The American Left Marches to Deliver Cultural Marxism

The midterm elections are over. The predicted red tsunami fizzled to a few bubbles in a washtub. The blues have won again. Who chose the color for the conservative party to be red and the socialists to be blue? Was this another ploy to conceal how communist red the Democrat Party had become?

Congress barely returned to the GOP with a razor thin margin and, as such, will predictably do nothing to salvage what is left of the country and of the economy. The Socialist Democrats have been re-elected in most states and their new brethren joined them in Congress.

The Millennials and the Generation Z have turned up to vote, in uncharacteristically high numbers, motivated by the abortion slogan, ‘my right, my body.' They needed a venue besides TikTok to whine about their pronouns, facial rings, tattoos, having to work, and having to pay for their social justice college degrees.

Generation Z voters and Millennials are destroying the west. Their brainwashed, uninformed, and drug-happy individuals drive the narrative in the mainstream media and through outrageous and nonsensical acts of civil disobedience. They are malleable tools/fools in the arsenal of the rich globalists and American elitists, the “useful idiots” the Soviets described artfully.

Older generations, dedicated to their ways of voting, are helping in the destruction because they are swayed by the media, happy to read the communist papers, too tired to search for themselves, or entrenched in their old Democrat Party, not understanding that the Democrat Party had been hijacked long time ago by the Soviet commie activists who had promised that they will turn America into communism through miseducation.

It is important to lefties that abortion, marijuana, and other debauched ways be continued under the Democrat Party who promises perennial welfare and does not shy away from introducing more perversions and immorality into public schools, starting in kindergarten.

As you destroy the western civilization, Millennials and Generation Z, remember that there is no such thing as a free meal and socialist dictators are not very tolerant, and your debauched and crazy lifestyle will come to an end in a truly socialist society.

Gen Z and Millennials, as you are actively destroying your country, screaming in public that you want a better future, free of climate change, and you are tired of capitalism, remember that, once you are at the mercy of the totalitarian government, all the benefits afforded to you by a capitalist economy will cease to exist.

Destroying public property, chaining yourselves on major streets, and gluing yourselves to priceless works of art, while screaming that “the planet is dying, stop using fossil fuels,” you are shooting yourselves in the proverbial foot and worse.

Without fossil fuels, life as you know it, will cease to exist. You will be very cold, very hot, in the dark, unable to go very far, no smart devices, no food, no water, no sanitation, no medical care, no medicines, no cars, everything that you enjoy and makes life worth living will disappear and you will exist in a state of constant misery and pain unlike any you can possibly imagine. You will be just a cog in the government machine, you will own nothing, and be forcibly happy about it.

You are going to have to work in many unpleasant and undesirable jobs and locations, wherever the communist party in charge of the government tells you to go. The TikTok barista whining and crying about how hard his job at Starbucks is, where there are too many customers and not enough help for the baristas, will be history.

As you cry that your human “rights’ are taken away from you and you cannot have an abortion on demand in your neighborhood, and even kill your baby after it is born, remember that dictatorial regimes do not offer abortions at all, and it is harder and more expensive to even find birth control pills. Nobody offers them to you for free and you cannot demand or get any freebies.

Employees at Twitter, Facebook, and Google, while you enjoy safe spaces to find yourselves, yoga, free health food, lattes, free daycare, free gyms, and other obscene benefits at work, remember that socialist regimes do not give you such a work environment, on the contrary, you get bare minimums, and your “rights” are constantly infringed upon and even taken away at the comrade in charge’s whims.

I did not grow up in America, but I experienced the tail end of the seventies when the journalist liars and brazen socialists anchored the five channels we could watch, the same famous media “giants” and personalities who kept us in the dark with their monopoly on public opinion and asymmetric information.

Before the social media arrived in the twenty-first century, we venerated these public opinion shapers, adopting their Democrat Socialism one report and one news hour at a time, while we firmly believed that we had “capitalism,” i.e., free markets, fair elections, and an American culture free of indoctrination by media stars, public schools, and academia.

It is not the social media that caused the fundamental transformation of society, it is the owners and executive of various corporate boards, colleges, schools, who control the platforms, aiding and abetting the “deconstruction of American education” which is now identified as cultural Marxism. People smarter than I am know that, to fix this problem, we must have technology in the right hands. But who decides what the right hands are?

Technology so far, fully in the hands of the “woke and progressive” generations, has stifled debate and divergent opinions through heavy censorship on their social platforms and ad hominem attacks, and has controlled what they deem “disinformation” and “misinformation” by using and citing as reliable sources the same news media empires who had helped shape the Cultural Marxist public opinion in the first place.

Woke-ism is now present in many TV shows, movies, series, and books.

Publishers no longer pretend to print books by conservative or libertarian authors. The bookstores are drowning in woke and liberal authors, on more outrageous topics than one can recount, authors whose ramblings are not worthy of publishing but come in many editions. Democrat Socialist politicians have many books in print, dedicated to their “accomplishments.”

Formerly family-friendly channels have adopted scripts and made movies in which the characters represent racial diversity (even when the original books were written for Caucasian characters), homosexuality, transgenderism, social justice, and other topics dear to the woke generation’s heart.

Ads present non-whites as more intelligent and the “dumb” white people have either disappeared, have a minor role, or a non-speaking part in the ads.

Characters in movies and TikTok video “celebs” sport heavy facial rings, more tattoos than ever, and pink, green, orange, purple, and blue hair.

Unattractive and fat men pretend to be women, models, women sports contestants, and beauty pageant winners. Dishonest reporters of all stripes address the woke pretenders with the pronouns of their fantasy reality, further distorting truth, and making an insane mockery of biology. In this insane world, men can have babies, and women must share a bathroom with men suffering from dysphoria.

