The Globalist Communists

The communist tyrant Ceausescu’s favorite descriptor for any person who held anti-communist views was “reactionary.” He even called Republicans “reactionary.” Any human who was not a communist was a “reactionary.”

Since he took power in 1965, Ceausescu was the absolute ruler of everybody and everything. His dear leader portraits were hung in public buildings, offices, courts, classrooms, stores, on building fronts, and stores.

Anything the tyrant wished became law with a scrawl of his pen. He could make life unbearable for anyone. All the domestic media belonged to him and entertained his every whim.

Scinteia (the spark) was the “official voice of the Communist Party.” As the main indoctrinating rag, Scinteia dedicated its front page to stories of what Ceausescu did the day before, “praising his leadership in every facet of life.”

Every day the radio and television broadcasts ended with the lying praise, “to the most adored and esteemed son of the Romanian people.” People who were not boot lickers of the Communist Party, hated his guts.

From time-to-time important people defected to the west; Ceausescu was humiliated and took such defections personally. The defectors were painful thorns in his side, and he ordered their immediate capture and assassinations.

It was not enough that he subjugated an entire population with his Communist Party philosophy of imprisonment, famine, and death. It was not enough that he stole their freedom, dignity, pride, and basic human rights. He wanted more, way beyond the cult of personality which he had built around his persona. He wanted to be the ultimate lord and god over their lives.

All came to a halt one day, not because people finally had the courage to revolt, they did not. Not because they were armed, they were not. Not because they were organized, they were not. (They snitched on their own families to get a few extra crumbs of food.) Not because the church united them, it did not. (The church worked with and for the Communist Party and against its own parishioners.)

Ceausescu was deposed in a KGB-GRU directed coup which installed its own Gorbachev protégé, Ion Iliescu, to power. The same Communist and Security police individuals stayed in place. Ceausescu and his wife were summarily executed, following a brief army-directed trial on Christmas Day 1989.

People do not realize that they can vote themselves into socialism/communism regimes easily if they are not careful, but they cannot vote themselves out of socialism/communism.

After the Ceausescus’ double execution, “unfair and unfree elections took place, giving victory to Communists.” NSF (National Salvation Front) suppressed opposition parties and publications. The Security Police intimidated people like before.

Funderburk wrote that NSF-Iliescu-directed ‘miners’ beat up anti-Communist demonstrators and trashed the opposition parties’ offices. Under the new communist rule, the economy worsened during the winter of 1990-1991 when inflation tripled; wages stayed the same except for the miners’ wages.

The military-intelligence coup was planned months in advance by the Soviet KGB and GRU. They conspired with a pro-Soviet group in Bucharest to remove Ceausescu by using a popular uprising against Ceausescu. It was done to preserve communism and reorganized it under different communists. The army was told to side with the demonstrators and against the Ceausescus.

Funderburk wrote, “The coup was masterfully staged and televised to the world.” Even the victims of the “revolution,” shown as dozens of bodies allegedly gunned down by Ceausescu forces, were actually “bodies in a pauper’s grave in advance stages of decomposition.”

The National Salvation Front (NSF) President, Ion Iliescu, was a life-long communist, Central Committee member, and a friend of Gorbachev from their college days in Moscow.

The NSF Prime Minister, Petre Roman, belonged to one of the oldest communist families in Romania and close friends with Zoia Ceausescu (daughter of Nicolae and Elena).

Local and county-level Communist officials just changed their hats of allegiance to NSF.

NSF gave freedom of travel and emigration, allowed contacts with the West, small private enterprises, and created the “appearance of political participation for non-communists.”

But the electoral campaign and the actual election were a sham. NSF controlled everything – information, jobs, salaries, police operations, communication, television, radio, transportation, access to media, and every facet of life in Romania.

The opposition to the NSF commies had their offices ransacked, people beaten, some beaten to death, campaign headquarters broken into, all materials destroyed.

The election was stolen long before the actual balloting took place. Election day violations were widespread, ballot boxes were stuffed, ballots were pre-stamped for the Front (NSF), police agent monitored the polls, manually placed people’s ballots in boxes, and intimidated voters – secret voting was not possible.

Howard Phillips, an observer, witnessed widespread fraud at numerous voting precincts in and around Bucharest. He wrote, “in a country where going against the government can cost you your home, your job, your freedom, or even your life, it takes unusual courage for an impoverished peasant to risk voting against the NSF in such circumstances.”

The fraud was so unbelievable that over 17 million votes were cast in a country where the electorate was only 16 million. Yet the regime in Washington categorized the May 20, 1990, elections in Romania as fair.

Thus, the stage was set for the globalist communists to thrive over the next three decades. New foxes were in the henhouse.

 

The American Reds and the Blues

Someone decided a long time ago that the Democrat Party should be represented by blue, a cool color, while the Republican Party should be represented by the color red, an angry color. Red has always represented the oppressive communist movement since its inception. Those in power knew that red is an angry color, and it still represents communism around the globe. They assigned the angry red and the cool blue to fool the voters. Everyone knows that both Republicans and Democrats are part of the same national suicide pact driven by their greedy quest for power, control, and money.

Having witnessed the destruction planned and accomplished by the Communist Party in Romania, I am reminded daily of the destruction wrought upon this country by the Marxist Democrats in power.

My childhood friend wrote to me recently that the rest of the world is watching anxiously what America is doing to itself because, without America’s financial help, development, and progress, everyone else is doomed. “Our fate depends on your fate. It would be so nice if we had peace on the planet and hatred between countries would stop. After all, we are all mortals.”

