Agenda 2030 Is Already in Place

Since the signing of U.N. Agenda 21 in 1992 in Rio, Brazil, by 178 countries, and its implementation across the world, the elements of the agenda which have been morphed into and renamed U.N. Agenda 2030, are already in place as well.

The Great Reset is defined by the World Economic Forum’s chairman Klaus Schwab in his book by the same name. His envisioned Great Reset involves the rebooting of the world economy as enabled by the Covid-19 “epidemic” in the form of “sustainable development” that destroys sovereignty, borders. citizenship, wealth, private property, and national economies, to the benefit of a few billionaires who control the globe. U.N. would control and dictate everything for them, including public health, travel, fiscal and monetary policies, transportation, employment, education, labor, housing, commerce, agriculture, weather manipulation, religion, family, reproduction, birth, life, and death for the planet’s 8 billion humans.

Society will be reset based on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) – hiring the less qualified, less educated, and with darker skin under the guise of equal outcomes for unequally situated individuals. DEI rewards people on non-merit and on lack of accomplishments, devolving society to the lowest common denominator instead of merit and accomplishments.

Nationalism will be replaced by globalism and global governance, with China rising as a star.

Environmental reset is controlled by the climate change agenda of the United Nations through its Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).

Technology resets with global tracking and surveillance of everything and everybody. On the micro level, everything will be digitized, and nobody will be able to make rapid mental calculations or write cursively with pen and paper.

Industry will reset, destroying small operations and allowing only large producers.

Social interactions will reset through effects on travel, tourism, hospitality, environment, retail, 15-minute cities, aerospace, and automotive industry.

Individual reset through forced behavioral changes, i.e., forced isolation, economic reductions of disposable income, psychological and physical security, food insecurity deliberately designed outcome of food shortages, redefining what is human, exposing humans to horrible natural disasters and to pandemics, forbidding humans to own anything and forcing them to be happy about it, forbid “conspicuous consumption” of any kind and engage in forced “frugality” while the billionaires of the world devour anything they want.

One World Government will replace each country’s government, and it will reside with the United Nations.

Technocracy and Corporatocracy – those in charge of technology and social media platforms will control the narrative and the “free speech,” while large corporations will control people’s lives.

Fourth Industrial Revolution – Klaus Schwab popularized the phrase to explain the shift in industrial capitalism into the phase in which physical, digital, and biological worlds merge with the aid of 21st century technological advancements, artificial intelligence, gene editing, and advance robotics.

With the frightening implantation of chips in the brain, false memories can also be implanted. A WEF conference explains that isolated pain centers in the human brain can actually be activated with chips, inflicting pain and punishment on humans without their consent.

Total dependency on the police state with the Social Credit Score system is modeled after that which is currently used in China. All human activity is dictated by the social credit score assigned by the state to each person, based on how they behave, and how the police state deems their behavior to be, compliant or not. I do recall that throughout our communist school system, we received a grade for behavior in general and a failing grade as such was discussed in front of all the other parents who were forced to attend monthly meetings about the behavioral and academic performance of their children.

Carbon Footprint Surveillance System is already in use in some countries; people with a lower carbon footprint can sell their allowed carbon footprint to people who actually have a much larger carbon footprint than the state allows.

Universal Basic Income for compliant citizens – proposed in this country but not yet enforced.

Depopulation – Many eugenicists have been promoting the depopulation agenda for decades, including Bill Gates, from 8 billion people to a billion or half a billion people. They believe that human existence and the replacement birth rates are destroying mother earth.

Programmable Central Banking Digital Currency – replacing cash altogether, allowing banks to control what we can and cannot spend, based on our social credit score system – taxation compliance would be 100 percent, and digital banking spending of one’s own balances would be denied or approved based on a human being’s acceptable or unacceptable behavior as deemed by the state.

Mandatory vaccines for all ages – multiple mRNA vaccines yearly have already been developed and currently in use.

Controlled fertility and reproduction

Radical assisted suicide and abortion laws – assisted suicide already in use in some western countries and abortion in all western nations.

One hundred percent genetically manipulated food and soil – in use in many nations, including the U.S.A.

Banning all natural foods, remedies, and treatment – some are banned in the U.S.

Using a robotic workforce

Internet of things and internet of bodies

Microchips and implantable brain interface technologies

Constant exposure to EMFs, RFs (5G, 6G, 7G) – all electronic devices, cell phones, computers, schools where teaching and learning are all computer-based, smart meters, smart appliances, etc.

Destruction of genders through forced transgenderism.