The American left marches on to deliver Cultural Marxism. Everything degenerate and immoral goes as America devolves into the days, months, and years of a comatose empire moving into a reality worthy of the twilight zone.

Bernie’s Idyllic Socialism That Never Existed

The goal of socialism is communism.   – Vladimir Lenin

Patriotpost.us meme on Facebook
When President Donald Trump will finish his presidential term(s) the world will still be here, and you will be living in it. Which kind of world is it going to be? Will it be Bernie’s socialist world? Will it be the media’s globalist world? Will it be communist?

Bernie Sanders and his AOC pupil praise socialism, Russia, Cuba, and its socialist dictator Fidel Castro. Over two million people (2.052 million) under the age of 30 voted for the Democrat socialist Bernie Sanders in the 2016 election.  Polls show that a large percentage of Millennials prefer to live under socialism rather than capitalism. According to the Heritage Foundation, the Democratic Socialists of America have a roster of 30,000 members, most of them in their twenties.

Millennials hang on Bernie Sanders every word – they want free college, single payer health care, racial justice, social justice, economic justice, gender justice, and environmental justice. The free lunch, which economically speaking, does not exist, must be paid, Bernie said, by the rich, millionaires and billionaires.

The socially liberal Millennials dislike capitalism because they cannot find the six-figure salary job their college professors promised them, have huge college debt that funded worthless college degrees for which they cannot possibly find employment, don’t like the status quo, and want to replace capitalism with the promise of everything free under socialism.

Their Marxist god Bernie is the charismatic old uncle with disheveled dirty hair and spittle-laden speeches – repackaged Marxist speeches the Bolsheviks used at the turn of the twentieth century when they enslaved Russia and Eastern Europe with money from Germany, U.K., and America.

G. Edward Griffin told us that “The Bolshevik revolution was not a spontaneous uprising of the masses. It was planned, financed, and orchestrated by outsiders. Some of the financing came from Germany which hoped that internal problems would force Russia out of the war against her. But most of the money and leadership came from financiers in England and the United States. It was a perfect example of the Rothschild formula in action.” (The Creature from Jekyll Island, G. Edward Griffin, p. 283, 5th ed.)

Personally I don’t believe Millennials would be willing to give up their electronic gadgets, their smart phones, all conveniences that make life easier and more pleasant, free speech, free press, free assembly to protest at the drop of a vagina hat, in exchange for living under communism.  Nobody is that altruistic.

The new face of the Democrat Party, the 29-year old bartender from New York, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, won her Congress seat by 57% of the vote over the incumbent. Voters were mesmerized by her promise for Medicare for all (proper healthcare for none), free college tuition, legalization of marijuana, and elimination of ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement). It is hard to resist an imagined Santa Claus even one in expensive suits and stilettos.

Millennials are clueless that most of the things in life they enjoy are not the result of socialism, but the result of capitalism; Europe and its Nordic states they would like to emulate are not socialist, they have capitalist economies, people and corporations pay heavy taxes which allows the government to be very generous with welfare and socialized medicine.  And America foolishly provides them with military protection thus indirectly enabling such government largesse in social services in a welfare state where young people can spend many years in college trying to find themselves.

The reality of socialism is that everything is controlled by the Communist Party that directs the means of production and distribution and enforces everything daily through political tyranny.

Socialist groups and activists have exploded around the country helped by the mainstream media and bolstered by the win of AOC. Lee Edwards wrote for the Heritage Foundation, “On the road to socialism, DSA [Democratic Socialists of America] and its fellow socialists will seek to convert industries like health care into public utilities; regulate coal mines out of existence; subsidize sectors of the economy like solar energy; and operate corporations like Amtrak and Freddie Mac. They will represent socialism as the responsible alternative to the unchecked greed of the captains of capitalism.”

As many survivors of socialism will attest, socialism has never worked anywhere it has been tried.  Karl Marx was a socialist atheist bum whose socialist philosophy killed over 100 million people. Socialism prohibited private property through the “dictatorship of the proletariat” enforced through armed heavy police control, barbed wired borders, and a disarmed and hungry populace, forced to stand in food lines daily in order to survive, and spied upon by their friends, relatives, and neighbors, all on the payroll of the Communist Party.

Marx considered religion as the “opiate of the masses” and all his followers terrorized churches and churchgoers. Churches were closed, priests jailed, killed, nuns were raped, all part of the class-cleansing.

Millennials were asleep or absent in history classes. If they did attend class, the textbook was the progressive revisionist version of history written by Howard Zinn in 1980, a text widely adopted around schools in America.

The socialist world that Marx envisioned was a painful dictatorship of the Communist Party but in America the people are supposed to tell their government what to do. Unfortunately, over time, we have reached a level where the government is telling people what to do in America as well. Representatives keep telling us that “this is not who we are,” forcing us to bend to their whims and ideas, while ignoring our wishes and our vote. Worse of all, the government ignores the Constitution and tries to impeach the duly elected President because they hate him.

Millennials do not understand that socialism depends upon a dictatorship in order to gain and maintain power. I know that socialists promise free press, elections, free assembly, free food, housing, health care but none is delivered.

As a survivor of the Communist Party’s Socialism, we had to submit to many freedom-robbing demands from the rabid socialists. As students, we had matriculation numbers sewn onto our uniforms and onto our coat sleeves in winter. If we misbehaved or said anything deemed anti-government in public, we were reported to the principal. Without recourse or evidence, just based on hearsay, we were punished, suspended, and our parents were criticized, insulted, and threatened in front of the entire school body. We also received a bad grade for behavior (an actual subject all the way through high school). If the offense was deemed severe, the guilty was sent to juvenile re-education. Sadly, this practice is still observed in communist China.