If policies applied under the communist regimes in the Iron Curtain seem familiar to you, it is because the Marxists in power here are adopting similar policies. Americans who vote for socialist Democrats do not understand the significance of their error because their historical knowledge of communism is extremely limited as schools do not teach students what happened inside the Soviet Union and the Iron Curtain.

When it came to controlling the population, the commies made up crises, and then offered solutions that were worse than the crisis they created in the first place. The communist elites ruled by intimidation, fear, brute force, fealty, insecurity, and snitching on families and friends. It was an Orwellian police state that controlled everything.

Birth rate – the Communist Party realized that the birth rate was plummeting because no women in their right minds would bring children into the world where famine, scarce food supply, rationing, difficulty to find or afford a place to live, were the norm. It was a very hard life created by the police state.

But the police state needed workers for their factories and agriculture; they could not bring workers in via illegal immigration, nor did they want to. So, they forced women to have 4-5 children to prove their loyalty to the Communist Party and to the common good.

In March 1984 measures were established to allow the government to check women every month at work to see if they were pregnant. If they were, the women were forced to carry the baby to term and, if they could not afford to feed it, the babies would become wards of the state. Still, more than half of all pregnancies were aborted via illegal means.

Women were denied proper medical care, were malnourished, and some died if they miscarried. Doctors were afraid to treat them. Women who spontaneously miscarried were labeled criminals by the state and so were the doctors who treated them. High school girls were encouraged to have out-of-wedlock babies and were given medals “for contributing to the construction of the socialist police state.”

Diet and food consumption – the communists even invented a “scientific diet” that involved little or no meat because meat was in short supply, most production was exported to the west for cash earmarked for the Communist Party elites. Remember the push globally now to eat crickets and worms which are already added to many products and are listed on the label with their Latin names?

Hot water, heat, electricity, fuel rationing – there was so much export of goods to fund the commies’ pet projects that there was so little left for the population. They were forced to do without hot water, heat, electricity, and fossil fuels at a time when they were most needed. Shortages of everything, rationing, and long lines dominated the economic landscape.

Destruction of historical and religious monuments – two such monuments were destroyed in Romania in July 1986, the last Sephardic synagogue in Bucharest, and in August 1986, the largest Seventh Day Adventist church. The list of historical churches demolished to make room for the Bauhaus style construction of communist pet projects was quite long.

Destruction of historical buildings and statues – The move was intended to make room for the gaudy monuments and statues dedicated to communism.

Scarcity and rationing by coupon books issued monthly to each family – It included food, shampoo, rice, cooking oil, sugar, coffee, milk, eggs, cheese products, soap, and detergent.

Fake and non-scientific warnings about the dangers of overeating - The population was starving and thin already, and the ridiculous advice was passed to hide the lack of food and other staples. Food was rationed and calories were dictated by law while the rotund elites stuffed themselves.

The monopoly of the printed word - The Orwellian Ministry of Truth was the controllers’ way to know everything people thought, said, and wrote. If you were declared a “danger to the public order,” you were not allowed to own a typewriter. If you owned one, you had to declare it along with a sample of its print.

The blatant mismanagement of the economy from the top was blamed on black market profiteers. Everything produced went for export to fatten the pockets of the elite Party members – food, grain, energy, electricity, steel, and crude oil.

Destruction of private property and valuables - People’s private homes were destroyed, and valuables were confiscated and distributed among the top elites of the party. The new socialist/communist man did not need a house or personal possessions because the Party would provide it all. This promise was just one more lie added to the many told before.

Confiscated farmland for communist agriculture – The regime moved farmers into ugly apartments in the city, bulldozed their homes, and confiscated their land for agriculture. Overnight the farmers became “town peasants” who were dependent on the state to supply them with food, gas, and electricity as wood burning was no longer necessary or allowed. Trees were reserved for logging and exports.

These are real stories witnessed by many who escaped communism. Now that a new brand of communism is blanketing the globe, one wonders where one can escape it as the west is destroying itself and turning to the neo-communism developed by the globalist technocrats who control everything in their lives.

It is no longer about the Reds and Blues fighting for political office and power, the winning of which is already decided by the authorities who control the voting and the huge invasion of voting illegal aliens. It is about surviving the technocratic neo-communism which many around the globe have already accepted despite the loss of personal freedom and national sovereignty.

 

 

Maria and Our Immigration Problem

The short and stocky Salvadoran woman was very talkative in her unschooled English. She’s been in this country for twenty years. She had fled her native country for economic reasons; she paid a coyote $1,000 to bring her across the southern border with Mexico, her family’s savings.  She had promised to send money back every month and, once able to marry and have babies, she would wait patiently until she could claim legal residence and bring her extended family to the United States via chain migration.

She and Juan had four children and now, at the age of 40, her 18 year old daughter has given birth to an out of wedlock child who became an automatic U.S. citizen the moment he took his first breath, thanks to the anchor baby ruling twisted by liberal courts into a birthright citizenship under the 14^th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

She has kept her promise and some. She has brought to the United States her mom, dad, sisters, brothers, and cousins from her large extended family.  She has recently taken in a stranger, an eight-year little girl, who had been sent to the United States unaccompanied by her parents on the government’s promise that she would be allowed into the U.S., no questions asked.

Many such children were brought in the middle of the night and dispersed to centers around the country in communities willing to take them in and shelter them with our government’s money.  Maria was grateful to Obama for bringing in small and unaccompanied minors even though most were male, way past the age of adulthood, and sporting gang tattoos.

El Salvador, with approximately 6.34 million people, is the smallest and most densely populated nation in Central America. The Salvadoran economy produces about $4,000 worth of goods and services per capita. The official currency is the U.S. dollar which makes it quite convenient when the illegal Salvadorans in this country send home tax-free money to their relatives. It is a social security net that their government cannot possibly replace.

