Land Grab, Return to Feudalism in the 21st Century

"We want land!" - Poem written in 1907 by George Cosbuc

Writing about U.N. Agenda 21 document signed by 178 countries in 1992 in Rio, has garnered me the title of “conspiracy theorist,” and worse. No ad hominem attacks have succeeded in derailing me -- our country and future are too important.

The global governance I wrote about in my book, U.N. Agenda 21: Environmental Piracy, has been gradually implemented at all levels of government by executive orders, laws, regionalism, private/public partnerships, land grab and control, invasion of borders, no sovereignty, fiat currency replacement with digital currency, no national language, reduced mobility, water and travel restrictions, smart grids, fossil fuel interdictions and replacement with “green” energy, agricultural tampering, weather modification with cloud injections with toxic particles to mitigate the so-called global warming, population redistribution through mass migration/invasion, IOM-directed open borders, education indoctrination, no suburbia, and many others.

The federal government continues to acquire and control public lands. Already fifty percent of the land in western U.S. and 80 percent in Nevada is owned by the government.

Non-governmental organizations (NGOs), mushrooming in the 21st century nationally and internationally, have bought private land and took it out of use in perpetuity via special contracts with farmers called agricultural conservation easements. Reducing taxation on their private lands in exchange for such conservation easements has been enticing to the farmers who did not realize that they were locking their lands into conservation forever.

Farmers and landowners can no longer do anything on their lands without the approval of the NGO that holds the conservation easement contract.

Many public and private land areas have been slated for “re-wilding,” a return to nature with no human habitation; other areas have been subjected to the reintroduction of once extinct animals such as wolves, who now kill the ranchers’ cattle.

According to Margaret Byfield, her family has been embroiled in cattle grazing and water rights litigation with the federal government for 27 years. Her family owns 7,000 acres of land in Nevada. https://rumble.com/v47r7oi-land-grabs-30-x-30-and-natural-asset-companies.html

U.N. Agenda 21, now morphed into U.N. Agenda 2030, requires that every societal decision be made with the environmental impact on global land use, global education, and global population control and migration in mind.

U.N. Agenda 2030 has deemed “not sustainable” most human activities that form our modern civilization: private property, fossil fuels, consumerism, farming, irrigation, commercial and small farm agriculture, pesticides, herbicides, farmlands, livestock grazing, paved roads, golf courses, ski lodges, logging, dams, reservoirs, fences, power lines, suburban living, and the family unit.

Another U.N. driven, international policy initiative, 30x30, calls for the “formal protection of at least 30 percent of land and water by 2030 and eventually 50 percent. The science behind such an initiative is not based on hard scientific data but on computer models which are faulty at best.

The U.S. target is to increase the federal land holdings from 300 million acres to a goal of 30 percent by 2030. To reach that goal, an additional 400 million acres must be taken from private owners. The acquisitions will include national parks, national refuges, wilderness areas, and private lands with conservation easements in place.

Executive order #14008 of July 27, 2021, established that climate crisis is the most important national security issue and we must make sure that a “safe global temperature is achieved.” Nobody explained what a “safe global temperature” is, who decides that number, and how it is evaluated to make sure that number is “safe”? And who decides the definition of “safe” and its scientific and tested parameters? https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/documents/executive-order-14008-tackling-the-climate-crisis-home-and-abroad

“Shortly after taking office, President Joe Biden signed an Executive Order, directing the Department of Interior to outline steps to achieve the President’s commitment to conserve at least 30% of U.S. lands and waters by the year 2030, as recommended by scientists, to safeguard our health, food supplies, biodiversity, and the prosperity of every community. The Department of the Interior will undertake the process with broad engagement, including agricultural and forest landowners, fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, sovereign Tribal nations, States, Territories, local officials, and others to identify strategies that reflect the priorities of all communities.” 30x30 Conservation Initiative: What Is It? | RVIA

A group of financial analysts decided around 2021 that it was time to make money from securities of natural assets, agricultural land and parks, and the idea of a natural asset company (NAC) was born.

NACs describe their problematic securities as such:

1.     Purpose (unlock the value of natural assets by allowing investors to participate in their management and the ecological benefits); by what metric is this done and who decides; who is then the actual owner of the natural asset? The securities investors or the generational owner with a deed to the land?

2.     Assets covered (marine ecosystem, forests, and agricultural land) How is this not a land grab?

3.     Ecological performance (NACs quantify and monetize natural outputs; treating them like a form of currency. NACs may profit from activities related to conservation, restoration, or sustainable management. Who decides the quantification, how is it done, by what metric, and how is it a form of currency?

4.     Control of Lands (public and private land, land use decision and access to natural resources on that land); sounds like a land grab to me!

5.     Global Impact (how we value and manage our natural resources); who are we?

A Natural Asset Company (NAC) is a security that “holds rights and manages the productivity and ecological benefits of natural assets such as natural forests, marine areas, and farmland.” It is a clear land grab, commercial fishing rights grab, mineral rights grab, mining rights grab, logging rights grab, etc. from the private owners.

