American Marxism

American Marxism is not exactly Karl Marx’s revolutionary fight between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie. It is the fight between corporate technocrats and Americans who love their country. The corporate technocrats are aided by corrupt Congressmen, bureaucrats in our own government, the woke military and police, the woke teachers, professors, and administrators, and the entire woke media. At the bottom of the Marxist wrung are the paid street activists and Useful idiots.

American Marxism has been branded and sold as Democrat Socialism and half of America bought the lie and the empty promises of “free stuff,” the Green New Deal, while the rest of the country gets lawlessness, protests, burning, and the looting of stores. Stealing $950 worth of merchandise no longer sends thieves to jail in the formerly beautiful city of San Francisco.

History has shown that law and order disappear prior to the complete societal takeover by tyrants. The activists and commissars present the takeover as a necessity to quell the lawlessness.

The Liberator wrote recently, “Activists are people who will do and say anything to further their cause. Their objective is the destruction of anything which gets in the way of their Marxist utopian dream. Useful Idiots are those who aren’t necessarily evil; they’ve just bought the Activists’ line of BS, hook, line, and sinker.”

The American Socialist Democrats jam the airwaves with their false rhetoric daily, presenting Marxist retread ideas and the promise that they “own the future.”

It would surprise some to learn that the Russian czars’ tyranny provoked a revolutionary movement from the 1820s on, but the first Russian Marxist group was not formed until 1883, the year when Karl Marx died. And this group was formed by a few Russian exiles in Switzerland. It was Lenin who founded the Russian Marxist party during 1900-1903 – the Bolsheviki. Lenin was a socialist who acquired his revolutionary streak from other Russian revolutionaries who hated the czars.

Democrat Socialists in America are well-off, many hold political office, live in mansions, own jets, yachts, and expensive cars. They are not the marginalized of society, starving to death like the Russians during the czars. They live a good life thanks to the capitalism they want to destroy for the rest of America who have worked hard and achieved the American dream. Power has corrupted them to the point of wanting to dictate to everyone how they should live and die.

It was Lenin who “picked up the doctrine of dialectical materialism from the Russian revolutionary N. G. Chernyshevskii, not from Marx. Lenin was sure that “Russia should be the first country to revolt, form socialism, and save the world.”

Democrat Socialists are sure that they will overturn American capitalism, establish socialism, save America from itself, enslave Americans to the will of a few oligarchs, and save the world from the manufactured global warming now turned into the profitable industry of climate change. The Activists on the payroll of the Democrat Socialists are busy paying Useful Idiots to do their bidding to achieve the goal of the Great Reset – from capitalist prosperity to socialist poverty.

According to Francis B. Randall, who wrote in 1963, the Russian Bolsheviks under Lenin were “a tiny, well-disciplined, conspiratorial, elite group in a vast backward mostly peasant country.” The American Democrat Socialists are a huge army of well-educated, well-indoctrinated, in your face group, composed of mostly young Activists and Useful Idiots.

Lenin was able to foment Bolsheviks to a proletarian revolution in 1917 “when the proletariat formed less than ten percent of the Russian population.” Nobody knows for sure in America how many Democrat-Socialist Activists and Useful Idiots on globalist payroll are fanned across the fifty states.

Judging by the outcome of the 2020 presidential election, when a man with senile impairment won the presidency, it is safe to say that these Democrat Socialists worked overtime to install their desired president. At that point, the takeover of our Constitutional Republic by American Marxism was dangerously close to completion.

Karl Marx concocted his ideology that was later implemented as Marxism-Socialism-Communism to establish an impossible classless society based on collectivism, collective thought, collective purpose, and equality of outcomes in which the all-mighty state replaced God and became a forced deity that had to be worshiped under the banner of the Communist Party. The communists stole the souls, lives, meaning, wealth, freedom, and ultimately humanity from millions of people who had to worship the dear leader.

Aleksandr I. Solzhenitsyn wrote in his Gulag Archipelago, “There always is this fallacious belief: It would not be the same here; here such things are impossible. Alas, all the evil of the twentieth century is possible everywhere on earth.”

For decades in Russia, people who held divergent opinions or tried to publicly resist the communists were arrested in creative ways so as not to start a panic – arrests were made during nighttime, daytime, at home, at work, on a trip, in front of the house, at school, at the theater during a play, at the movies, and anywhere else imaginable, depending on the desired effect.