They had a home in El Salvador with glassless windows to allow some air circulation from the humid and overpowering heat. Tropical critters, including snakes, plagued them often. Depression and a sense of hopelessness surrounded her and suffocated any desire to try and make things better. Her mom had told her that she would do fine so long as she did not irritate the police and the gangs that roved in all neighborhoods asking for and seizing food, clothing, and whatever valuables a family may have had. Nobody dared to infuriate them or else they would wind up dead.  It never crossed mothers’ minds that it was up to them to change the culture of crime and fear by raising good sons who could oppose the criminal life that ruled them daily.

Having no education beyond eighth grade, Maria works hard for $18 an hour, cleaning a few homes of the wealthy, earning an untaxed living while her extended family takes advantage of the U.S. taxpayers’ generosity who provide them with welfare and Medicaid insurance. She is not the best cleaner, she added, but she tries, never admitting when she brakes things in some of the homes that hires her.

The work ethic in her country is vastly different than here and she does not understand the American obsession with work and the lack of the three-hour siesta. Perhaps that is what makes Spain the happiest country to live in, their extended siesta. Family and their needs are most important to her, not the needs of an employer who hired her.

She changed employers often – breaking their stuff while cleaning and using cleaning methods that were not up to par with our western standards. She did not quite understand the issue of germs and cross-contamination. She thought Americans to be obsessed with cleanliness and disinfectants. What could possibly be wrong using rags to clean commodes by hand and then use the same rags to clean countertops?

She explained that her countrymen are not so generous as the Americans are – they only give up their possessions and hard-earned money if MS-13 gangs and police come around demanding to be paid, confiscating their valuables. Whoever dares to say no, winds up dead.

The small country struggles with excessive poverty, inequality, and crime. Mostly agricultural, depending heavily on coffee production at one point (as much as 90%) and the indigo plant during the colonial period, El Salvador is now turning to other sectors (finance, industry) to improve its GDP.

The fact that Maria knows nothing about civics and government in our country, does not stop her from voting for the party that has given many immigrants like her welfare – the Democrat Party. There is an occasional Democrat Party drive in her Hispanic community to rally the vote and those who do not have transportation are offered rides. They are always coached how to vote and for which candidate, always Democrat.

She is just smart enough to know how to manage her family’s budget but not knowledgeable how the free market economy works in our country. Like all third world citizens who come to this country illegally with stars in their eyes, she thinks money grow on trees in the United States and there is an endless supply of it because it comes from the generous government. She does not see any connection between the funding source of government and the “rich” American taxpayers who fund it. By the rest of the world’s standards, any American with a job is filthy rich and should share their wealth with the world.

I asked her if it bothered her that she is voting for the Democrat politicians who want open borders and are bringing in the MS-13 gangs she escaped from El Salvador, turning this country into the unsafe country she left behind for the wellbeing and economic prosperity here. She raised her shoulders with a deer in the headlights look on her face and said nothing.

It would only take ten percent of the millions of the flotsam and jetsam of the world currently residing illegally in the U.S. to vote Socialist Democrat, fundamentally transforming this country into a ruling regime diametrically opposed to our U.S.  Constitution and Christian roots.

A Progressive Migration to Conservative States

Liberals from California and smaller blue states are exerting their influence on the electoral process in red states, determined to flip them to blue, and, by and large, are succeeding with the exception of the most recent election in Georgia’s 6^th district where Democrats spent over $23 million, the most in the history of the House of Representative elections ever.

I’m still scratching my head trying to understand the insanity of 144,000 low information Americans from Georgia who voted for the Democrat candidate Jon Ossoff, a French President Macron look-alike, even though he did not reside in their district and did not have much of a platform.

No amount of cash, air time, dishonest claims, speeches, and other shenanigans Hollywood and progressives around the country engaged in, convinced the rest of the well-informed Georgia voters to elect Jon Ossoff.

Someone comically wrote that “Snowflakes are crying their Ossoff in their parents’ basements’” after the results of the election determined that Ossoff lost.

Trying to cajole young voters who had just graduated from high school, frustrated that conservative parents interfered with their attempts to reach potential 18-year old voters living in their parents’ basements, voters who have no idea who runs the political world and our lives into the ground, Democrats complained to the compliant press that parents were mean and unresponsive to their frequent calls and attempts to brainwash their offspring to vote for the Democrat candidate.

The socialist Democrat platform was well articulated by candidates like Bernie Sanders. Vote for collectivism and social justice, he told his young and naïve followers; when I lose, I can buy an expensive sports car and a second home in Vermont while you dopes are driving tin cans or old cars with the “Feel the burn” and “Coexist” bumper stickers on and lay your head on your parents couch in the basement after a hard day’s work as baristas at Starbucks.

Democrats from progressive states have deep pockets which they spend on Millennials and other misinformed and brainwashed young people who, for $15 and hour, a “living wage,” will go anywhere dressed in black, with face masks, like the cowardly anarchists and fascists that they are, and will destroy someone else’s property in the name of “social justice” and “equality.” The not-so-feminine and self-described nasty women dress in vagina costumes like vile idiots. They attack people who disagree with their insanity and demonize our duly-elected President with vitriolic hate.

Progressives have been moving to conservative states in droves, changing the face of the electorate and flipping parts of a red state into blue, eventually succeeding in flipping the entire state to the progressive agenda by dominating in a few very populous cities. Thus, a state like Virginia, because of its heavy concentration of communists and other fellow travelers in the northern part, it has elected a fellow progressive governor, senators, and other representatives despite the fact that the rest of the state is very much conservative.