Destruction of family, motherhood, and fatherhood – ridiculous claims that men can menstruate, men can be women and vice-versa, men can have babies, women are birthing persons, not mothers, etc., while the church is silent on the matter and introduce their clergy by their preferred pronouns. Dishonest politicians, judges, doctors, and academia suddenly don’t know how to define a woman.

Rationing of energy and all natural resources – don’t heat your home, live in a tiny home the size of a prison cell, don’t use your car, walk, ride a bike, stay home in your one-minute neighborhood, don’t use a gas stove, drive an expensive electric car you cannot afford, fueled by fairy dust, or live in high-rises without elevators and parking garages because who needs mobility and freedom when the planet is dying? Let the rich drive their many cars, jet around the world in their personal planes, buy mega-yachts, mega-mansions by the sea, while you freeze or swelter in your tiny home and on your bike on the busy interstate during a raging rainstorm or snowstorm and you need to go to the grocery store.

Restrictions on non-essential travel, no leisure travel – who needs to travel? There is plenty to see in your own back yard if you just walk or bike to the woods.

Smart Cities – the 15-minute electronically gated and modern ghetto from which you can only exit 100 times a year and, after that, you must pay a penalty each time you leave and return. CCTV knows you license plate well.

Drones, facial recognition cameras, movement sensors

Abolishing private property – as Klaus Schwab said, “you will own nothing and be happy about it.”  Which billionaire is going to give all of his wealth and money away and be happy about it first?

Control and surveillance of nature and wildlife

Restricted access to wilderness areas (human free zones) – rewilding of parks as presented in the Wildlands Project map of 1992.

“Sustainable Development” (SD) of the New World Order – Everything that constitutes modern civilization must go.

U.N. Agenda 21 is Close to Full Implementation

When I first became aware of U.N. Agenda 21, two decades ago, I started reading everything I could find and the more I read, the deeper my searches took me – the large  octopus using the environment as an excuse was stretching its tentacles far and wide across the globe. I could hardly believe it myself as I found long documents, conferences, videos of politicians, presidents, and famous people pushing this globalist agenda and passing executive orders to implement it by fiat at all levels of government.

It was shocking that the whole cabal was there in plain sight, yet people accused us of being conspiracy theorists. Even some conservatives spoke of U.N. Agenda 21 in hushed tones and suggested that the only proper mention of it was in context of property rights, yet it is so much more because it encompasses everything we do in our daily lives and in business. https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/outcomedocuments/agenda21

The globalists have made such huge strides that they have morphed the initial 1992 U.N. Agenda 21 into U.N. Agenda 2030. https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/content/documents/21252030%20Agenda%20for%20Sustainable%20Development%20web.pdf

The Democrat [Socialist] Party passed it as the Green New Deal, which is neither green, nor new, nor a deal, on the contrary, it is a total control of our personal and economic lives. https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-congress/house-resolution/109/text

Using unelected individuals and NGOs tentacles, U.N. Agenda 21 spread across the world at the local, state, and federal government levels like wildfire in the name of green growth, smart growth, with its lynchpin Sustainable Development (SD) and its seventeen goals.

People were caught unaware and suddenly found out that their private property, way of life, development and business models were fundamentally changed by corrupt politicians beholden to these NGOs who devised, developed, and forced communities to adopt their ideas in urban development, real estate, transportation, family, religion, birth rates, housing, food, wealth redistribution, education, welfare, medical care, construction, technology, fuel use, water use, recreation, zoning, agriculture, and everything else that makes our lives and economy what they are, fundamentally transforming societies to fit their environmentalist ideas and Marxist philosophy.

To sum it all up, over time, while we all slept blissfully because we were a free society, we became wards of the United Nation’s octopus and its third world bureaucrats in alliance with powerful billionaires and technocrats. Worst of all, the U.N. used our own taxpayer dollars to accomplish its nefarious U.N. Agenda 21.

The idea of the globalist “interdependence” can be found in many leftist organizations and environmental charters.

Historian Henry Steele Commager, an alleged definer of modern liberalism in America and a persistent fighter against McCarthyism, drafted an alarming document, “A Declaration of Interdependence, which was presented at the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia on October 24, 1975 and then signed on January 30, 1976 at Congress Hall in Philadelphia by several members of Congress and endorsed by non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and U.N. agencies. The fact that such a document was signed on our nation’s Bicentennial is even more insulting.

Excerpts are quite shocking:

“Two centuries ago, our forefathers brought forth a new nation; now we must join with others to bring forth a new world order.”