As Solzhenitsyn wrote, “For several decades, political arrests were distinguished in our country precisely by the fact that people were arrested who were guilty of nothing and were therefore unprepared to put up any resistance whatsoever.”

A strange submissiveness hung like a wet blanket – “A submissive sheep is a find for a wolf.” The commies had quotas of arrests for no reason other than prove their total control. And the people were submissive because they did not know the “mechanics of epidemic arrests” or the quotas. “Universal innocence gave rise to the universal failure to act. Maybe they will not take you? Maybe it will all blow over? Resistance is futile, you will only make your situation worse, thought many who were arrested in Soviet Russia.”

Marxists, Bolsheviks, Stalinists, and Maoists from the former and current communist countries used class struggle and abject fear to divide and conquer their hapless citizens. The American Marxists use the manufactured critical race theory (CRT) across the 50 states to divide and conquer America.

Even the National Archives have turned “woke” to modify American history under the guise of invented “structural racism.” The Russian Bolsheviks were particularly adept at destroying Russian history, monuments, and documents, and “erasing” everything and everyone they deemed “offensive” to their ultimate goals and plans. The National Archives has gone woke and turned on American history - American Thinker

It seems that young generations of Americans, deaf and dumb to reality, and enticed by the words “free stuff” are not willing to learn from other people’s experience; they want to live through it personally because the Democrat Socialists promised in the media that their Socialism is going to give them freedoms they already have and improve the vast wealth that Americans already possess when compared to other nations. Without the activists and useful idiot bureaucrats in government and academia/education, who follow orders, none of the CRT would be possible.

A Dark Day When America Transforms into Marx’s Vision

Karl Heinrich Marx, a notoriously lazy German who existed with his family as a welfare case of his rich friends, might be surprised that his academic thoughts and ideas shook the 20th century to its core and enslaved millions of people across the world, creating monstrous regimes that killed 100 million of their own citizens for their dissension and unwillingness to accept a proletarian society that dispossessed humans of their own property, land, and freedoms, and turned them into serfs to the omnipotent socialist state imposed and run by the Communist Party.

Marx might be even more surprised that such a failed societal and economic model would be resurrected in the 21st century in the least likely society to accept Marx’s ideas, the United States, the beacon of freedom for the rest of the world.

Marx’s 1848 pamphlet, The Communist Manifesto, has been resuscitated today by brainwashed American generations who want socialism but have no understanding of what it entails. They hear the word “free” everything and that is enough for them to support such an oppressive form of society and disastrous economic model.

Marx’s pamphlet was written as a critique against capitalism even though he and his family shamelessly lived off his benefactors’ capitalist income. His outrage against the exploitation of capitalism as he saw it, is reminiscent of the youth of today who protest capitalism in the streets and want it replaced with socialism, while holding electronic products and living a lifestyle produced by an abundant capitalist economy.

Marx divided society into the ruling class and the working class, describing the proletariat as an exploited and oppressed segment of society by the ruling class. The working class is forced to sell their labor to exist and survive. It would be hard for the proletariat to find rich supporters like Marx had. He did not work a productive day in his life but lived off the generosity of his friends, instead of honestly providing for his wife and numerous children.

Marx talked about “eternal truths such as Freedom and Justice,” hence the cries of today’s youth for Social Justice, concepts they barely understand or can explain.

Marx wrote that communism would abolish these eternal truths found in all states of society, “it abolishes all religion, and all morality, instead of constituting them on a new basis; it therefore acts in contradiction to all past historical experience.” (p. 92, The Communist Manifesto)

The evil “bourgeoisie” that owned the capital will be dispossessed by its “political supremacy” in order that all instruments of production will be centralized in the hands of the state and the proletariat will be organized as the ruling class. At that time, the total productive forces will be increased as quickly as possible.  (p. 93, The Communist Manifesto)

As the old social order is being destroyed and class distinctions disappeared, old conditions of production replaced with new ones, and utopian “association” will emerge with “free development” of all.

What were the ten tenets of Marx’s Communist Manifesto?

1.       “Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes.”