Former Rep. Allen West, who was redistricted out of his seat by his own Republican party who did not like his America-first stance on many issues, compared this exodus of progressives and invasion of conservative states to the Muslim Hijra which is also taking place all over the world as we speak, including the United States. By far they are succeeding in colonizing western civilization beyond their wildest dreams, both in Europe and here at home.

If you add into the mix the illegal vote of so many aliens who have crossed our border unlawfully or were brought here by the Obama administration, one can see how elections are swayed in the direction of the Socialist Democrat Party which now runs or heavily influences all the blue states, our government, the military, the fake main stream media, all the technology monopolies, social media outlets, publishing houses, academia, schools, Christian churches, the legal system, and the Deep State.

What conservatives are left with is the alternative media and talk radio with voices like Michael Savage, Laura Ingraham, Rush Limbaugh, and TV personalities like Lou Dobbs and Sean Hannity. Nobody is sure how long that will last. Liberals, the intolerant bunch that they are, operate on the following predilection - you have a right to say what you want, as long as you agree with me.

We were lucky that Georgia conservatism won this battle. Will we be lucky next time and win the war? Most Americans have been lulled into a false sense of security, have food on the table, air conditioning, heat, water, in-door plumbing, multiple sports channels, a home sweet home and, as long as nobody bothers their daily routines, they don’t care who is in charge of their global enslavement. So they vote in more of the same corrupt politicians for both parties.

Many go to church and bend over backwards to appease the few atheists and their fellow travelers who demand “separation of church and state” in schools but say nothing when special accommodations are made for Muslim children and their prayer needs.

American Christian children are being indoctrinated into Islam by the Common Core curriculum in public and private schools, and are forced to go to the bathroom with a pedophile/mentally deranged person who pretends or “feels” that he is a she.

What else can possibly go wrong with our great country, the former “shining city on the hill,” that is being tarnished day by day by influential anti-American groups with huge coffers?

Voting Machines in Manassas, Virginia

An acquaintance returned from early voting in Manassas, Virginia, quite irate. The stakes are high in this highly unusual once in a lifetime presidential election.  As she was waiting for her registration paperwork to be processed, she studied carefully the rear of each of the voting machines that were about three feet from her.  She wanted to find out the name of the manufacturer of the machines being used.

She noticed a sticker covering the manufacturer’s identification plate on each of the voting machines.  The metal plate identifies the company that services the machines. She suspected something unusual as no company would deliberately obscure the make, model, and serial number of the machine which a technician needs in order to properly service the machine when a repair call is made.

The voter peeled back the label covering the closest machine to her and the manufacturer plate revealed “AVC Edge.” Some volunteer working there asked her immediately what she was doing but the voter ignored her question. Searching “AVC Edge,” she discovered the following information.

Sequoia manufactured the Dominion AVC Edge voting machines, an approved voting device. “The Sequoia AVC Edge is a touch screen direct-recording electronic voting machine. Sequoia Voting Systems, an election and technology provider, was acquired on March 9, 2005, by Smartmatic, a Boca Raton, Florida “leader in highly secure electronic voting solutions.” Sequoia Voting Systems kept its name in all markets. The Virginia voter in question concluded that “So there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that those stickers were purposefully placed over the manufacturer’s identifying plates in order to keep their origin a secret."

Poverty Induced by Socialism Is Hard to Shake

To say that poverty induced by socialist dictatorships is hard to shake would be an understatement. Ask Cubans and now Venezuelans what is like to live in the workers’ paradise that Fidel forced upon his people while he stashed away billions he has stolen with his cronies.

The socialist dictator Hugo Chavez left behind billions in personal bank accounts while Venezuelans struggle to survive under his socialist successor Maduro, who mismanaged the economy just as badly. One of the nations with the richest oil supplies cannot feed its people and provide basic goods that Americans take for granted, bread, milk, butter, diapers, detergent, just to name a few, and must spend hours each day in endless lines to find what they need if they are lucky.

Most people are confused about poverty and each person and economists define it differently. People, who desire socialism and are voting for either Bernie the borderline Marxist or Hillary the Socialist, complain endlessly how unjust and rigged the system is, how the Man keeps them down and there is no equality and social justice. Nobody seems to have any idea about personal responsibility and work ethic.

When compared to most countries in the world, American “poverty” is a bonanza from heaven paid for by government largesse with taxpayers’ money. This government largesse will eventually come to an end when it runs out of other people’s money and it can no longer print trillions once hyperinflation sets in.

According to many Romanians, including hundreds of thousands of poor gypsies who refuse to integrate into normal society and change their lives, Romanians are the citizens impoverished by the communist party and their Securitate successors after the revolution of 1989 when communism ended officially on paper.  Twenty-seven years later, not much has changed for most rural populations.

The online news expunere.com reported that fifty percent of Romanians are very poor and 54 percent of rural inhabitants do not have an occupation.  Most children raised in rural areas have one family member working or the family depends entirely on social welfare.  According to this source, 72 percent of rural families cannot provide their five-year olds a minimum acceptable diet, resulting in malnutrition and disease - 225,000 children go to bed hungry.

To make matters worse, 37 percent of people fifteen years and older are functionally illiterate – they either cannot read or cannot write correctly. In the rural area, 20 percent of children have only an eighth grade education. Citing Eurostat, the overall school dropout rate in 2014 was 18 percent. The standard of living, while vastly improved for people in most large cities, remained the same in the suburbs and rural areas where no significant progress in terms of infrastructure has been made. People live and die trudging through deep ruts in the mud of mostly unpaved roads, carrying water from the village well because nobody has running water or sewer pipes. Outhouses dot the landscape.

In a comment to the poverty news, Silvia Cristescu stated  that “all corrupt individuals who fall under the investigation of the National Directorate of Anti-Corruption (Directia Nationala Anticoruptie or DNA) were members of the former Romanian Communist Party and their heirs. All who defrauded the country, she said, are pro-Russian communists and their children. 