“We affirm that the economy of all nations is a seamless web, and that no one nation can any longer effectively maintain its processes of production and monetary systems without recognizing the necessity for collaborative regulation by international authorities.”

And who might these international authorities be that would control and regulate our monetary systems - United Nations of course and its affiliates. Now we can see more clearly through the precipitous drive to have a cashless economy, supposedly beleaguered by the shortage of coins and dirty paper money and the evolving idea of a one world currency.

U.N. Agenda 21 was one of the documents produced and signed in 1992 at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro by 178 countries. “The Earth Summit produced the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, the Statement of Forest Principles, and Agenda 21. The Earth Summit also led to the establishment of the Convention of Biological Diversity, and the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change.” https://www.encyclopedia.com/environment/energy-government-and-defense-magazines/earth-summit-1992

The David Suzuki’s website states that “The Declaration of Interdependence expresses our values as an organization. It was written for the 1992 U.N. Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, where portions of our declaration were woven into the work of others around the world to form the Earth Charter.” https://davidsuzuki.org/about/declaration-of-interdependence/#:~:text=Declaration%20of%20Interdependence%20The%20Declaration%20of%20Interdependence%20expresses,around%20the%20world%20to%20form%20the%20Earth%20Charter.

The Global Interdependence Center wrote its own Declaration of Interdependence to include among others, the goal to “ESTABLISH A NEW WORLD ORDER of compassion, peace, justice, and security, it is essential that mankind free itself from the limitations of national prejudice, and acknowledge that the forces that unite it are incomparably deeper than those that divide it – that all people are part of one global community, dependent on one body of resources, bound together by the ties of a common humanity and associated in a common adventure on the planet Earth.” https://www.interdependence.org/about/overview-mission/declaration-of-interdependence/

The existence of America as a country is now a “national prejudice” in their view and we must establish a new world order in their Marxist-designed global community for the common good, for the collective.

The Unanimous Declaration of Interdependence was drafted by Cliff Humphrey drawing upon and revising the Declaration of Independence to create in September 1969 what was dubbed as “the founding document of the environmental movement.” Using similar calligraphy and syntax, the one-page paper looked like Thomas Jefferson’s document. http://revolution.berkeley.edu/declaration-of-interdependence/

The National Education Association (NEA) produced in 1976 a social studies curriculum called “A Declaration of Interdependence: Education for a Global Community.” Congresswoman Marjorie Holt (R-MD) described it as “an atrocious betrayal of American independence.” https://files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ED142500.pdf

The first “cardinal premise” of this curriculum as presented on p. 8 of the original document was Global Community explained as “Stressing our relationship as a nation to the other nations of the world and our responsibilities as human beings to the biosphere. Recognizing the concepts of multiethnic, multicultural, and multilingual education in pluralistic societies.https://files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ED142500.pdf

During our Bicentennial celebration of America, the NEA teachers were preparing the ground of fundamentally transforming our country by seeding students with the idea that they are not Americans, but citizens of the world.  “Education in America's third century will be a process of preparing students to be citizens of the world, a world in which this country forms but a part of the whole.” (p. 20) This is how the NEA was saying Happy Birthday to America. https://files.eric.ed.gov/fulltext/ED142500.pdf

Of the 17 Sustainable Development goals of U.N. Agenda 21, Goal #4 aims to “ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.” https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/content/documents/Agenda21.pdf

Goal #4 is supported by Global Education First Initiative (GEFI). GEFI is focused on “putting quality, relevant and transformative education at the heart of the social, political, and development agendas and generating additional and sufficient funding for education through sustained global advocacy efforts of global movement for education.” https://sustainabledevelopment.un.org/content/documents/211617%20Goals%2017%20Partnerships.pdf

In case you wonder why our country is turning so unpatriotic, anti-American, self-hating, and Marxist, look at America’s brainwashed teachers, the academia, the long history of dumbing down of American children’s education, and the destruction of America by the globalist U.N. Agenda 21 which has been implemented quietly in your neighborhood for the last 28 years. The “dumbing down” of America’s education has been accomplished in less than five decades.

Pushing Now U.N. Agenda 2030 with Social Engineering of the Elderly

The One World Governance of U.N. Agenda 21, now morphed into U.N. Agenda 2030, requires that every societal decision be based on the environmental impact on global land use, education, and population control and reduction.