Push back from the public squashed the SEC’s proposed rule to approve such a move and the NYSE withdrew the application. In “the fleecing of America’s property rights,” the good guys won the first battle but not the war.

As of now, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the lynchpin of U.N. Agenda 2030, are included in everything and everywhere around the planet. I came to the realization that this agenda is so insidious and so much part of every facet of our society, that it will take a huge miracle to dismantle it.

The already ensconced U.N. Agenda 2030 is regulating and controlling the globe into economic destruction and regression to a feudal society whereby 21st century humans are beholden to the police state, to the landed, to the water and resources lords, to the globalist government.

“Ukraine Conquers Europe”

(An unknown Romanian author opined and lamented recently the invasion of Romania by wealthy Ukrainians “fleeing the war” ahead of Putin’s hostilities. I translated his/her essay.)

A supine mainstream media broadcaster announced that “Ukrainian refugees will receive homes and land in the depopulated villages in Romania and Italy.” The plan probably existed for years, all that was missing was the context. And because this context was missing, it was created – a plandemic and a so-called war. Both were rolled out with great care. So complicated was the masquerade that people understood nothing.

People were left with a sense of ancestral fear.  And because in our time everything is about business and trade, the country sellers sat comfortably in their decision armchairs, paid their lackeys a lot of money to execute the plan, and it was “all for the good of the country.”

What good and for whom? The so-called Ukrainian refugees, carrying millions of dollars, spread out across Europe. They joined the ranks of those who happened to be studying at Europe’s universities.

Europe’s gates have swung wide open! Ukraine conquered Europe without even one bullet! They only used the so-called media, social influencers, the authorities, and lots of lies! Now they get everything in Europe for free.

Romanian citizens left their country to find and to live a better life three decades ago. They were really chased out by the poverty imposed by the many short-lived governments that followed the fall of the communist dictatorship in 1989. They estranged themselves for 30 years and nobody gave them anything for free. Nobody offered them financial help if they returned to their country. Nobody!

But it is easy to see why. Since the Arab Spring, the plan was to fundamentally change Europe’s skin color, to destroy the population identity, to destroy traditions, to destroy languages, to destroy each country’s sovereignty.

They invented new words, they invented imaginary and real crises, and invented such contexts to enable refugees to gain wealth that was not theirs to be had.

Historically, Romania was never a country that followed the politics of conquest or territorial annexation. Never! Romania was robbed, broken and re-broken into territorial pieces, and sold to the highest bidder.

Romania is now conquered by refugees with help from television, and the mainstream media. Who are the real traitors of their people and country? Who are those who opened the gates? Who accepted this infernal bad joke? Those who “saved Ukraine!”

Who is going to save you when those who entered the country with millions of dollars in their expensive cars, will gain control of everything you own? All these people who moved on Europe and especially Romania, will become citizens with more rights than the Romanian citizens themselves. Never forget the day you sold Romania to these invaders and when you raised their Ukrainian flag!

You “saved Ukraine” and you buried Romania! You richly deserve what is going to happen to you!

You Can't Go Home Again

Photo: Ileana Johnson, August 23, 2018
Untold numbers of people and families have escaped totalitarian and oppressive regimes with just the clothes on their backs. Some swam across treacherous rivers; some cut through barbed wire; some hid on the floorboard of a car, some fit into the carved out car seats; some walked across the desert, through dense forests, climbed mountainous terrain, or hiked into steep valleys.

Once they escaped dangerous territories, the surviving defectors trekked to the west, to freedom, to America, the shining city on the hill that held the promise of freedom and the opportunity to succeed, if they were willing to work hard and integrate into society peacefully and productively.

Things have changed in the last twenty years, borders are being erased by the liberal elites, countries are succumbing to multiculturalism and the invasion of the third world interested solely in redistribution of wealth or as the leftist PC police have told us repeatedly, social justice – code word for communist taking from the productive and redistribution to the unproductive as reparations for perceived grievances and injustices of the past.

The latest leftist euphemism, agrarian or land reform, hides the true goal of confiscation of land from white farmers in South Africa who must agree to a ten percent purchase price or else. Black South Africans have already been encouraged by their president to “cut the throat of whiteness.”

And so the white farmers must leave everything they’ve ever known behind, their homes and the rich farm land their families have turned productive from wilderness areas, and must flee to escape with their lives.

How long will it be before the productive farm land will become a wasteland and the formerly agricultural rich South Africa will turn to the World Bank for food handouts and imports like the former Rhodesia did when it became the bankrupt Zimbabwe?

Millions have escaped from communist regimes; sadly, many did not make it, shot at the border during their attempted escapes. Those who fled made it to the free west and were eventually able to return to their homelands for brief visits or even come back for good after the fall of communism in 1989.

A successful family now living and thriving in California, brother, sister, and mother had escaped from Iran. As defectors, they could no longer visit the country of their birth, the place where their dad had been buried. The closest they could get on a recent trip was the border between Turkey and Iran.