The more than four million Romanian citizens she believes, who left the country for greener pastures of economic opportunity and freedom, understood perfectly who robbed the country blind.  A large percentage of this diaspora voted anti-Ponta, anti-PSD (Social Democrat Party), and anti-socialism. “The enemy of the country is socialism, Marxist atheism of KGB origins,” said Cristescu.

In her view, those who sold the national forests, the land, the factories, and other items in the patrimony of the country, were the same individuals who rejected serious foreign investors under the pretext that they were not “selling the country” but sold everything they could in secret. After all, they knew all the ropes and judges, and, without accountability and fear of the law, pocketed the money, enriching themselves beyond belief.

When honest Romanians tried to replace these former Securitate members who were running for office or incumbents, their votes were stolen by those who were bribed to vote favorably or, not unlike here, mysterious boxes were discovered with hundreds of thousands of votes for the presidential candidate the people did not want.

The Russian KGB influence was so strong in Romania that overturning the disaster of socialism is still a daily battle that takes place today. Socialism will eventually die with the older people who grew up under the mentality of socialist dependency.

However, young people who have no experience, no historical knowledge or recollection of how bad it was under a socialist dictatorship, are lured today into the promise and blind belief that socialism is egalitarian and socially just, the same leitmotif running through the strident and eager-for-their-own-demise collegiate voting crowd, the very ignorant millennials.

Some Romanians take comfort in the fact that Christian America is on their side, that there is now a strategically placed American military base around Constanta, and that socialism will collapse in Romania. Unfortunately, there are many NGOs at work on the ground in Romania that interfere in its politics with loads of cash and grants that are hard to resist, given the stressed economic situation there.

 

 

The Three Americas of Your Dreams

Michael Savage made an interesting and profound statement on his radio show that struck a chord with me because I believe it to be true, based on my past experience with socialism and communism, my present knowledge of crony capitalism, and my research.

“We have three Americas – the America that was, the America that is, and the America that will be.”

The Facebook generation never experienced the America that was; they never knew the correct history of the exceptional America of the past, they only learned Howard Zinn’s revisionist history. They just benefitted from its greatness and its accomplishments.  Their teachers have been telling them for decades that America was evil, racist, imperialist, and they need to be ashamed of being American, they must seek retribution for all the past wrongs at the hands of the bad white man who must have had invented “white privilege.”

Everything they enjoy, use and benefit from today, they owe in great part to the discovery, inventiveness, and entrepreneurship of the white men they hate so much. That is not to say that people of other cultures and nationalities have not contributed greatly to this country with their hard work. But not many invented things that make our lives so much better and easier today. Look how many white European men have received science Nobel prizes for their inventions and discoveries.

America that was is the exceptional America that so generously gave aid and knowledge to other countries in need, that built a successful nation that knew and was proud of its history, had a moral compass, was honorable, had stable families, and kept God at its core. America that was achieved unsurpassed greatness and, in that process, improved the lives of billions around the world, freeing an entire continent from the oppressing German National Socialists (Nazis).

America that is now is ashamed of its history, of what made it great, and people are afraid to express their feelings of pride because it is shameful and derisive to be patriotic; people are demoralized, have lost their decency, more than half of the country is on welfare or unemployed.

People who are in school know very little and are unabashedly unashamed that they know so very little. When asked simple questions that most foreigners can answer with ease, young Americans walk away with pride and a smile when they show their stupidity and ignorance, unable to recognize national landmarks, their own geography, famous Americans, their own history, and many rudiments of basic elementary education. But they can immediately recognize and worship pop-culture trash icons and recite sports statistics and worthless trivia.

Noah Webster was right when he said,

"Every child in America should be acquainted with his own country. He should read books that furnish him with ideas that will be useful to him in life and practice. As soon as he opens his lips, he should rehearse the history of his own country; he should lisp the praise of liberty, and of those illustrious heroes and statesmen, who have wrought a revolution in her favor."    

Unfortunately, most Americans with a college diploma would definitely be unable to pass a high school literacy exam from the turn of the 20^th century, that is how dumbed down the American education has become by teaching to a test and lazily using calculators instead of their brains.

America that will be is yet to be decided. The electorate has two choices, go with one of the two communist candidates on the left, turning completely left to socialism and eventually communism or maintain the mixed economy of the middle with government socialism and crony capitalism.

It appears that the tendency goes toward socialism. Decades of brainwashing in schools, Hollywood, and the main stream media are finally paying off, politicians have enough domestic low information voters and imported illegal aliens to bring about their sought after utopian paradise in the vein of Venezuela and Cuba.

No matter what happens to the country, politicians will be part of the ruling elite while the useful idiots, including the media, academia, and all the fringe lunatics on the left will become part of the equally poor and miserable proletariat with implausible rights and demands that cannot be fulfilled in the real world of work. And they will have to labor when other people’s money will be gone and the middle class will become part of the dustbin of history, a blip on the radar of a formerly successful and abundant life which they squandered away by allowing their children to be brainwashed in schools.

Schools are not the only ones responsible for the creation of this entitlement mentality, an incurable societal cancer. The entitlement mentality started with the divorced single mom with children taken care of by the government largesse, a government that purposefully became daddy.

The entitlement mentality was exacerbated by two-income parents, who could not spend enough time with their children. To make up for this obvious breakdown and assuage guilt, parents started buying their children “stuff” which they did not need, thus creating an entitled future society of narcissistic people who felt that everything was owed to them free on a golden platter just  because they existed.