The lynchpin of this agenda, Sustainable Development, has deemed “not sustainable” most human activities that form our modern civilization: private property, suburban sprawl, fossil fuels, consumerism, farming, irrigation, commercial agriculture, pesticides, herbicides, farmland, grazing of livestock, paved roads, golf course, ski lodges, logging, dams, reservoirs, fences, power lines, and the family unit.

As Maurice Strong, Secretary General of the U.N.’s Earth Summit said in 1992, “Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class – involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home and work air conditioning, and suburban housing are not sustainable.”

Fossil fuel energy must be replaced by solar and wind generated power, no matter what the cost and consequences will be to humans and to wildlife. And both solar panels and wind turbines are decimating wildlife.

The Paris Climate Agreement signed in 2016 by 178 countries, the same nations that ratified the 1992 U.N. Agenda 21, was touted as an “incredible achievement.” According to Dr. Lomborg, president of the Copenhagen Consensus Center in Denmark, “the Paris Agreement will cost a fortune, but do little to reduce global warming.” The cost by the end of the century will be astronomical, $100 trillion, he said, with an insignificant decrease (0.023 degrees F) in temperatures supposedly caused by carbon pollution. https://www.thenewamerican.com/tech/environment/item/25486-sticker-shock-cost-of-un-climate-pact-100-trillion

Conserving the planet, water, soil, and air for future generations and taking measures to reduce pollution is quite different from the scam of the climate change industry that is punishing humans dearly for existing. Somehow, in the globalist mind, taxing and redistributing wealth to the third world are supposed to arrest and reverse the much maligned anthropogenic global warming. Sending humans back to a simple, pre-civilization life is magically going to stop the planet from going through normal cycles of cooling and warming. Yet little is made of the Vostok ice core samples that have proven that such swings in global temperatures have occurred naturally without any interference from human activity.

As I wrote in my 2012 book, “U.N. Agenda 21: Environmental Piracy,” there is never a shortage of new converts to the global warming scam as the educational system is deliberately dumbing down our students in order to accept the Sustainable Development goals. “Generally, more highly educated people, who have higher incomes, consume more resources than poorly educated people, who tend to have lower incomes. In this case, more education increases the threat to Sustainability.” https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Dstripbooks&field-keywords=UN+Agenda+21%3A+Environmental+Piracy

Agenda 2030 is spread by Public Private Partnerships and the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI), now re-baptized Local Governments for Sustainability. Smart Growth, Green Growth, Green Building Codes, Going Green, to name a few, are Sustainable Development (SD) policies implemented at local levels with tax dollars channeled through Public Private Partnerships between the federal government and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).

With the help of the American Planning Association, grants reach municipalities that are in dire straits financially, distributing them to struggling communities, grants that came with strings attached such as “visioning consensus,” the vision of a third, unelected government tier, composed of the United Nations and non-profit foundations that promote the interest of globalists and wild animals over the interest of the local humans.

U.N. Agenda 2030 makes suggestions and recommendations that are adapted into law at state and local level through comprehensive land use plans which are voted on and included by the board of supervisors into local zoning codes. Citizens do not understand its damaging ramifications to their private property, to the ability to make a living, to use their land, grow food in their gardens, irrigate their crops, sell their produce freely, and collect rainwater and snowmelt on their own property.

U.N. Agenda 2030 goals and recommendations include several types of social engineering:

-          Redistribution of population according to resources, a type of social engineering that includes removing any borders around the globe

-          Government control of land use in order to achieve equitable distribution of resource, hence the social justice movement around the globe

-          Land use control through zoning and planning

-          Government control of excessive profits from land use

-          Urban and rural land control through public land ownership

-          Regionalist authorities in control of development rights, superseding local and state government authority

U.N. Agenda 2030 aims to control:

-          Energy production, delivery, distribution, and consumption via Smart Grid, Smart Meters, and renewables

-          Food growth via FDA regulations

-          Education via a curriculum centered on the environment, Mother Earth, and global citizenship

-          Water through irrigation denial in agriculture, home use, recreation, limited hydroelectric generation

-          Land through abolishing private property

-          Finance through a single currency

-          Population by reducing it to “manageable levels” through sterilization and eugenics

-          No borders, no sovereignty

-          No national language and culture, no national history

-          Mobility restriction to 5-minute walk/bike to/from work, school, shopping, entertainment

-          Longer distance travel via rail use

-          No homesteading, stacking people in high-rise mixed-use tenements in order to designate formerly privately-owned land for wildlife habitat

Living small is heavily promoted around the world. People are encouraged to live in spaces the size of a small RV, packing and unpacking furniture daily in order to be able to move around their tiny spaces, to sleep, cook, and sit down. While this many seem attractive to a young person who cannot afford to pay a lot of rent, it is very difficult to raise a family in a 250-400 square feet of space, less than the average hotel room. Americans will be hard-pressed to give up their land, suburban homes and living, and move into such crammed quarters.