It is not just Millennials who wholeheartedly support Marxist Bernie Sanders, Jewish Americans support him as well. The Electorate Institute reported that the Marxist Sanders will obtain 65 percent of the Jewish vote in November. Hillary Clinton captured 70 percent of the Orthodox Jewish vote. https://www.haaretz.com/world-news/clinton-won-majority-of-jewish-american-vote-polls-say-1.5459522

Senator Sanders praised the dictator Castro in a recent “60 Minutes” interview. “When Fidel Castro came into office, you know what he did? He had a massive literacy program. Is that a bad thig?”

He has frequently praised Cuba for its advances in education and healthcare as reasons why the Cuban people did not overthrow Castro. The real reason was, they were disarmed. Sanders is concealing the fact that many innocents were killed by firing squads and through torture for simply expressing an opinion that contradicted Comrade Fidel, who left billions in stolen wealth to his family while Cubans were starving, and the buildings were collapsing around them.

Healthcare was not free under Castro’s socialism. Sanders and his followers do not understand basic socialist economics, the “free” healthcare was paid by people through forced distribution of wages and labor. Additionally, many Cubans will tell you that, before Castro, they already had free education and healthcare via private resources.

Dr. Fernando J. Milanes wrote a scathing rebuttal to Sen. Bernie Sanders in which he explained, “in 1954 Cuba spent 4.1 percent of its GDP on education. That translated into a comparatively high literacy rate in the 1950s and high female participation.  Cuba in 1957 already had more doctors per 1,000 people than did Norway, Sweden, and Great Britain.” (Cuba: From Economic Take-Off to Collapse under Castro, by Jorge Salazar-Carrillo, Andro Nodarse-Leon, 1958)

In his 19-page paper, “An Evaluation of Four Decades of Cuban Healthcare, Felipe Eduardo Sixto described Cuba’s relatively high-ranking healthcare in Latin America before Castro. Mutual aid societies operated in Cuba during 1930-1950s, similarly to HMOs in the U.S. They provided comprehensive medical services for their members. “In the 1958 there were over 100 mutual aid clinics and cooperatives.” https://ascedcuba.org//c/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/v12-sixto.pdf

Cubans did fight back against socialism. But many risked life and limb to defect to the U.S. via improvised floating crafts to sail the 90 miles to freedom in Miami. Sanders conveniently ignores the attacks by dissenters like the Brigade 2506. Castro not only confiscated the people’s guns but the guns of those who helped Castro come to power, jailing or exiling them, and confiscated their private businesses, homes, and other private property.

Agustin Blazquez, a Cuban-American documentary film producer, who escaped Cuba, wrote, “Before the Castro revolution, most foreign films shown in Cuba across the island in theaters and on TV had subtitles in Spanish because most people could read.  Castro's literacy campaign was a common communist tool to indoctrinate.  The wording used was propaganda slogans of Castro's revolution and against "Yankee Imperialism." I remember it well, including the official training booklet full of his slogans.  Bernie, Castro's literary campaign is NOT an example of something good because it was deceptive.”

Otto Reich, retired U.S. Ambassador, commented in the Wall Street Journal, “Mr. Sanders still flunks Cuban literacy 101. Before the 1959 revolution, some 80% of Cuba could read. …  Cuba has gone from being one of the more advanced countries in the region in the mid-1950s to one of the most impoverished, and the reason is its economic socialism and political tyranny.”

People don’t leave behind their families and everything they know and love, they are not just some idyllic socialists escaping Fidel Castro’s literacy propaganda program, free lousy healthcare, free housing in decaying buildings with chipped paint and oozing concrete from years of neglect, and free college in scientific socialism degrees. They are people escaping a totalitarian state. I don’t see any Americans escaping by rickety boats, crossing 90 miles of treacherous sea to Cuba.

Millennials think they want socialism because it would solve all their social and financial problems, real and imagined, but they should be very careful what they wish for, they just might get it.

If Socialism and Communism Are Great, Why 100 Million Victims and So Many Freedom Fighters

The mainstream media outlets inform us, reading from the daily Democrat Party briefings, that 7 in 10 Millennials are burning to vote Socialist even though they are not sure what Socialism is and 1 in 3 Millennials think Communism is great even though they’ve heard nothing about the millions of victims of communism around the world, many buried in mass graves which are still being discovered.

It is clear to those of us who escaped communism that Millennials and their assorted fellow travellers have been asleep in history classes or were reading the radical Howard Zinn’s “nuanced” social justice history book from the 1980 which is widely used in America’s schools.

Rostislav, who escaped Soviet oppression, said the following regarding the Millennials and the low information voters. “I remember a really heroic story which was secretly told to me in Arctic Siberia by Moldovan exiles. It was about Toma Arnautu group of simple peasants, who had more than enough ‘high-information’ to fight against Communists ten long years from their wild hideout deep in the mountains, until some greedy ‘compatriot’ sold them out to be tortured and shot by the Securitate henchmen. So, what I’d like to say? I’d like to say that, whatever any modern voters for theoretical Socialism may say, I don't care about their cheap reasons and justifications: I do know the horrible practices of their precious theories only too well. Hence the memory of great freedom fighters like Toma Arnautu is always helping me to be true to our mutual ideals of freedom.”

The anticommunist resistance in Romania was a popular uprising against the communist dictatorship and the Soviet occupation; it started in Bucovina in 1944 when the Soviet Red Army invaded North Bucovina and lasted through the very repressive Ceausescu years of the 1980s.