And old communist politicians like Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton told them that it was their “right” to have health care, free education, free housing, free prenatal and postnatal care, free vacations, all at the expense of society, no personal responsibility whatsoever. It worked really well in the Fabian socialist nations of Western Europe - they are all bankrupt, financially and morally, fighting off too late or not at all the Islamist invasion and the failed multicultural “diversity” with their ill-placed tolerance.

America that will be, with a socialist and communist utopian agenda, will be muddled by disaster after disaster exacerbated by the already doubled national debt, now sitting at $19 trillion and rising, over $120 trillion with unfunded liabilities such as the Social Security Ponzi scheme, Medicare and Medicaid. This unpayable national debt cannot possibly be reversed no matter who the president is.

How do you undo the open borders policy and all the illegal aliens that have been flooding the U.S.? We’ve been told for ten years that we have 11 million “undocumented Americans,” who, by simple mathematics should have grown to 30 million by now, a sizable non-information Democrat illegal voting bloc, deceptively named “undocumented workers” to cover the fact that they are foreign nationals who broke our laws to come in, but are now demanding and receiving more rights than Americans have, in exchange for their illegal vote across the country.

They are changing the demographic face of America on a large scale plan and forcing bi-lingualism on us. They are already burdening the welfare system, schools, child care, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare, and the earned income tax credit system. How do you stop Muslim invasion? In the name of tolerance and their bogus contribution to America, they are allowed to change our laws, to introduce Sharia Law, proselytizing for Islam in schools across the country with the help of Common Core, in hopes of eventually taking over by sheer fertility, 8.1 children per family.

How do you undo Obamacare, the deliberate destruction of one of the world’s best healthcare systems in order to install government provided insurance? The socialist healthcare system for veterans did not work very well and thousands have died and are still dying daily, waiting to be seen and to be treated properly.

How do you overcome the weakened military? How do you overcome the Islamization of America? How do you overcome the destruction wrought in education by Common Core Sub-standards and by the State Department of Education? How do you overcome the destruction of the fossil fuel industry at the expense of building the Green, pie-in-the-sky, renewable energy of solar and wind? How do you overcome the debauchery and the loss of morality? How do you overcome the loss of faith? How do you overcome the infiltration at all levels of government of anti-Americans, communists, and Islamists who do not have America’s best interest at heart?

How are you going to reverse decades of indoctrination of our children into good socialists? How do you reverse the climate change industry? How do you overcome all the race-baiting, bigotry, hate speech, and white privilege rhetoric coming from the militant and violent left who has plenty of money to stage riots and destructive demonstration by young people addled by drug use? How do you reverse United Nation’s Agenda 21? How do you reverse all the spying on citizens? How do you protect American citizens who can be killed without due process?

The country has gone too far over the cliff. America that will be will not be recognized by baby boomers and legal aliens who immigrated to America for the opportunity of a better life, not for welfare benefits.

Voting in Prince William County, Northern Virginia

Voters who showed up at 6 a.m. on November 3, 2015 to vote in Prince William County, northern Virginia, were greeted at the Leesylvania Elementary School Precinct by a closed door with the sign, “Polls Closed, (sic) at the moment until computer problems are solved! Sorry!”

When they asked for paper ballots, voters were told that they would not be available as it was impossible to verify online if the people were actually registered to vote.

A certain number of the would-be voters left for work, but a few decided to wait. Most were not sure if they would be able to return before the 7 p.m. poll closing time since they worked in the district and the commute is absolutely atrocious on any day but especially on Tuesdays. I decided to go back around 1 p.m. to try and vote again. This time, the polls were open. I asked the precinct captain what happened.  

“We had connection issues, we could not get our computers up and running. That affected one third of the precincts in the county. It wasn’t just us. We couldn’t open or allow people to vote until we had the issue solved.”

What kind of connection problem you experienced, I asked.  

“The computers would not talk to each other  within the whole county. Because when someone signs in, the county is aware of it. Without that, we could not ask people to vote.” He continued, “at the time, we did not know it was a county-wide issue, but we found out later on.”

He went outside and told the crowd, “Folks we are having connection issues, we are working on the problem as fast as we can and as soon as we can solve it, we would let you know. About 15 people left.  I could not turn anybody away, they just left;  they had to go to work. Some people stayed, most of them left. We could not tell how long it would last because we did not know. We got up and running at 6:30 a.m. and we’ve been up and running ever since.”

When asked if the voting polls would close 30 minutes later to make up for the shortage of time, the precinct captain answered that he did not know.

I showed my I.D., stated my full name and address, and voted by filling in blocks with a pen by candidates’ name on a paper ballot. I was then directed to feed the double-sided sheet myself into a scanner and an attendant let me know from the other side of the machine when my vote was electronically cast. I was a bit puzzled that the scanner could read both sides of the sheet at the same time. And this is how we voted or not in northern Virginia in a predominantly Democrat county.

A Cancer across the Earth Called Globalism

I just returned from a two-week trip to Romania and, I am sad to say, what many have warned us about years ago, has come to pass even in Romania, the country that had suffered so much under four decades of communist dictatorship. They managed to replace one evil master, the communists, with another, the globalists/corporatists/statists. 

At one of the empty truck stops and restaurants where we stopped for a soda, a southern Romanian was telling us how afraid people are of their children’s uncertain future, of their finances, and of the dwindling opportunities for success that seem to vanish more each day.

No sooner had Romanians freed themselves from communism in 1989 that the European Union has stepped in with their Fabian Socialism, bringing in lots of indoctrination and other demand strings attached to their financial help for the newly minted and impoverished EU state in dire financial need, Romania.

Dr. Savage warned us about liberalism as a mental disorder. European progressive liberals on steroids, with their failed multiculturalism, have influenced Romanian economics and politics so much that they are now well underway to global governance, an insidious and noxious control by a few elites poised to own the globe.