The latest push in the Agenda 2030 is to “rethink development to prepare for aging population.” The aging population has managed to live just fine for centuries without social engineers re-directing their life styles to fit into the globalists’ plans. Floridians even built their own highly successful retiree town called the Villages.

The Institute for Research on Public Policy discovered that “With Canada’s population aging rapidly, municipalities must refocus their community planning efforts to deal with the impact of decades-old car-dependent suburban sprawl that leaves less-mobile seniors isolated.” http://irpp.org/research-studies/insight-no14/?mc_cid=20529517f9&mc_eid=060d0aa264

What is the solution? Amend the land-use plans to make housing “age-friendly” – “walkable development and promoting aging at home, nudge municipalities to take concrete steps to integrate the age-friendly concept in their planning and development-review processes.”

“The suburbs of the future are pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods that contain a mix of housing types and provide for the needs of residents at all stages of their lives.”

I bold-faced certain words because they are exactly the words used in the original U.N. Agenda 21 goals of controlling population movement, car use, location, mixed housing, and walkability. Municipalities have added “park benches, better lighting, and clearer signage.” But that is not enough progress towards the full implementation of U.N.’s Agenda 2030.

To believe that the government really cares about the fate of their elderly population is dubious. As government reduces their access to medical care, sky-rockets their insurance premiums, and taxes them so much that they are unable to pay for assisted living, these planners are trying to crowd the elderly into tiny apartments on the premise that their lives would be improved by proximity to public transportation, work, shopping, dining, and entertainment. It is just another attempt to herd human beings into tiny spaces in order to control land use, mobility, and urban sprawl, all Sustainable Development goals.

Water and the Climate Change Industry

The water you drink today has likely been around in one form or another since dinosaurs roamed the Earth, hundreds of millions of years ago.” – National Geographic

“Water which is too pure has no fish.” - Anonymous

Water is life and it is recyclable, covering 70 percent of our planet; 2.5 percent is fresh water and “only 1 percent is easily accessible, the rest is trapped in glaciers and snowfields.” National Geographic noted that freshwater is in crisis because levels have remained the same over millennia but the human population has exploded to seven billion and thus water use based on population size and animal use is unsustainable. http://environment.nationalgeographic.com/environment/freshwater/freshwater-crisis/

The climate change industry is growing exponentially, shaped and driven by U.N.’s Agenda 2030, relentlessly introduced, reintroduced, renamed, and first signed by 178 nations in 1992 as Agenda 21. This agenda is driven not by the “saving the planet” narrative, but by global social engineering control and redistribution of wealth to third world nations.

The lynchpin of the now globally-adopted Agenda 2030 is sustainability everything disguised as smart growth/green growth. Everything we do in the civilized world has been declared unsustainable by the global elites who control this climate change industry scam worth trillions of dollars.

To please elitist billionaires and environmentalists around the world, we must fundamentally change according to their plans of de-developing society and regressing to a more primitive lifestyle. They are now regulators of water use, electricity production and use, fossil fuel exploration and use, mining, agriculture, education, medical care, and land use, which will enable them to control the weather and the climate by taxing us into oblivion.

U.N. declared 2013 the International Year of Water Cooperation. They celebrated The World Water Day on March 22, 2014 and the world toilet day on November 19 to remind us that 2.5 billion people have no sanitation and 780 million people do not have access to clean water. http://www.unwater.org/water-cooperation-2013/en/

U.N. alleges that our civilization and standard of living pollute river basins and eating meat and dairy places undue stress on water because those industries use more water to operate.

Some African countries cannot provide clean water to their population yet they are discouraged to produce electricity with “dirty” fossil fuels. Without fossil fuels and electricity, clean water cannot be supplied in sufficient quantities thus water-borne diseases are rampant.

Desalination is frowned upon by environmentalists because it is much more expensive to produce than conventional ways of providing fresh water. Israel that is successfully and relatively inexpensively providing 40% of its water supply from desalination.

According to discovery.com, there are over 15,000 desalination plants around the world that convert ocean water into drinking water either by distillation or reverse osmosis. Environmentalists complain that both processes use too much electricity. Distillation involves boiling the sea water, capturing the steam, separating it into cooling tanks, which then condense the steam into fresh water. Reverse osmosis is filtration that removes the salt and minerals from the water. The brine left behind is usually piped back into the ocean.