When the Bolsheviks marched in with the Soviet Army into Romania, the society at large strongly opposed their idea of giving up land and private property to the state for the “public good.” Romania had a thriving economy under the monarchy and people were making an honest living on their own farms, small factories, small businesses. Using coercion, torture, and murder, the Bolsheviks wrested farms, houses, factories, hotels, private buildings, and stores from their rightful owners and turned everything over to the state which was now run by the Communist Party made up of a small group of revolutionaries. As they gained more power, they used this newly acquired state property as their fiefdom and awarded and rewarded their apparatchiks with other people’s homes and wealth. In typical fashion, socialists steal by decrees until they run out of other people’s wealth, money, and property.

2.       “A heavy progressive and graduated income tax.”

The masses are taxed until there is nothing left to tax and people have a bare minimum to exist on.

3.       “Abolition of all right of inheritance.”

Nothing is yours; it belongs to the state. My grandparents lost everything to the first round of Communist Party confiscation: land, the farm, farm implements, gold coins, family jewelry, savings, and any cash on hand or personal possessions in the home, including a mantel clock. When they died, the home they had lived in became the property of the state, the six children could not dispose of it as they wished.

4.       “Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.”

When I emigrated legally to the U.S., everything I owned was confiscated and I was only allowed to leave with two suitcases of clothes and memorabilia.

When my father (a staunch anti-communist) died, all his savings and possessions, including my books, were confiscated by the state. When my mom defected to the U.S., all her savings and possessions were confiscated by the socialist state as well. To add insult to injury, my parents, who worked since they were 18 years old, 43 years for my dad and 30 years for my mom, never received their pensions, it was also confiscated by the state. To this day, the state has made no effort to redress the situation to my mom. And it was not for lack of trying. I have even asked the prime minister in person.

5.       “Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.”

People living in socialist societies had to save their money to purchase anything of value. Credit was seldom given by the only bank and the interest rates were confiscatory, as much as 50% in some cases to discourage borrowing. People would borrow from family members and return the money over time with an agreed upon but much lower interest rate.

6.       “Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state.”

State’s priorities involved the improvement of the lives of those in control, the communist oligarchs, who had amassed vast wealth confiscated from the population. Communication was state owned and controlled and so was transportation. We could travel by rickety busses or trains; few people owned cars as they were prohibitively expensive and the driving test quite difficult to pass.

Few owned telephones, it took 14 years to install a phone line from the time a petition was filed, and phones were tapped all the time. Letters were always opened and read by the state. There were few newspapers and a couple of magazines, all content controlled by the state. Rural residents used the party newspaper for toilet paper as it was always difficult to find, even though the country had vast forests. Nothing was published without the approval of the Communist Party and its censors. In America today we have censorship by a handful of tech giants, something nobody had envisioned in the country where freedom of speech is guaranteed in the Constitution. But then we had a Constitution under the socialist regime too, but the overlords thumbed their noses at it and kept changing it to suit their rhetoric.

7.       “Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of wastelands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.”

The infamous Five-Year Plans issued by the Communist Party was seldom fulfilled because it was irrational and unreasonable, not based on sound economics. The Party concentrated on developing the country through heavy industrial investments and projects at the expense of the proletariat’s living standards who were pathetic when compared to other countries.

8.       “Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.”

Every able-bodied adult had a job with minimum pay established by the state, nobody was idle and on welfare unless they were sick or giving birth. People of all ages, including school children, were forced to do volunteer labor in agriculture, planting or harvesting crops, cleaning streets, and planting grass and flowers.

9.       “Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.”

Farmers, whose land had been confiscated, had to commute to nearby cities to find employment in factories, and their wives and children tended to a small garden by their homes to eat. Some young but mostly old men and women were left behind to farm the state’s co-operatives.

Farmers were crowded in homes next to each other in their tightly packed villages or were forcefully moved into concrete bloc apartments in the city so that state-owned co-operative farms could be established with their joined lands.

10.   “Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc., etc.”

When I emigrated to the U.S., I had to reimburse the omnipotent state for the education I had received up to that point even though we were supposed to receive a free education, including college. But nothing was free unless it benefited the mighty state.

As children we had to labor in the state’s fields to dig up potatoes, onions, pick grapes, pears, apples, and plums. It was volunteer work, and we were taken out of school two weeks in the fall and a few weeks in the spring.

The retread Socialist Democrats of America today claim that they “own the future.” The question remains, how dark is this future going to be and how long are the other Americans going to accept this evil darkness?

Societal Degradation and Cultural Marxism

Rust and decay

Over the last four decades, political correctness promoted strongly by academia and the MSM has gained steam and unprecedented momentum. The “progressive” wing of society exploited the rest by using their money, power, and influence to install Cultural Marxism.