The first act of resistance against the Bolsheviks was organized by the Romanian monarchy itself which established a special battalion in Bucovina to fight against the Soviet invasion. Armed partisans organized as well shortly thereafter. After the partisan support ended in 1946 the partisans took to the mountains and organized a resistance there where it was harder to track and capture them. But the traitors among them enabled the communists to take control in the 1950s of most of those who mounted an armed opposition to communism and executed the leaders and the followers.

When the Russians “liberated” Romania, they robbed and disorganized the country. I remember grandpa telling me that the Russian liberators of their village stole everything that was not nailed down. He had a precious mantel clock stolen; the Russian soldier hung it with a chain around his neck as he was departing.

The two hundred or more Russian communist community organizers, who spoke broken Romanian, appeared overnight and fanned out around the country to spread anarchy and to install people to power who were foreign and did not care about the laws of the country, they only cared about the spread of their ideology – communism. https://despredemnitate.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/cicerone-ionitoiu-rezistenta-anticomunista.pdf

Records released after 1989 show that the resisting armed partisans called themselves “haiduci,” causing disruptions to the Communist Party dictatorship. Dispersed but ever-present around the Carpathian Mountains, they caused constant headaches for the communists who presented said “haiduci” as ordinary isolated thieves in the employ of the evil capitalists.

Any “structural opposition of the cultural and intellectual elites” was eliminated with the help of the Security forces and the Soviet agents working in Romania. The state, with centralized power in the hands of uneducated and ignorant Communist Party apparatchiks, was in shambles due to the inability of the communists to plan for a successful economic outcome. The extraordinary numbers of informers among the population propped up the pillaging communists who remained in power through coercion, fear, and population starvation.

The intensive surveillance, repression, and oppression started with Teohari Georgescu, “the head of the Ministry of the Interior between 1948 and 1952. That period was a stage of adjustment of the Securitate’s leaders to the staff policy of the newly created institution.” Georgescu’s Securitate goons became the weaponized arm of the Communist Party. He used the Securitate police forces to maintain the power and control of the Communist Party and of the oppressive state. http://www.cnsas.ro/documente/caiete/Caiete_CNSAS_nr_7-8_2011.pdf

There is a long list of doctors, engineers, teachers, priests, lawyers, painters, farmers, even socialists themselves who were deemed not socialist enough, and other professionals who were executed by communists because they dissented and refused to be oppressed by the Russian Bolsheviks and their new communist recruits in Romania. http://www.procesulcomunismului.com/marturii/fonduri/ioanitoiu/morminte2/docs/morminte2p_7.htm

Cicerone Ionitoiu wrote, “For 12 years (1946-1958) anti-communism fighters, supported by the population from the villages nearby, resisted heroically to attacks by Securitate troops. Thousands of people were involved in this fight. The population of villages at the bottom of the mountains who provided them [patriots] with food and clothing, if not executed themselves right away, filled the jails and concentration camps.” Cicerone memorialized events, names, and villages.https://despredemnitate.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/cicerone-ionitoiu-rezistenta-anticomunista.pdf

The resistors fought hard against the Soviet-aided communist theft and confiscation of property, arrests and crimes committed by Bolsheviks and their newly indoctrinated recruits. These communist crimes lasted for forty years. The Romanian people never collaborated with the dictatorship, but traitors existed who sold their families for extra food and other privileges. https://despredemnitate.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/cicerone-ionitoiu-rezistenta-anticomunista.pdf

By the time communism “fell” in 1989, few dissidents were still alive, and the former communists regrouped into a liberal class of entrepreneurs who stole funds from the former communist regime, a class of prosperous men and women with no scruples and a conscience. http://www.cnsas.ro/documente/caiete/Caiete_CNSAS_nr_7-8_2011.pdf

Executed in front of their families, thrown from church towers, or shot en masse in front of the entire village or neighborhoods in order to make an example of them and stifle any possible future resistance, these victims deserve to be remembered in a memorial dedicated to their sacrifice in the fight against communism. The victims of the communist regimes around the world over decades have grown to 100 million.  When will they have their museum and a Nuremberg-style trial to reveal the horrors of communism?

Unfortunately Millennials in America will never understand what socialism and communism are because their history textbooks gloss over that part of history and glorify murderous individuals like Che Guevara, Castro, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Ceausescu, and other communist dictators who were responsible for the death of millions of dissenters to communism.

In a positive step, President Klaus Iohannis of Romania inaugurated in May 2016 a monument dedicated to the communist resistance and had it placed in front of the Free Press House, the very place formerly adorned in 1960-1990 by a huge statue of Lenin. https://cersipamantromanesc.wordpress.com/tag/securitatea-si-miscarea-anticomunista/

What Do Bernie’s Millennials Know About Socialism?

A former communist prison under dictator Ceausescu
Photo: Ileana Johnson 2015
Recently Bernie Sanders was asked the following question during a townhall meeting in Manchester, New Hampshire, by a Harvard student, Samantha Frankel-Popell, whose father had fled the former Soviet Union.

“My father’s family left Soviet Russia in 1979 fleeing from some of the very same socialist policies that you seem eager to implement in this country.” She followed up with the question, “How do you rectify your notion of Democratic socialism with the failures of socialism in nearly every country that has tried it?”