Mike Mickley wrote in “US Municipal Desalination Plants: Number, Types, Location, Sizes, and Concentrate Management Practices” that 324 plants were built since 1971 in the United States, capable of producing 25,000 gallons of fresh water per day. The Carlsbad desalination plant in San Diego, California is slated for completion in 2016 and will be capable of producing 50 million gallons of fresh water per day, providing 7 percent of the San Diego region’s supply needs.

United Nations bemoans the fact that “85% of the world’s population lives in the driest half of the planet.” The eventual U.N. planned solution will be social engineering in the form of massive population movement from these arid areas to places like Europe and the United States where the rural density per capita is quite low.

IPCC “predicts with high confidence that water stress will increase in central and southern Europe and, that by the 2070s, the number of people affected will rise from 28 million to 44 million. Summer flows are likely to drop by up to 80 % in southern Europe and some part of central and Eastern Europe. Europe’s hydropower potential is expected to drop by an average of 6%, but rise by 20-50% around the Mediterranean by 2070.” (Alcamo et al., 2007)

Data from the World Bank was cited in 2010 which estimated the cost of a yet to be seen 2 degree Celsius rise in global temperatures to be $70-100 billion per year between 2020 and 2050. Of this cost, anywhere from $13.7-19.2 billion will be water-related. http://www.unwater.org/water-cooperation-2013/water-cooperation/facts-and-figures/en/

Elitists say that, if global population would be allowed to reach the current lifestyle of the average European or North American, 3.5 planets Earth would be needed for sustainability.  That is why population control by any means is considered important. Projections predict 2-3 billion people over the next 40 years. This growth will certainly not come from the senescent white Europeans and North Americans but from third world countries.

As Tom DeWeese wrote in his report, “Sustainablists work to keep these nations from developing or increasing energy use, thereby keeping them poor. Green regulations stop the building of infrastructure. They panic at the idea of increased energy use in developing nations. Instead of working to solve the real problems – the root of poverty - they exploit the excuse of over population and advocate enforcing polices to drastically reduce populations. China’s brutal one child policy of forced abortions and sterilization has become their model.”

How many people does the United Nations believe should inhabit our planet? “A reasonable estimate for an industrialized world society at the present North American material standard of living would be 1 billion. At a more frugal European standard of living, 2 to 3 billion would be possible.” United Nations Global Biodiversity Assessment. https://deweesereport.com/2016/05/17/six-issues-that-are-agenda-21/?mc_cid=040d1ca29b&mc_eid=371fc3eeb1

The fact that we have periods of drought and rainy seasons escapes the “sustainablists” narrative. But, we must still use our water resources responsibly. Do we need to have daddy government control water consumption and recreation via smart water meters and other regulations?

Even though we’ve had 21 consecutive days of non-stop rain, our water bill contained a glossy which stated the necessity to control irrigation via a recommended irrigation schedule. Odd number addresses could water on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays. Even number addresses could water on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. And businesses could water on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Installing rain sensors and soil moisture detectors to avoid unnecessary irrigation and further reduce stress on the water system was recommended so that our Service Authority could maintain adequate water pressure in our neighborhood.

The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) reported that 170,000 public drinking water systems in the country serve 264 million people, transporting 13 percent of the total water withdrawn from the U.S. surface and subterranean sources to residential and commercial buildings via 1 million miles of water main pipe that are deep in the ground and over 100 years old.” The cost of replacing these pipes is $1 trillion and will be passed on to the consumers. http://www.truth-out.org/news/item/30724-exclusive-dispatch-private-water-industry-says-water-bills-have-to-go-up

A USA Today survey of 100 municipalities found that “residential water bills in at least one in four places have doubled in the past 12 years.” http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2012/09/27/rising-water-rates/1595651/

Some states fine and jail homeowners who collect rainwater. Even a rain puddle is regulated in other places. In California’s San Joaquin Valley, protecting the delta smelt is more important than irrigating crops that feed millions of Americans.

The voters in Oregon tired of their government’s overt attempt to control their water and land and said no to NestlĂ©. They rallied and defeated NestlĂ©’s attempt to privatize their water.

“The issue that brought conservatives and progressives together in this way was clear-cut: keeping NestlĂ© Waters North America from building a water bottling plant and extracting over 118 million gallons annually from a spring in a small, rural community 45 miles east of Portland.”