Romania now has the green party, environmentalism gone-amuck, school indoctrination into the cult of Gaia, destruction of national identity, revisionist history, Muslim and multicultural immigration, ignoring anything that identifies and ties Romanians to their culture and language, strange music, depraved and debauched fashion and behavior, drugs, replacement of perfectly good Romanian words with English neologisms, brainwashing of the population by the church into blind submission to the statists, corruption at all levels, bribery of 5-15 euro for each vote, socialized medical care on a dwindling budget, and disappearance of the middle class which had emerged successfully after the supposed fall of the communists in 1989.

A few conservatives, like ignored Cassandras, have lectured listeners who cared to pay attention about the out-of-control immigration and all the hallmarks of the new world order that is taking over like a metastasized cancer every facet of our lives in the U.S. and across the globe.

Unemployment is high, inflation is escalating, jobs are not created, politicians make empty and dishonest promises to the voters, contracts and companies are moving overseas, young people seek jobs elsewhere in the European Union, no big time corrupt politicians are going to jail, and there is a feeling of hopelessness for the future of their children.

I was saddened to see in Romania the same elements of global control, despair, and welfare dependency we see in the U.S. today. The church supports statism and the hoax of global warming packaged as the climate change industry worth trillions of dollars. Even the Pope is now a climatologist and anti-gun lobbyist.

But there are some important differences. Romanians are very proud of their beautiful country. The Romanian flag is patriotically flown on every building and on every summit. Everybody speaks fluent Romanian if they want to become citizens. No ballots come in any other language and no translators are necessary or provided by the government for welfare services.

The border is safe and secure and one must have a valid passport to cross it. There is no stoked racism and bigotry every day from the administration in power. Nobody wants to disarm Romanians and certainly not their government. If the population learned anything from an embattled and painful history is that disarmed citizens become hopeless slaves to their government masters in power.

Freedom of speech is safe for now.  There is no liberal-imposed political correctness that stifles and prevents freedom of speech, nor are there academic corners dubbed “free speech zones.” Academics as a group love their country and students still have free exchange of ideas at the university. People who disagree with progressives are not labeled haters and terrorists and their lives are not threatened. The Constitution is safe and does not operate side-by-side with Sharia Law. Immigration is legally permitted within the bounds of “how does it benefit the Romanian people.”

 

The Kindergarten Booties

The photograph of a pair of kids’ booties posted on a social website, “Copilaria anilor 80-90,” triggered a flood of memories – it was the exact pair that I used to wear as a child. They were the only ones available for purchase, and required uniform for all children who attended pre-school and kindergarten.

I re-posted the photo thinking that a few of my Romanian friends would comment, but I was wrong. Instead, my much younger cousin from Romania remarked that she had a pair in pre-school in the 1980s. Who knew that commies would stick to the same sorry, cheap, and ugly pair of booties for decades?

One American lady, Gemey, who had traveled to Romania as a missionary in the 1990s, long after communism was temporarily dismantled, wrote, “Having grown up here in the U.S., it’s difficult to imagine no electric, no water, no heat, little food, few clothes. I saw all that, well not the heat, no AC in July was bad enough! But it’s a beautiful country, reminds me of Virginia or Missouri where I live. Green and fertile and full of promise each day. And the people that I met were strong and resourceful and coped with all these situations with grace most of the time. But the moment things got a little better, people were clamoring for more, communist politicians promised more [just like the Bolsheviks] and they voted the commies back into office… sounds like the U.S. doesn’t it?”

She continued, “Superstitions die hard. Even medical doctors believed that evil spirits blew into open windows and people would get sick if they walked barefoot.” They also believed humans got sick if exposed to a slight breeze or draft. Consequently, kids had to wear these felt booties called “sosoni” or “botosei,” crudely made and itchy, in pre-school and kindergarten.

Mom always yelled at me to put on house shoes and she always kept an assortment of slippers in her closet in the U.S. Her granddaughters were amused and loved to irritate her by going barefoot on any kind of surface.

It’s hard to overcome any government dependency, even the communist variety. I have many older relatives who can barely make ends meet today because their pensions from the communist era are so small, yet they are nostalgic for communism. They want to live on the “take-care-of-me plantation,” and “I will do as you say farm.” Why try hard at all when everyone makes the same miserable salary?

The elderly today make an eager voting block that turns out every time to elect the communists back in power – the grey hair commie-voting brigade. They are like jail inmates who spend their entire lives in prison and, when freed, have no idea how to live on the outside, in the free world. They want back in prison where their needs were met poorly but were not expected to do much in return except be on their best behavior, be obedient to strict rules, and be willing to stay behind bars, the very bars that robbed inmates of their freedom in the first place.

I asked my cousin Maria why she voted for communists and she answered, they gave us a small pension, we did not have to work, the rent was low and subsidized, food was hard to find but was also subsidized, cheap alcohol was plentiful, we had rationing coupons, everyone was equally poor and miserable, we did not have to compete, we did not have to try very hard. We just understood that the commies in power were wealthy beyond belief but we accepted that as long as they threw us our daily crumbs and bones. We knew our place and they “protected” us.

What did they protect you from, I asked her. We had a miserable roof over our heads and medical care was free. But Maria, it was free but you could not see doctors nor buy medicines because they were not available, shortages were constant, and you had to fight in lines for the last loaf of bread, toilet paper roll, or bottle of cooking oil, and you had to pay bribes in cash and goods to be seen on time by a better doctor. True, she said, but we had free aspirin and generic Tylenol. She looked down at her feet and remained silent. My arguments did not seem to penetrate her skewed view of reality. No matter what I said, if she had a choice, she would choose communism again and again, graciously resigned and happy with government dependency in exchange for empty promises and scratchy felt booties for her grandchildren.