Bernie replied, "Thank you for asking that question,” before continuing with a question himself. “Is it your assumption that I supported or believe in authoritarian communism that existed in the Soviet Union? I don’t. I never have, and I opposed it. I believe in a vigorous democracy." https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bernie-sanders-socialism-harvard-student

He cleverly tried to skirt her question by denying that he promotes soviet style socialism. Yet a video exists of him praising Soviet socialism/communism and its achievements: the public transportation system, the clean and artsy metro stations with crystal chandeliers, cheap tickets to museums and concerts, and the infamous “cultural palaces” of the young pioneers, with total indoctrination by the communist party apparatchiks. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=youtube+video+bernie+sanders+praising+soviet+accomplishments&view=detail&mid=50A4BDC800730CFFF75F50A4BDC800730CFFF75F&FORM=VIRE

I rode the public transportation system a younger Bernie Sanders is praising. The buses were old, rickety, with holes in the floorboard, allowing for choking fumes to come in. The trams, metro trains, trolleybuses, and rusty railroad trains were smelly and filled-to-capacity.  Riders were squashed like sardines.

Few could afford to purchase or own cars. It wasn’t just coming up with the money to buy an overpriced domestic vehicle and being placed on the long waiting list for years. It also depended on how well you were scored or regarded by the local Communist Party and the local Economic Police which made sure that nobody owned anything in excess of what they needed in order to be more easily controlled.

Schools gave grades for students’ behavior each semester and parents were chastised publicly in front of other parents if their children behaved in any un-socialist/un-communist way that strayed from the communist party’s collectivist rules of brainwashing.

No matter how you try to repackage socialism, Bernie, or how the liberals controlling the web twist the definition of socialism in order to confuse the useful idiots, in Marxist theory socialism is a transition state between the overthrow of capitalism and the implementation of communism. Democrat socialism is the P.C. definition of a system that robs people of initiative, independence, their worth, their wealth, and their creativity.

Using Nordic countries as examples of successful models of socialism is dishonest if not a flat-out lie. The means of production are not owned by the government in these countries, as is the case under socialism, they are owned by private companies. The government is socialistic in nature as it hands out generous welfare to the masses, welfare derived from heavy taxation of private companies and citizens.

Under socialism (see Cuba, North Korea, and Venezuela), the proletariat masses have no choice but to accept the crumbs that trickle down from the benevolent government ruled with an iron fist by the Central Committee of the Communist Party.

Salaries are very small and everything must be subsidized by the government which in turn rations everything, food, toilet paper, electricity, water, and everything else Millennials take for granted in this country, not realizing that their abundant lifestyle is provided by the laws of supply and demand of free market capitalism.

I was a child under socialism and a young pioneer.  Membership was not voluntary; we were forced to be pioneers as part of our school curriculum. We attended plays, puppet shows, and movies that glorified the dear leader and his wife or taught us how to be good little socialists/communists. The cultural palaces for art, music, and theater, were organized places to keep young pioneers on the right track to communism.

The cost of entertainment was free or minimal, as Bernie Sanders said, $1.50. But $1.50 may have been cheap to the mind of an American like Bernie Sanders, but it was a deceptive cost since socialist/communist salaries determined by the government ran on the average $50 per month depending on the occupation. Miners, for example, were paid a little more as their jobs were very dangerous.

Bernie, I can tell you with 100 percent certainty that life under socialism and communism was miserable. There is a good reason why there are so many of us who fled socialism/communism at great risk to our lives, leaving everything dear behind, family and wealth, to escape to the “free” west, specifically to the United States. Nobody in his right mind runs away from a good situation.

People are not free under socialism, Bernie. The government keeps the population imprisoned within its borders with barbed wire and soldiers armed to the teeth and ordered to shoot anyone who tries to escape across the border.

Socialists and communists were not very good environmental conservationists. Towns and nearby rivers were so heavily polluted that it only took a small spark to set a river on fire. The soot fell thick on everything and the laundry drying on the line turned from white to grey in mere hours.

The young pioneer clubs, Bernie, were indoctrination mills that raised compliant citizens and future communists. Schools and universities were places of heavy indoctrination and grooming for conformity. Universities were free but places were limited, and the progeny of the higher placed communist elites were admitted first.

Everyone was paid equally, there was no incentive to excel, and to be the best. There was no middle class at all, only the working class and the communist elites. Theater, puppetry shows, television, and movies were all subsidized by the government and had to meet their standards and criteria for communist indoctrination.

Soviet metro was and still is beautiful, with works of art but was built at the expense of cheap labor and exploitation of the proletariat who was told that they owned everything collectively. Nobody could demand a piece of this ownership ever, lest they be arrested for bourgeois demands and democracy having gone to their heads.

According to PraegerU, Bernie Sanders the socialist won more votes from Millennials during the presidential primary than Donald Trump and Hillary combined.

“The majority of Millennials (those born between 1981 and 1996) identify as socialist.

Nearly 70% of Millennials support a government-funded, “Medicare-for-all” healthcare system. Our kids and grandkids aren’t learning that America is a land of opportunity, a defender of freedom around the world, and a source of pride. Instead, they’re being taught that America is a land built on racism and imperialist oppression.” And more than 50% of Millennials also support the radical “Green New Deal,” which is neither new, nor green, and not a deal for any free society with a thriving economy, it is global communism.
https://secure.giveworks.net/prageru/national_petition_to_re/GOP7151

Bernie Marcus, the co-founder of Home Depot, spoke against socialism and explained how the free market system has lifted so many people out of poverty.

He said, “Young people especially have been indoctrinated into believing that free enterprise is immoral because it enriches the greedy and depresses the poor. Even the word ‘capitalism’ is not politically correct to use, but the reality is that the free market system has created the biggest middle class population in the world and, while some may say socialism is well-intentioned, the fact is it robs people of their independence, their dignity, and their finances leading to government dependence, suppression of ideas, and lower standards of living for those under its thumb.https://therightscoop.com/it-pains-me-to-see-people-in-this-country-glorifying-socialism-co-founder-of-home-depot-speaks-out-against-socialism/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+TheRightScoop+%28The+Right+Scoop%29

And, should you still heed Bernie Sanders’ praise of socialism and decide to vote for his manufactured Democrat Socialism, be prepared to eat “zebras and peacocks” from the zoo because socialist central planning has not worked very well in all the countries in which it has been tried, most recently in Venezuela.