The nuclear family, Christianity, traditional morality, race, gender, and sexual identity were attacked one by one to achieve this goal. All were depicted as tyranny of the “evil white man” who benefited from “white privilege” at the expense of the “black and oppressed man.”

“Cultural Marxism is a Marxist dialectic infused with Freudian theory and applied to identity and culture.” People are divided into groups, each with their own narrative of historical oppression. These groups are given the status of victimhood and thus all its members must fight together against the predetermined oppressors. The members then transform the perceived wrongs and resentments into full-blown hatred for Caucasians, resulting in protests, riots, and cultural revolution.

The Italian socialist Antonio Gramsci wrote that Christianity, the bedrock of Western European cultures, stands in the way of socialism. The fifth column inside these countries should be used to destroy the foundations of the Western culture, he wrote, thus enabling the advance of socialism at all levels of society.

The Marxist scholars of the Frankfurter School at the Institute for Social Research in Frankfurt, Germany, picked up Gramsci’s idea and, when they fled Hitler’s Germany, they brought it to New York where they started training Doctors of Education and Doctors of Philosophy.

They then indoctrinated Marxist teachers who influenced every generation of students in our public schools and universities, immersed in Marxist theory, with hate and disdain for their own country, its symbols, heroes, its Judeo-Christian roots, and its history.

Their ultimate goals were to seek power and to resolve the manufactured injustices, created by Cultural Marxists activists, with radical social engineering projects that will fundamentally and irreversibly change our society.

The celebrated hero of the radical left is Karl Marx, who, in collaboration with his friend Friedrich Engels, wrote that the history of all societies is a history of class struggles between two basic classes of people, the owners of the means of production (the exploiters) and those who sell their physical labor to survive (the exploited).

In socialist countries the means of production were owned by the omnipotent Communist Party-ruled government (the exploiters) and those who sold their labor for pennies a day, the proletariat (the exploited). A powerful force which enabled the tyrannical government to stay in power, was composed of police, military, and hundreds of thousands of paid snitches, Karens.

Marx was an intellectual bum who was allergic to work, content to be supported by his rich friends, while his large family suffered from his neglect and his lack of willingness to work in order to provide food and a decent existence. As the communist apparatchiks often repeated to each other, “hard work is for the tractors.”

Marx and Engels saw the oppressors and the oppressed in constant struggle and …”in a revolutionary reconstruction of society at large or in the common ruin of the contending classes.”

The duo believed that one day there will be peace instead of war and unity instead of opposition. Never mind that this statement “violated their own theory of dialectics which says nothing in nature can be at rest – everything is a unity of opposing forces.” (W. Cleon Skousen, The Naked Communist, 2014, p. 49)

And the root of all this class struggle, they said, is private property which must be abolished at all costs. There is no coincidence that U.N. Agenda 21/2030 states that private property is not sustainable and must be dispensed with to fulfill its 17 sustainable development goals.

Engels wrote that class hatred rose from private property. In the absence of private property there will be no greed, pride, selfishness, imperialism, and war. “Private property also had led to the necessity of creating the State.”

Having lived under the boot of socialism dictated by the Communist Party, I know firsthand that classes do exist, the communist party elites with their followers, and the poor proletariat whose private property had been confiscated by the Communist Party and distributed to the communist elites and their sycophants.

Karl Marx was the founder of “scientific socialism,” whose ideas, in collaboration with his benefactor Friedrich Engels, launched decades of pain, suffering, famine, killings, tortures, and forced labor camps for those whose ideas were divergent from communism. They were punished and sent to reeducation camps in the infamous gulags where many perished. The Marxist philosophy caused more than a century of oppression of people struggling to survive day bay day under the communist utopian boot.

Teen Vogue presented Karl Marx in 2018 in a rosy light, as the “anti-capitalist scholar and economist.” There is no mention at all how Marx’s dangerous ideas, applied in many Soviet satellite countries, have resulted in the death of 100 million innocents at the hands of the Communist Party totalitarian regimes. https://www.teenvogue.com/story/who-is-karl-marx?utm_campaign=falcon&utm_medium=social&mbid=social

“Scientific socialism” was an actual course taught yearly to both high school and college students in socialist Soviet satellite countries. The U.S. advisor, who looked at my transcript in 1980, laughed when he saw such a course. He said that they do not give college credit for Marxist indoctrination. Today I would probably get six hours credit and a trophy.

