and worse. No ad hominem attacks have succeeded in derailing me -- our country and future are too important.

The global governance I wrote about in my book, U.N. Agenda 21: Environmental Piracy, has been gradually implemented at all levels of government by executive orders, laws, regionalism, private/public partnerships, land grab and control, invasion of borders, no sovereignty, fiat currency replacement with digital currency, no national language, reduced mobility, water and travel restrictions, smart grids, fossil fuel interdictions and replacement with “green” energy, agricultural tampering, weather modification with cloud injections with toxic particles to mitigate the so-called global warming, population redistribution through mass migration/invasion, IOM-directed open borders, education indoctrination, no suburbia, and many others.

The federal government continues to acquire and control public lands. Already fifty percent of the land in western U.S. and 80 percent in Nevada is owned by the government.

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), mushrooming in the 21^st century nationally and internationally, have bought private land and took it out of use in perpetuity via special contracts with farmers called agricultural conservation easements. Reducing taxation on their private lands in exchange for such conservation easements has been enticing to the farmers who did not realize that they were locking their lands into conservation forever.

Farmers and landowners can no longer do anything on their lands without the approval of the NGO that holds the conservation easement contract.  

Many public and private land areas have been slated for “re-wilding,” a return to nature with no human habitation; other areas have been subjected to the reintroduction of once extinct animals such as wolves, who now kill the ranchers’ cattle.

U.N. Agenda 21, now morphed into U.N. Agenda 2030, requires that every societal decision be made with the environmental impact on global land use, global education, and global population control and migration in mind.

U.N. Agenda 2030 has deemed “not sustainable” most human activities that form our modern civilization: private property, fossil fuels, consumerism, farming, irrigation, commercial and small farm agriculture, pesticides, herbicides, farmlands, livestock grazing, paved roads, golf courses, ski lodges, logging, dams, reservoirs, fences, power lines, suburban living, and the family unit.

Another U.N. driven, international policy initiative, 30x30, calls for the “formal protection of at least 30 percent of land and water by 2030 and eventually 50 percent. The science behind such an initiative is not based on hard scientific data but on computer models which are faulty at best.

The U.S. target is to increase the federal land holdings from 300 million acres to a goal of 30 percent by 2030. To reach that goal, an additional 400 million acres must be taken from private owners. The acquisitions will include national parks, national refuges, wilderness areas, and private lands with conservation easements in place.

Executive order #14008 of July 27, 2021, established that climate crisis is the most important national security issue and we must make sure that a “safe global temperature is achieved.” Nobody explained what a “safe global temperature” is, who decides that number, and how it is evaluated to make sure that number is “safe”? A group of financial analysts decided around 2021 that it was time to make money from securities of natural assets, agricultural land and parks, and the idea of a natural asset company (NAC) was born.

NACs describe their problematic securities as such:

1.     Purpose (unlock the value of natural assets by allowing investors to participate in their management and the ecological benefits); by what metric is this done and who decides; who is then the actual owner of the natural asset? The securities investors or the generational owner with a deed to the land?

2.     Assets covered (marine ecosystem, forests, and agricultural land) How is this not a land grab?

3.     Ecological performance (NACs quantify and monetize natural outputs; treating them like a form of currency. NACs may profit from activities related to conservation, restoration, or sustainable management. Who decides the quantification, how is it done, by what metric, and how is it a form of currency?

4.     Control of Lands (public and private land, land use decision and access to natural resources on that land); sounds like a land grab to me!

5.     Global Impact (how we value and manage our natural resources); who are we?

A Natural Asset Company (NAC) is a security that “holds rights and manages the productivity and ecological benefits of natural assets such as natural forests, marine areas, and farmland.” It is a clear land grab, commercial fishing rights grab, mineral rights grab, mining rights grab, logging rights grab, etc. from the private owners.

Push back from the public squashed the SEC’s proposed rule to approve such a move and the NYSE withdrew the application. In “the fleecing of America’s property rights,” the good guys won the first battle but not the war.

As of now, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the lynchpin of U.N. Agenda 2030, are included in everything and everywhere around the planet. I came to the realization that this agenda is so insidious and so much part of every facet of our society, that it will take a huge miracle to dismantle it.

The already ensconced U.N. Agenda 2030 is regulating and controlling the globe into economic destruction and regression to a feudal society whereby 21^st century humans are beholden to the police state, to the landed, to the water and resources lords, to the globalist government.

The Fundamental Transformation of America

I am not sure how many people paid careful attention to President Obama’s speech in Columbia, Missouri, on October 30, 2008, in which he promised, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America.” The crowd applauded gleefully without realizing that their culture will never be the same again. The crowd applauded gleefully without realizing that their culture will never be the same again. In five days, his election would mark the beginning of the rapid and fundamental transformation of America.

People did not realize that in fifteen years, their country will begin to look more and more like a banana republic ruled by unseen forces, more insidious, and more powerful than any communist regime could have ever imagined, aided by a corrupt Uniparty, its media mouthpiece, and technocrats controlling the masses and their former free speech with the ease of algorithms, buttons, cameras, and the latest electronic gadgets.

But the most successful element of the Marxist coup espoused so boldly by Obama has been the invasion of the country by illegal aliens and the replacement of the voting and taxpaying American citizens with foreign nationals, enemies within and without.