Millennial Economic Confusion

Green on the outside, red on the inside
Photo: Wikipedia
A social media post captured my attention. A millennial was boasting about a recent home purchase. Nothing out of the ordinary, home ownership is a good thing and people take pride in owning their own place, private property is the bedrock of capitalism and freedom. This millennial was buying in one of the country’s most expensive real estate markets.

While boasting about a “privileged” status of people who could afford to buy homes because they had inherited wealth, the millennial opined that the system is rigged. This spurious “white privilege” system somehow suppresses black people who earn incomes considerably lower than whites.

Race-baiting while flaunting expensive material possessions, millennials like to quote large income disparities between blacks and whites, forgetting that income disparities exist among whites as well and not because of any deliberate exploitation or skin color but because each individual, lucky or unlucky, made personal choices that resulted in economic success or failure.

Let’s inject some economic sense into millennials’ warped reality. Income and wealth are two different economic concepts. A person could, of course, donate part or all of yearly income and part or all of wealth to black needy families to assuage his/her “white guilt.” Nobody stopped him/her from giving away to or sharing his/her home with a needy black family for the sake of his/her perceived social injustices and “white privilege.” Cars and home donations are quite welcome and part of philanthropy.

But government should not mandate how we split acquired wealth nor should government have the right to confiscate it. I’ve experienced government confiscation of wealth, private property, and even the nationalization of the means of production. It did not end well at all. It resulted in the murder of millions of innocents and decades of totalitarian exploitation of the proletariat masses by the Communist Party leaders and apparatchiks.

This millennial was discounting millions of white and black people who have worked hard to purchase their homes without direct financial help from family. Many had accumulated wealth which they plan on leaving to their heirs.

Charity begins at home and can extend to families who made poor personal choices in life or decided to enter our country illegally, seeking welfare, Social Security, and the government protection they could never get in their countries. As hard as we may try to, we simply can’t afford to make life better for billions of needy in the world.

The argument is expressed that we could feed, house, and educate millions of poor people for what we spend on wars. The problem with this argument is that the definition of poor is quite different for various groups and populations. Another problem is that ordinary people cannot control when wars are started, the few elites in power do, and they approve expenditures for such wasteful efforts.

Life is never fair and nobody should have guarantees of an easy egalitarian existence. Success, a good income, and wealth are not rights, it is an opportunity to succeed or fail.  Just because the education system has given awards to every child for walking across a stage without tripping and participation trophies, the harsh reality of life is quite different from communist academic and progressive lobbyist rhetoric.

Bad luck and bad choices are contributors to failures, while good luck and good choices to success. Hard work and choosing wisely are also important. Saving money and studying hard are essential variables of success. Blowing everything you earn on parties and a good time every weekend are formulas for failure. Lack of personal responsibility, something no longer taught in this country, contributes greatly to the “social injustices” radical communists rail about.

Millennials in this country have become radicalized communists while in college where they joined other like-minded individuals who live high on the crony capitalist horse.  IT professionals, academics, lobbyists for non-profits, or staffing offices of influential politicians have the temerity to lecture the rest of us about fairness, equality, and social justice.

Forcing social justice and equality by law or through lobbying aggressiveness is not going to make people equal or successful because humans are born with dissimilar IQs, diverse motivation levels, higher or lower moral capacity, and different talents and abilities.

Affirmative action, quotas, and other forms of government-approved and academia-sanctioned racial discrimination do not make everyone “equal” or “diverse,” it just suppresses everyone to a lesser common denominator by lowering selection standards and by hiring those less qualified. It will be interesting to see how the Supreme Court will decide on the lawsuit brought on by Asians against Harvard for discriminatory admission scoring.

The Marxist Paradise of Millennials

Tide pod  Photo: Wikipedia
I watched countless videos of Millennials interviewed on various campuses around the nation by people with knowledge of history or survivors of communism who were lucky enough to escape to this country or other western nations whose economies are based on the capitalist free market model and not the socialist one.

In every video, the well-fed and cared for Millennials, in their indoctrinated and delusional rage, shout the praises of socialism and communism without having any idea what socialism and communism are, how deprived and mistreated citizens are under such regimes, and how many millions of innocents were killed in the name of this failed Marxist philosophy they proudly advocate.

If communism failed to deliver on whatever utopia, they say, it is because it was not implemented correctly. If given the chance, they would create communism the right way. And what would this right way be? They have no idea but they are sure they would succeed because their progressive professors told them so in revisionist history, social justice, racial justice, and gender studies classes.

In reality, communism would still be achieved at the barrel of a gun when only the government would own guns and the citizens would give up theirs in a kumbaya society where people adore each other, the government knows best, and takes care of the needs of its subjects they oppress.

Millennials should look in the eyes of Venezuelan mothers who are giving up their children to orphanages and abandonment centers because they can’t feed them thanks to the mismanagement of Maduro’s socialist economy even though Venezuela used to be a rich country with the largest oil reserves. The public system is overwhelmed and the private help is inadequate.

Like food and most necessities for daily life which American Millennials take for granted, contraceptives are in short supply in communist Venezuela.

Children placed in these orphanages are no longer coming from homes where they were abused and neglected, they are now mostly children from families who lost their jobs and can no longer feed them. They watched their children get thinner and thinner and made the agonizing decision to give them up. Many are turned down as there are waiting lists for placement. Foster families are adopting some older children and fewer infants because baby formulas and diapers are expensive due to escalating inflation and ever more difficult to find.