There is nothing scientific about socialism and it does not take care of people as the name implies. (socius, Latin for comrade, ally) Just as there is nothing “shared” under communism except misery, pain, and suffering. (communis, Latin for shared)

There are many overtly declared socialists and communists today in Congress and in state and local governments, yet they live under and profit from the capitalist market economy.

The World Workers Party, a self-defined “revolutionary Marxist Leninist communist party in the United States,” celebrated in May 2018 in New York 200 years since the birth of their guru, Karl Marx. The theme was Marx@200, the Class Struggle in the Age of Trump.

Never before has a sitting U.S. President been so vilified, disrespected, insulted, and maligned continuously by the radical left like President Trump has, a man who gave up a lot to help our country and to create a thriving economy for all until the Corona-19 virus plan-demic hit.

There is an insufferable, bizarre, and constant hateful rhetoric coming from the left and their Democrat Party’s divisive and anti-American platform which glorifies criminals, rioters, and looters.

Communism had been tried in 1620 in the Pilgrim Colony at Plymouth. This communist society of religious men and women was determined, due to their isolation, to succeed – they had to work to survive.

Governor William Bradford wrote that young single men resented having to work to sustain those less able to work, and for other men’s wives and children. Men’s wives did not want to be slaves to those who were not married, i.e., “dressing their meat, washing their clothes, etc., they deemed it a kind of slavery.”

The production of this communist colony was so low that “the colonists were faced with starvation.” The moral of this actual event was that the taking away of property and bringing it into a commonwealth was a huge mistake. Communism was abandoned in favor of free enterprise capitalism and the colony prospered.

Skousen wrote, “The Pilgrim Fathers had discovered the great human secret that a man will compel himself to go over so much further than he will permit anyone else to compel him to go.” (W. Cleon Skousen, The Naked Communist, 2014, p. 137)

Skousen continued, “Governor Bradford concluded that Communism is not only inefficient but that it is unnatural and in violation of the laws of God.”

A man named John Reed, a journalist, freshly returned from Moscow in March 1919 encouraged left wing socialists to form a communist party (a Third International copied after Marx’s First International to promote world revolution) in this country and to use “revolutionary activity to Sovietize America.”

And the violence and bombings (caused by communist activists) that followed are well documented by historical records but are certainly not taught in public schools, only Howard Zinn’s revisionist history.

Through young and brainwashed activists, talking points in support of communism were established. They are easily debunked:

-          Activists want to get rid of capitalism to save the planet
The planet does not need saving, Mother Nature is doing a fine job of coping and renewing itself with help from conservationists. Capitalism creates jobs and opportunities to succeed for all, while communist utopia crates slaves beholden to the omnipotent technocratic government.

-          Activists fight against war
Activists specializing in community organizing, agitation of the weak-minded, and indoctrination of the young compass-less would be better served to look for a real job and to contribute to the improvement of their fellow Americans of all races by volunteering instead of protesting for pay, building instead of burning neighborhoods and businesses that serve such neighborhoods, donating to needy families instead of looting, and cleaning instead of leaving tons of trash and destruction behind when they are done with the protest d’jour.

-          Liberation movements done in the name of fake problems and invented constructs
Everybody is free to work, to behave properly in polite society, when stopped by police, and to follow the rule of law. Apply yourselves, show up for work every day, don’t complain, renounce violence, stop being a protected minority, it is insulting to your intelligence and ability, pay taxes, use your time and money to study a meaningful subject matter that would result in employment, pursue useful skills that society needs instead of useless propaganda fluff majors, and integrate in society in a meaningful way. Social justice, racial justice, and environmental justice may seem like lofty goals, but jobs are scarce and temporary.

At the end of the day, radicalized young Americans are manipulated by the government, academia, and the media to gain control of society and to move it in the direction of socialism.  Cultural Marxism with its political correctness, multiculturalism, and anti-racism will degrade civilization and society for a long time.

The champions of violent Cultural Marxism, ANTIFA and BLM, are taking the country on a downward spiral with the blessing of federal, state, and local politicians who give them space to destroy, burn, and loot our once successful country, the envy of the world.

Eastern European countries are still trying to recover economically and emotionally after decades of Marxist oppressive rule by the violent Communist Party and their apparatchiks. Cultural Marxism will completely hamper their recovery and produce serious setbacks morally, economically, and financially.