Americans drink a lot of expensive bottled water, often just filtered tap water, over 10 billion gallons in 2013. With revenue of $12.3 billion in 2013 and Americans spending $18.2 billion on bottled water in 2014, there is a cash cow in that industry which the International Bottled Water Association is gladly representing. http://www.truth-out.org/news/item/36129-our-water-our-future-voters-in-oregon-defeat-nestle-s-attempt-to-privatize-their-water

Progressives and the U.N. are obsessed with water, among many other things, as a way to control what people do. Take for instance a golfing community in Texas that pumps water from the Brazos River running next to the golf course. After estimating the number of gallons of water needed to water their lawn, they paid the county for the water plus an additional amount in case they have underestimated their needs. After years of this business arrangement, the county wants to “renegotiate” the agreement because they feel that the course is not entitled to so much of “God’s water.”

Additionally, the residents cannot build cisterns to catch rainfall because “God’s water” would run on the property, seep into the ground, and run off into the river, thus polluting it.

As I described in my previous article, http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/58534 United Nations has a strong vested interest to control our water supply and our passage through the seas, oceans, our shipping, fishing, and mineral and oil exploration on the bottom of the ocean. They are controlling it through Agenda 21, chapters 17 and 18, and through the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST) which has not yet been ratified by the Senate for lack of sufficient votes – for now.

Executive Order 13603 from March 16, 2012 gives the Department of Defense authority over all water resources. The order also covers all food, transportation, energy, construction materials, “health resources,” farm equipment, fertilizers, and all fuels that can be commandeered and controlled by our government both in peacetime and during national emergencies. http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-office/2012/03/16/executive-order-national-defense-resources-preparedness

Tombstone, Arizona, “the town too tough to die,” has been embroiled in expensive litigation with the USDA and the Forest Service over its ability to use water from the mountain springs that has provided the desert town with water since the 1880s, predating the Wilderness Act by 80 years.

A Monument Fire in 2011 destroyed the pipes in Huachuca Mountains that carried the water down from its source in the Miller Canyon Wilderness Area. Boulders the size of cars buried the pipes. The Forest Service denied residents the use of heavy machinery to unearth the pipes that were covered in some places by 12 feet of mud. Instead, they could only use wheelbarrows and hand tools because they were protecting an endangered species, a pair of nesting Mexican spotted owls. http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2012/06/12/is-this-owl-forcing-historic-tombstone-az-to-fix-water-lines-with-horses-and-handtools/

The 10th Amendment protects states and their subdivisions from federal regulations that impede their ability to fulfill essential health and safety functions. “Though the water may originate on National Forest lands, Bureau of Land Management lands, and other federally managed lands, the rights to that water belong to the farms and ranches and cities.” The lawyers for the federal government disagree.

In mid-June 2012, a group of citizens armed with shovels trekked 2 miles up the mountain in 100 degree heat to restore water by hand from the Gardner Spring to the historical Tombstone, Arizona. http://netrightdaily.com/2012/06/tombstone-az-residents-forced-to-use-shovels-and-hand-tools-to-fix-water-supply/

Mr. Gosar said in his one minute speech to the House of Representatives on December 12, 2012, “Our communities shouldn’t need their Congressman or a lawsuit to make basic repairs to infrastructure. The Federal Government should work with us, not against us, to preserve western water supplies.” http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?r112:H12DE2-0026:/

Progressives don’t like hydroelectric power generation because it is interfering with nature, aquatic habitats, and the natural flow of rivers. Many dams have been blown up for this very reason. The fact that nature itself causes rivers to flood, creating and destroying habitats at the same time, had been ignored by the progressive agenda.

We now have to suffer the ill-effects of low flush “enviro-friendly” toilets that don’t really save any water since people have to flush them 4-5 times in order to get rid of human waste. To make matters worse, city sewers get stopped up because of low-flush toilets, costing them millions and millions of dollars a year to fix huge clogs. The much touted flushable wipes also choke the small residential pipes and cost homeowners millions of dollars a year to dig them out and replace. Yet there is sufficient water, save for cyclical periods of drought.

Global Governance to Subvert our Sovereignty through Mayors

Another program/initiative will be implemented quietly around the country in 2016 while American citizens are blissfully unaware.  The United States Council of Mayors (USCM) has announced in March 2015 that they are supporting the Global Parliament of Mayors.

The announcement seems innocuous enough. We have global partnerships springing up all the time now. Our children are being indoctrinated in public and private schools to become global citizens, with no allegiance to their own country; they belong to the globe, with United Nations at the helm. Many institutions of higher learning and k-12 advertise proudly the preparation of the global citizens.