Miseducation and successful indoctrination in public schools and universities have been the primary tools of population change and replacement, the drivers of acceptance to culturally erase an empire and “guiding” everyone into sheepish submission.

Carefully planned and funded invasion by our government and the U.N.’s IOM, under the guise of population migration caused by climate change, put a final nail in the fundamental transformation of the United States of America.

To make sure there are no dissenters, the government implemented a tight policy of DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) across the board. Nobody dared to ask the important questions begging to be addressed in a logical and rational world:

1.     How is diversity making the country better? Did the Roman Empire survive because it was so diverse, composed of people from across many lands, speaking so many languages, people following their own cultures and refusing to learn Latin? Was Roman society progressing because this veritable Tower of Babel inhabited the Roman Empire lands, or was it regressing to pacify the culturally different newcomers who wanted what the Romans had but without the arduous work that made the Empire what it was? The newcomers wanted the spoils, not the Roman culture.

2.     How is equity, equal outcomes for unequal contributions and work, making the country better? How is rewarding those who do not work, never contributed, equal outcomes to those who did work and contributed? Even the Soviet Empire frowned upon those who wanted to live off welfare without working even though able to work but unwilling.

3.     How is forced inclusion going to make our country better? How does “inclusive management” work? Can we just take anyone off the street and make them managers despite their shortcomings, lack of experience, training, and education? Do we want to be operated on by a doctor that was included in the program because he/she represented a certain demographic but lacked in ability? Should we let a pilot fly a plane based on inclusion even though he/she failed the piloting program miserably and keeps crashing the simulator planes?

How exactly are the millions of illegal aliens, flown and bussed to sanctuary cities in the U.S., going to make our American society better when they refuse to learn English and form identical cultural clusters around each other, replicating the cultural conditions, crime, and the drug cartel-controlled societies they migrated from?

Americans do not appear curious about the invasion of immigrants with which they are being replaced. The vast and carefully planned migration is orchestrated and facilitated by their own government and by the United Nations’ International Office for Migration (IOM) and paid via many non-governmental organizations (NGOs) funded by our government. But Dr. Brett Weinstein, a biologist, was curious enough to travel with his wife to the Darien Gap to see for himself what was happening.

The Darien Gap is a 60-miles disruption of impenetrable jungle across the border between Colombia and Panama in the continuous stretch of the Pan American Highway which runs from Prudhoe Bay, Alaska to the southern tip of South America. The highway runs through dense jungles, tundra, and deserts.

The 60-mile stretch is such an unforgiving mountainous terrain, a continental divide that, without proper training, preparation, and guide, anybody is in grave peril. The migrants are exposed to robberies, rape, hypothermia, falls on slippery ground, constant wetness, trench foot, and death. Without a support system, many die in the Darien Gap and some migrants step over dead bodies. Yet 520,000 migrants have crossed the Darien Gap in 2023.

Dr. Weinstein believes that the massive invasion of people is both migration and invasion. The actual trek starts in Ecuador (it does not require a visa) where foreign nationals arrive by plane. All South American countries have stringent immigration controls and laws and enforce their borders but allow these migrants to cross their territories.

The men, mostly military age, are loaded onto buses, are waved on through to transit camps by all other countries on the condition that they stay bound for the United States.

Dr. Weinstein said that those he saw in the Canaan Membrillo Camp admit openly that they migrated for economic reasons, not political ones, because their economies collapsed.

Once arriving at the U.S. border, all migrants claim political asylum, the reason being that the U.S. does not give economic asylum, which would rob Americans of economic opportunities in their own country. Sadly, by opening the border and allowing in so many illegal aliens, our government is robbing Americans of economic opportunities.

According to Dr. Weinstein, the San Vicente Camp is entirely Chinese. They were not willing to talk, no journalists were present, and no photographs were allowed by the Senafront of Panama. The Chinese arrivals, mostly males, with no children, did not have to cross the deadly jungle.

“The Chinese bypass the Darien Gap; they have money and can go by boat.” It is also strange to see the Chinese housed separately, it is “quite conspicuous.”

China and the U.N. appear to be “fueling the invasion of America.”

All legal immigrants in this country who have fled tyrannical regimes have sympathy for illegal aliens who are fleeing tyrannical communist regimes, however, Dr. Weinstein described the unsettling hostility he felt coming from the Chinese in the San Vicente Camp.

Stringent controls are in place for legal immigrants and Americans crossing the border, but there is a “stunning” lack of control for those crossing the border illegally. Only their name and birthdate are being recorded, without any documentary proof.

There is no way the Chinese nationals have left their country without the knowledge of the CCP and their border controllers. Maps were distributed and cartoons supplied to the Chinese, showing them the route to the U.S.

Pay for play is alive and well and it is not in our best interest. The flood of illegals is obviously not a migration of people asking for political asylum. It is an economic migration for some and an invasion for others, carefully planned and paid for by those who are intent on occupying and destroying the United States and then expanding their influence across the two continents.

There is a substantial steel and concrete bridge to nowhere being built in Panama and nobody seems to know why, including the Panamanians. The Chinese Belt and Road Initiative of 2013 is no longer just for Africa and Asia, it is for the Americas as well as seen in this massive invasion facilitated by those who are accepting the pay.