Rule of Party of One

It is upsetting to find out that a principal asked a high school student to remove his baseball jersey at a game where everyone was encouraged to wear patriotic t-shirts.  His white jersey sported the American flag, the name Trump, and number 45. The student had to remove the shirt deemed as making questionable political statements and incite violence. It is hard to understand how our president’s name and number would incite violence. One may not agree with his policies but he is our president, governing over the best economy in decades.

But our country now is negatively transformed and divided by one party, the Democrats, who are busy inciting mob violence among their followers and even paying them to create violent mob situations in the public arena, wearing dark clothing and masks like the cowards that they are, harassing innocent Americans in restaurants, shooting Congressmen on a softball field, banging on the doors of the Supreme Court, blocking traffic in Portland while one policeman is watching, interrupting Senate hearings with chants of hatred, shoving elderly people and hurting peaceful protesters, carrying bats and injuring anyone who dares to wear a hat or t-shirt supporting our president or attending his rallies.

Democrats are masters at demonizing the opposition, accusing them of hate crimes, and calling them Nazis, bigots, xenophobes, islamophobes, racists, and many other descriptors of sheer hatred and intolerance. They are following in the footsteps of Soviet communists and Nikita Khrushchev’s “conquest without war” to fundamentally transform life around the globe.

Nothing could stand in the communists’ way. When Ukrainians refused to collectivize their agriculture, to give up their land and private property for the “greater good,” peasants were attacked with demeaning and dehumanizing words craftily chosen, “kulaks” and “enemies of the people.”

In the insane world of Bolshevism and communism, it was patriotic to kill the opposition. Stalin even “decreed the liquidation of the kulaks as a class.” During a very dark period of history, 1929-1933, the number of deaths rose to 10 million, with another 10 million placed in slave-labor camps in Siberia, Central Asia, and the Far North. (Conquest without War, Pocket Books Inc., 1961)

When Stalin tried to go further, asking permission to execute members of opposition groups within the Communist Party, the Politburo and the Central Committee refused. But it was only a temporary reprieve as the blood bath escalated.

After Sergei M. Kirov, a Politburo member, was killed by a young Party member, the annihilation of “class enemies” exploded. It is important to note that young party members were always the “useful idiots,” short on real knowledge, and long on ginned up ideological hatred and class animosity rhetoric.

Historians agree that Kirov’s murder was the signal to escalate the repression. Show trials wiped out all the Bolsheviks who led the Revolution, all the surviving members of Lenin’s Politburo. Communists ate their own useful idiots. They had dared to raise their voices against the carefully crafted cult of personality of Comrade Stalin and thus against the “teachings of Marx, Engels, and Lenin.”

Made-up, unfounded, and unproven accusations sent millions of useful idiot Russian communists and non-communists in front of the firing squad. It was a horrible way to get rid of the opposition.

It is for this reason that the recent Kavanaugh Supreme Court hearings in the American Senate were hard to watch and daunting as the “show trial,” complete with screaming paid communist Democrats in the gallery, was based on allegations from 36 years ago, and not corroborated by any credible evidence or believable witnesses.

It was eerily reminiscent of a Soviet-style “show trial.” Instead of the person being executed after the Soviet “show trial” where the outcome was already predetermined, in the American “show trial” called hearings, the accused’s entire life and professional life were assassinated in a legal system in which the accused is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty, not guilty until proven innocent.

Even though the Senate is not an actual court, the guilty “accused,” who had to prove his innocence, was already sentenced in the blaring court of public opinion.  The precedent has been set. If you ever find yourself in a real court and in a similar situation, who is going to come to your defense when you are already deemed guilty in the court of public opinion?

If you don’t have freedom of speech and assembly, and are afraid for your life in a public place, are you really free, or are you living under the rule of the party of one and their paid violent mobs?

Easy-Cheesy Socialist and Free College Degrees

“It is a socialist idea that making profits is a vice. I consider the real vice is making losses.”
Winston Churchill

Because I lived the utopian nightmare of socialism/communism, I think I am qualified to explain the big lie to the young men and women who dreamily and robotically applaud the socialist candidate, Bernie Sanders, for his promise of handouts and especially of free college education.

I am sure, the young  Americans, many with worthless easy-cheesy  social work and racial/gender studies degrees and some with worthy college degrees, who find themselves unemployed, will be happy to know that, under Bernie’s mega trillions economic plan, they will find themselves unemployed for free, no college debt. They will “Feel the Bern” of socialism and rejoice in it.