Having seen the insidious welfare dependency under crony capitalism and under socialism/communism, I seriously doubt that I could change an elderly person’s mentality of addiction to government handouts, even handouts not worth having.

Amnesty, American Values, and Economic Dependency

In the ongoing battle about amnesty for illegal aliens, one recurring theme has been “these are not American values,” meaning that we have to bestow citizenship on these people who broke our laws because they are already here, we can’t send them back, it’s un-American. This question should be asked, what are the American values the proponents of amnesty on both sides of the isle in Congress are referring to?

Being a law abiding American who lives by American values is clearly spelled out in the Declaration of Independence and in the U.S. Constitution. George Washington warned us that we must defend our values and laws from “the impostures of pretended patriotism.”

“Let every American pledge his life, his property, and his sacred honor; let every man remember that to violate the law, is to trample on the blood of his father, and to tear the character of his own, and his children’s liberty. Let reverence for the laws, be breathed by every American mother, to the lisping babe, that prattles on her lap – let it be taught in schools, in seminaries, and in colleges; let it be written in Primers, spelling books, and in Almanacs; - let it be preached from the pulpit, proclaimed in legislative halls, and enforced in courts of justice.”

What are these American values? Americans believe that all men are created equal and God endowed us with the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. These values are self-sufficiency, not dependence on government, personal responsibility, respect for the law, hard work, family, Judeo-Christian values, and equal opportunity for excellence, not forced quotas, nor forced equality by government redistribution of wealth under the guise of the communist mantra of “social justice.”

Preying on our sympathy, kindness, and generosity to foreign nations, we are being guilted and forced to be generous with lawbreakers by awarding them citizenship because they jumped a fence, swam across a river, or walked through the hot desert, putting their lives in peril, defying and disrespecting our borders and our laws.

This amnesty is forced on the American people at a time when we can ill-afford to be generous, with millions of Americans unemployed, underemployed, and on welfare, facing the fundamental destruction of our healthcare.

Legal immigration laws should be written to augment the interests of the American people and to defend the vital interests of the United States, not the interests of the illegal immigrant who broke our laws.

Are the new American values having 50 percent of our population dependent on welfare while expecting a financial entitlement from the labor of the other 50 % of the population who works hard to support them through burdensome taxation?

What are the children of the entitlement state, including illegal aliens, going to do when there are no more taxpayers to steal from? Having escaped third world impoverished socialist countries, illegals come here not to assimilate into our culture but to demand “full communism because they value a fair society and social justice.”

What was wrong with the old immigration system when we enforced the borders and enforced the law? What was wrong with immigrants coming here to obtain a green card and work legally? What was wrong with them going back home after they finished school or work? What was wrong with upholding the law, the sovereignty of our country?

Why is the system broken? Is cheap labor for crony capitalists so important that we no longer enforce the law, we are allowing illegal aliens to flood the country and surround us via the southern border with Mexico, while people who are not so lucky and live across oceans are waiting patiently for visas, going through proper channels, doing the legal paperwork?

Jeh Johnson, Homeland Security Secretary, said on ABC’s “This Week” that “Immigration laws or any other law needs to comport with American values. One of those American values is respect for human dignity. Perhaps we should point out that the family reunification program which accounts for approximately two-thirds of permanent immigration to the United States each year was designed for legal immigration by the Immigration Act of 1990. In 2001, the former INS had an application backlog of 3.9 million people awaiting family reunification visas.  Top countries in this category were Mexico, Philippines, China, India, Vietnam, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Colombia, Jamaica, and El Salvador. http://www.migrationpolicy.org/article/family-reunification

Secretary Johnson is contemplating a modification to the “priority list” by giving amnesty to illegal aliens who have not committed “serious crimes,” to include those who have re-entered the U.S. after being deported previously and those who fled immigration court proceedings. In the meantime, illegal aliens have received $4.2 billion in earned income tax credit in the previous year for children who did not necessarily reside in the U.S., using Individual Tax Identification Numbers (ITIN). ITIN was designed by the IRS to encourage illegals to pay taxes but created instead a Pandora’s box of entitlements for illegal aliens, including allowing them to mix easier into our society and to vote illegally. http://cis.org/IRSTaxID-ImmigrationLaw

Brooks County, Texas, with a land mass twice the size of Manhattan Island, has four deputies to protect the American residents under “assaults every day and every night” by illegal immigrants that liberals call euphemistically “paperless/undocumented Americans.” Rescuing illegal immigrants and picking up the bodies of those who don’t make it across has brought the county to the brink of bankruptcy.  According to ALIPAC, “129 undocumented immigrants were found dead just in Brooks County in 2012, which is more than triple the number who were found dead in the county just six years ago.” The more discussion of ‘amnesty’ in Washington, the more immigrants risk their lives to come to the U.S. now, especially from Central America. http://www.alipac.us/content/texas-county-facing-bankruptcy-due-illegal-immigration-2850/

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush described instances of illegal immigration as “acts of love.” Perhaps he was referring to those who enter illegally or those who overstay legal visas in order to earn money to provide for their families back home. Brandon Darby describes “35 Acts of Love” in his recent column in Breitbart.com. American citizens have a right to decide who becomes a citizen. But, according to Ann Coulter, “liberal judicial activist” Justice Brennan wrote a footnote in his 1982, 5-4 opinion on Plyler v. Doe which gave us anchor babies. With 16 major chains closing or planning on closing stores across America, Staples, Office Depot, Radio Shack, Albertsons, Safeway (Dominick’s in Chicago), Abercrombie and Fitch, Barnes and Noble, J.C.