Even abandonment centers are closing in Venezuela for lack of funding and resources. Maduro’s communist handling of the economy is even worse than Hugo Chavez’s who at least pretended to be caring for the downtrodden by giving them free medical clinics staffed by communist Cuban doctors. https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/the_americas/venezuelas-economy-is-so-bad-parents-are-leaving-their-children-at-orphanages/2018/02/12/8021d180-0545-11e8-aa61-f3391373867e_story.html?utm_term=.4a9a5fd74b2b

It has never crossed the minds of these moronic American Millennial students that socialism and communism starve their citizens either on purpose to keep them under strict control or through their disastrous economic policies, very similar to Venezuela’s collapsing economy. Communist elites are never very good at planning and running a centralized economy, they can’t even deliver basic food, services, and toilet paper.

Millennials should read about the orphans who survived the harsh orphanages of Nicolae Ceausescu’s Marxist regime. If they survived, they are scarred for life after having been abandoned in cribs where workers seldom touched them or picked them up. These children learned to soothe themselves by rocking themselves incessantly.

Revisionist history classes in the U.S. do not teach Americans about Operation Peter Pan, a mass exodus of over 14,000 unaccompanied Cuban children to the United States during 1960-1962. Desperate parents sent their children alone to the U.S. in order to escape Castro’s communism. The program created by Father Bryan O. Walsh provided air transportation. If communism was so great, why would so many thousands of families send their children away from communism?

How brainwashed are our American students that they believe the communist indoctrination dished out by their Marxist professors daily and not the reality of millions of naturalized Americans who had risked life and limb, left everything behind they knew and loved, in order to escape from an oppressive dictatorship and a communist regime?

Since liberal minds are already made up and cannot be confused with facts, Adam J. MacLeod, Associate Professor of Law at Faulkner Law, has decided to undo the indoctrination and mis-education of his Millennial students who come to class with a heavy baggage of Marxist views of the world around them fashioned by the “elite culture.”

During his legal reasoning class, Professor MacLeod told his students the following:

“Reasoning requires you to understand truth claims, even truth claims that you think are false or bad or just icky. Most of you have been taught to label things with various ‘isms’ which prevent you from understanding claims you find uncomfortable or difficult.

Reasoning requires correct judgment. Judgment involves making distinctions, discriminating. Most of you have been taught how to avoid critical, evaluative judgments by appealing to simplistic terms such as ‘diversity’ and ‘equality.’

Reasoning requires you to understand the difference between true and false. And reasoning requires coherence and logic. Most of you have been taught to embrace incoherence and illogic. You have learned to associate truth with your subjective feelings, which are neither true nor false but only yours, and which are constantly changeful.” http://newbostonpost.com/2017/11/09/undoing-the-dis-education-of-millennials/

It would serve American Millennials well if they could intern in Cuba or North Korea for a few months and witness firsthand the communist paradise of their choice.

The unfortunate young man who was tortured and beaten to death in North Korea for a foolish prank was returned to his parents a few short days before he passed away. The details of his horrible life in custody and how he died are just now coming to the surface.

On the other hand, who expects rational thought from Millennials who ingest toxic Tide detergent pods and then post the videos on social media?

Dining on 14th Street in Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. is a very strange city. We were on 14th street today, dining; there are many cafes and eateries frequented mostly by locals. The French restaurant we ate in was packed at 3 p.m. We were able to people-watch while we dined but the diversity of characters Democrats pride on was quite unsettling.

There was a "community day" one street over - no community I would ever want to be a part of;  the people milling at that event were young and old, dressed in 60s flower power outfits, with bongo drums, dreadlocks, and other bizarre outfits and hats.

Young women in the street were dressed in skimpy outfits like hookers; others wore rompers like toddlers, showing too much buttocks and most of their fake breasts. Some women were pretending to be clothed in dresses that were split to their private parts, or just-kidding skimpy skirts and tops showing their underwear and bras.

Metrosexual-looking men were wearing pants and shirts two sizes too small or wife-beater black shirts with strange-looking shorts that appeared to have been shrunk in the wash. Most of them were latching their bikes to poles in the street like the good environmental commies that they are.

There was a strong presence of millennials with their heavily tattooed and pierced bodies. When the occasional, normally dressed Americans strolled by with their children, you knew they were out-of-towners visiting the big metropolis.

At the other extreme were women clad in 7th century black tents, covered to their eyeballs, running in packs of four with one husband herding them ahead, lest they got lost.

These people are helping run our country? God have mercy on us!

#Resist, a Global Commie Totalitarian Movement

The leftist hordes of a communist political culture are on the march around the globe, in alliance with Islamofascism. These young people are shaped by universities, the media, Hollywood with their trashy productions and vile behavior, corrupt politicians with allegiance only to their own pockets, the multi-nationals, the corrupt judiciary, unions, and non-profits with billions and billions of dollars of funding from elitist billionaires such as George Soros who fancy themselves the social engineers of one world government and of the climate change industry.

What happened to American universities since the early 1970s has finally reverberated around the world, like a wave created by a small stone thrown on a placid lake. It has now become a tsunami of #resist anarchists and drones around the western world. They are now resisting authority, law and order, and the capitalist system that had made their parents successful in the first place. Marching under the banner of feminism and equality, asking to be Muslims, and promoting the subjugation of women in western societies, violent millennials are bullying anybody who is a Christian and a nationalist.