After a long drive and a difficult trek on rocky cliffs, the shining sun over the valleys miles away brought into view their former homeland where a religious Ayatollah rules with an iron fist and harsh prisons, where religion oppression and the threat of overt nuclear holocaust defines every facet of Iranian life. A once thriving civilization, Iran has fallen back into oppression in 1979 and religious domination by a few well-armed zealots.

The family trio were overcome with grief and emotion, so close to the country of their birth calling them back for a visit, yet so far away, kept at the border by an intolerant regime who dominates the entire population with one book.

Spreading like snow angels on the ground, their hands touched dirt and rocks, in an effort to melt back into the ancestral lands. By being there, the brother and sister felt that huge rocks had been lifted off their chests. It was only fitting that each carried home a small stone from the land bordering Iran.

Like millions of humans before them, they finally came to the realization that they could not go home again, literally and figuratively, no matter how badly they wished to go.

But if they could return, if their house they left long ago was still there, if they were allowed to retrace their steps from childhood or youth, they would not find what they were looking for because it is no longer there. People and life have moved on.

They would find out that they were just strangers in their own land, looking for the essence of their being, of their existence, that Je ne sais quoi, something intangible which resides only in a person’s soul and in his/her fleeting memories.

Charity Begins at Home with American Citizens

Photo: Martha Boneta 2014
While we are fighting in Virginia and around the country for small farmer’s rights to maintain their freedom to farm, unencumbered by local government permits and environmental NGOs that are determined to force all farmers under conservation easements and regulatory control, war refugees are given land and grants to farm in our country.

A recent report by the Associated Press from Des Moines, Iowa, stated, “The rapidly rising demand for locally grown fruits and vegetables has created a robust new market for refugees who fled violence in their home countries and found peace in farming small plots of land in several U.S. cities.”

The Global Greens program offered through the Lutheran Services of Iowa enabled 26 refugee families from Bhutan, Burundi, Burma, and Rwanda to grow tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, kale, lettuce and eggplants for their own consumption on small plots of 50 feet by 50 feet. Eight families are growing food on quarter-acre plots for local commercial consumption.

The 2003 federal Refugee Agricultural Partnership Program awards a maximum $85,000 to each organization ($1 million per year). In addition to previous organizations, plots are currently funded in New York City, Buffalo, Cleveland, Honolulu, Nashville, Providence, Sioux Falls, and Tampa. http://www.federalgrants.com/Refugee-Agricultural-Partnership-Program-41339.html

Simon, a refugee from Burundi said, "We were in a refugee camp and life was not good there but the United States gave us the opportunity to come here. This means a lot to me because we get to sell stuff and make a little bit of money so we can help our family and we can grow food so our family can feed other people and feed ourselves too." He expressed his hope to return to Africa one day and “to teach them new techniques to grow food and fight hunger.”

The goal of the Global Greens program is “to help families make money, but it’s also about being able to grow some of their own cultural crops. It’s being able to involve their families, being able to just have their own land.” http://bigstory.ap.org/article/dc77e20b44534de5b9b029f968cb21c4/refugees-settle-thanks-small-farm-plots

Should these government grants and charity not be given to our own unemployed and destitute American population who would welcome the opportunity to have their own piece of land on which to farm commercially and grow their own food? Charity begins at home but lately it seems that our own population does not count; illegal aliens and refugees from war and poverty-torn areas are given priority over the wellbeing, financial security, and health security of our own citizens.

Additionally, has any American citizen tried recently to get a "Farmers Home Loan?”  What about two years of free living like the State Department gives to refugees?

Environmentalists in the historic York County, Virginia having collected 130 signatures, have asked the Board of Supervisors to ban commercial farming. Anthony Bavuso, a local oysterman, did not believe that York County should require him to purchase a special use permit for his oyster-farming operation at York Point because the Commonwealth of Virginia passed a low in 2014, the Boneta Bill, to protect small farming.

This law is strongly opposed by conservationist activists and environmental NGOs and they are determined to obstruct it by “asserting that the county of 66,000 could cite lot sizes and other considerations to quash farming activities.” www.watchdog.org/170548/county-farming-ban/

Martha Boneta, the small farmer who owns Liberty Farm in Paris, Virginia, has been battling for eight years the Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC), a 501(c) non-profit land trust that co-holds an easement on her family farm with the Virginia Outdoors Foundation (VOF). Her easement contract permits agricultural, industrial, commercial, and residential uses of her property. Yet PEC regularly inspects, to the point of harassment, her barn, tools, kitchen, bathroom, and closets to make sure that nobody resides in her barn. According to Boneta, based on the secretive “confidential agreement” between the NGO and realtors, there is no doubt about the intent of the constant harassment and unending court battles.

While American farmers who have farmed for generation on small plots are being squeezed out by the NGO environmentalist assault on property rights, refugees and illegal aliens are given land and money to achieve the American dream. It is nice to be charitable and altruistic but our American citizens and their children’s dreams should have priority.