The role of the U.S. Council of Mayors is to create a forum for mayors to exchange ideas, strengthening leadership and management tools, to ensure that federal policy meets urban needs, to strengthen federal-city relationships, and to promote the development of effective national urban/suburban policy. The mayor of Baltimore, the famous Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, is the current president of the USCM. http://www.globalparliamentofmayors.org/partners/4588430924

According to its website, “The United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) is the official non-partisan organization of cities with populations of 30,000 or more. There are 1,400 such cities in the country today. Each city is represented in the Conference by its chief elected official, the mayor.”

Among international advisors of USCM noted on the website are former mega cities mayors, the Earth Institute, former prime ministers, the Center for Urban Research, Barclays Capital, Brookings Institute, professors from Columbia University, the London School of Economics, and New York University, and the C40 (the Cities Climate Leadership Group composed of 78 member cities around the world united to fight greenhouse gas emissions).

What is the Global Parliament of Mayors (GPM) and why would USMC be a perfect partner? GPM is a project, a “political and civic institution by, for, and of cities.” The problem with this organization is that it is another phantom layer of government that was not elected by the people, for the people, and does not necessarily act in the best interests of the American people.  Mayors are elected by the people to represent their local interests, not the global interests as dictated by the United Nations Agenda 2030, the U.N. Agenda 21 on steroids.

American mayors are not elected to “identify and pursue in common the public goods of urban cities around the world through a new global governance platform deploying collective urban political power that manifests the right of cities to govern themselves, and their responsibility to do so by contributing viable cross-border solutions to global challenges that are also municipal challenges. In an era of interdependence, where nation states have become dysfunctional and cities are rising everywhere, it is time to take the visionary leap from effective local governance to true global governance.” American mayors are elected to represent the interests of the residents in their city, not a global entity.

I am not sure American citizens have agreed to this global governance, they want to govern themselves through elected officials. Dragging our cities into a compact that would result in spreading the wealth of our successful cities to the strife-ridden tribal societies is not how American citizens and their cities want to spend taxpayer dollars. Nor do American citizens want to bend over to the collective urban political power of the elites who have made such decision for them.

Who came up with this idea that “nation states and international organizations are finding it ever more difficult to respond to the global challenges facing humanity, from climate change and immigration, to terrorism and pandemic disease, from spreading inequality and global markets to new technology and religious conflict?”

Poor Hispanics, victims of economic inequality of their own governments, are flooding our country through the southern border. Muslim “refugees” are spreading religious chaos, violence, and conflict in their own countries and the countries they invade.

Climate has been changing for millennia without any interference from humans and the Vostock ice core sample demonstrate so. The global warming hoax has been proven a fraud, time and time again. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is not a pollutant; it is the gas of plant life. But the climate change industry is not giving up their agenda because it is a veritable cash cow.

According to the GPM website, the Global Parliament of Mayors is the work of Dr. Benjamin Barber, political theorist and author, and his research presented in his book, “If Mayors Ruled the World: Dysfunctional Nations, Rising Cities,” published in 2013 by Yale University Press.

The Global Parliament of Mayors is a “new beacon for global governance on climate change and other critical issues in what is becoming a year of extraordinary promise and a season of hope for humankind.” http://www.globalparliamentofmayors.org/home/4589660128

Since Americans have not voted at the polls for global governance, this is a stealth effort to install elected politicians and unelected bureaucrats to control cities around the world.

Why exactly must we take “the visionary leap from effective local governance to true global governance?” If we have effective local governance, why must we bow to globalists, to bureaucrat elitists who want to control us?

If cities are successfully governing themselves, they don’t need a layer of ghost government from abroad telling them how to run their cities or spend their taxpayer dollars, and I am not sure Americans will be too pleased when learning about this new attempt to subvert our sovereignty.

U.N. Agenda 21 has already infiltrated itself across the U.S. through the board of supervisors with membership in ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, renamed Local Governments for Sustainability), regionalism, and zoning regulations which have transformed parts of the cities into high rise, high density, mixed-use buildings, and have taken citizens out of their cars via excessive tolls and narrowing roads into light rail, buses, and bikes.

Agricultural land was taken out of use through conservation easements with the help of visioning committees that promoted smart/green growth. There is no government organization left that does not have a sustainable development plan in place, the lynchpin of U.N.’s Agenda 21. Now the U.N. elites are going to gain access into the mayors’ offices across the globe.