Campuses have become bastions of leftism and anti-Americanism. According to David Horowitz, the schools of education are now training teachers for social justice in every major.  “An entire series of texts designed for teacher instruction and published by Columbia Teachers College is devoted to ‘teaching social justice’ in mathematics and other unlikely subjects. Its editor is Obama collaborator and unrepentant terrorist William Ayers.” (David Horowitz, “Big Agenda,” p. 117)

Even in former Soviet-bloc countries the curriculum at all levels has been diluted by inconsequential studies that add nothing to scholarship or knowledge: ethnic studies, women’s studies, islamophobia studies, intersectionality, mixing biology, sex, religion, age, caste, nationality, race, and other bizarre criteria as systems of domination, discrimination, and oppression – all because the left finds social inequality and injustice everywhere.

Universities are no longer places of scholarship, invention, discovery, divergent opinions, peaceful discussion, but places of miseducation, indoctrination, and brainwashing. What these academics have achieved in a few decades, the totalitarian communists could only dream of. Inadequate graduates, who should have never been admitted to college in the first place, are now vessels of little knowledge who were told ad nauseam what to think, not how to think.

Radicals have crawled from the underground, spurred on by eight years of a radical American president who stoked the culture and racial wars non-stop, bringing America and its economy to its knees. The rest of the world watched in horror and disbelief the fall of the once great nation while dealing with their own problems brought on by a planned refugee invasion of Europe of millions of unvetted refugees from Middle-Eastern and African countries that harbor camps of Islamists fighting a holy war against Christianity.

Angela Merkel of Germany has managed to destroy her own country and many other countries in Europe who were forced to accept this flood of mostly single young Muslim men. And allegations are floating that she did it in order to save face, for optics, as the media would have gone berserk watching women and children being stopped at the border. For the sake of Merkel’s optics, Europe has become a safe-haven for terrorists and savages who slash and burn their way across many European countries with generous welfare states and no backbone to say no because it contradicts their multiculturalist generosity and Fabian socialist values.

It is not just the European youth who want to stay in college forever at the expense of government, with no idea as to what kind of taxes the rest of society must pay for all the welfare. Millennials are learning from their European counterparts that they deserve everything for free simply because they exist. The elderly in the former Iron Curtain countries are longing for the “simple days of communism.” And the young, who have no experience or idea what communism was like foolishly vote and demonstrate to bring about neo-communism.

The youth of Macedonia are involved in #resist and are active in trying to destabilize their center-right government, using anarchist advice from a translation into Macedonian of Saul Alinsky’s book, Rules for Radicals, and money from the many radical NGOs in the west, allegedly including the Open Society Foundations.

Much of the youth in Romania who demonstrated by the hundreds of thousands for days, resisting (#resist) against an imaginary oppression, did not bother to vote because the government was not giving them discounts to go by bus to vote, only to those who had to go by train. According to my friend Darius, who lives in Romania, the Social Democrat Party’s (PSD) hard-core senior supporters threatened their grandchildren if they went out to vote.  The elderly nostalgia for communism included the PSD promise of higher pensions. It did not matter to them that the PSD leader, Liviu Dragnea, was a “convicted criminal.” “Dragnea appointed a Muslim woman as Prime Minister. President Klaus Johannis rejected his PM choice as her husband’s ties to Syria came to light.”

Twenty-seven years after the theoretical fall of communism, Romania still struggles with the scars left by decades of totalitarian rule under a brutal communist dictator. Lacking the Romanian version of the American dream, most people put in positions of power use their authority to enrich themselves and their friends because stealing was a way of survival under communism and it remains “glorified” today. People vote for corrupt and often uneducated leaders because they sell their votes for a disposable cell phone or a 15 euro bribe. Then they complain when nothing changes. Corruption is a way of life, including the expectation and acceptance of bribes.

Poor Romanians, who fell through the cracks of EU development funds, still live the same deprived lives. They may find more food but cannot afford it, nor are they able to bribe doctors under the socialized medical care system. Unable to afford private insurance premiums, such superior care remains a luxury service. Consequently, many die of treatable conditions while waiting their turn  in numerous lines to be seen by socialized medicine government doctors.

Communist rhetoric of equality and social justice entices and mesmerizes well-fed and clothed American millennials who are surrounded by wealth, food, proper medical care, good housing, transportation, college education paid by Pell grants, electronic gadgets, their Starbucks lattes, heating, cooling, clean streets, cars, and malls. They have no idea what communist life was and is like. Few visit Cuba, Venezuela, or North Korea to see how people actually live under communist oppression. Thoroughly brainwashed, millennials dismiss as propaganda all testimonials of those who had lived under communism, survived and escaped to the west.

As Eugene Lyons wrote in his 1937 book, Assignment to Utopia,  ”The Russian Revolution, in March, 1917, was, for most of the boys in my college freshman classes, just one more headline in a time replete with startling news.” They understood it as the initial stage of the world revolution, the fight against capitalists in America, the very capitalism that gave new American arrivals an opportunity to a better life.

“Anarchists, socialists, American lumberjacks, Jewish clothing workers, Russian intellectuals, Italian terrorists, Hindu nationalists, even liberals with creases in their pants and Harvard accents” were part of the radical movements during Eugene Lyon’s youth.

Not unlike today, the rabid anarchists of the turn of the twentieth century were brainwashed in college and on the streets to fight against the “capitalist injustice.” Their simpler motives were greed and envy. The sweat shops of the have nots and the opulence of the haves were infuriating the anarchists, many of whom were either coming from a working class background or were well off and ashamed of their creature comforts, yet were unwilling to give them up.

The shackles binding the people of the world to oppression were the shackles fashioned by communist revolutionaries and Bolsheviks who had a huge following of college-age anarchists. Crafty and sly, the commies sugar-coated empty and deceptive promises of egalitarian utopia, passing on clever euphemisms to new generations, including today’s oblivious global citizen youth who have no clue what they are dreaming of and demanding in their #resist demonstrations and riots.