Education, like medical care, was free, but it came with huge strings attached and it was not worth much because the pay was equal, regardless of effort. And you had to go where the government decided to send you in order to pay back your indebtedness to government. Nothing was free, just because they said it was free, it was basic economics, even though socialists called it something else.

If you were an educator, you had to teach in a small and remote village without roads, running water, and electricity, housed in some primitive home with a thatched roof. If you were a doctor, you had to practice for years in a far-away community who had never seen a nurse in their lives or the inside of a hospital.

To get to your assigned post, you had to travel the last leg of your trip in an oxen-pulled wagon.  If you were an engineer, you had to go by train to different locations around the country where the dear leader was building his latest megalomaniacal projects. Nobody ate for free! You had to work, even if it was just sweeping streets, planting trees, weeding the fields, gathering crops, or digging ditches. Nobody was too educated for menial labor.

Before you were able to enter the university, you had to pass the muster of many examination boards, starting in middle school and college. If your grades were good, that was not enough; your communist pedigree and activism had to equally match your academic performance. If your parents were not members in good standing with the communist party and licked their boots, it did not matter how smart you were or how perfect your grades were. Your chance of getting in was slim to none. On the other hand, students who barely passed in high school but were children of prominent communist party leaders got in first. Membership in the communist elite had its privileges.

Free Castro-style medical care was one of the staples of socialism but it came with rationing of care, unqualified personnel, bribes to be seen on time or first, rationing of drugs, empty pharmacy shelves, and early and unnecessary death at the hands of uncaring and half-baked doctors and atrocious hospital conditions.

You should ask yourselves, if socialist health care is so great, why do Hollywood elites and wealthy foreigners seek treatment for their serious illnesses at the best hospitals money can buy in the United States? Why are they not going to Cuba? Michael Moore spoke non-stop about the superiority of Castro’s medical care when compared to our evil capitalist healthcare.

Did we get free cable? Not really, we got two channels daily and one educational channel at certain hours. And we had to pay every month voluntarily. Inspectors would show up unannounced randomly to check our passbook to make sure all the payment stamps were in order for both TV and radio subscriptions. Nobody got to listen to the dear leader’s Pinocchio speeches for free or to classical music.

We did get subsidized housing because salaries were so equally low. It wasn’t much space, 300-400 square feet, the size of a nice hotel room today, but it was in brand-new, concrete block apartments, with wonderful stairs we had to take turns to sweep and mop, and no elevators. The proletariat needed a good workout every day, going up and down.

Not only will you not get a free Prius or Smart Car, you will be lucky to ride the public transportation for a subsidized fee. We got to ride on buses with subsidized fares or we could walk as far as our feet could carry us. Biking was a daredevil’s adventure – many riders and pedestrians were run over by cars and buses. Life was pretty worthless in those times. Offenders still went to jail though.  And bikes disappeared before you could say “stolen.”

Dormitories looked like army barracks, with walls peeling paint like a bad manicure, and furnished with WWII-like era beds with chicken wire. University cafeterias served the standard fare, cabbage or soup with a few pieces of meat floating on top and plenty of cooking rapeseed oil and garlic to drown the lack of taste. Bread was plentiful, hard as a rock, and difficult to chew.

We got to go to the movies in a large group for one leu a viewing because we were so poor. It was the commie’s way to pacify the oppressed and throw them a bone once in a while in the form of subsidized movies, a concert, or a play. Only the elites could afford such entertainment on a regular basis.

For those of you young and entitled Americans who like the idea of anything free, especially marijuana clinics, rest-assured that, under communism, you will be put in jail for any drug use and they will lose the key forever.

There was plenty of booze and cigarettes but income was so equally low, you had to give up other important staples in order to buy them. You could drown your miserable life and sorrow in cheap vodka or home-made “tzuica” and darken your lungs with economical “Marasesti” cigarettes. It is still quite fashionable to smoke all over Europe today. You cannot look cool and sophisticated without a lit cigarette and a cup of very bitter and thick coffee.

But don’t take my word for it, vote for Bernie Sanders or his Democrat Alinsky-style adversary, and you shall “Feel the Bern” while you stand in line in sub-zero temperatures to get your “free” welfare rations.

For all my “free” education I received under communism, I had to pay the state back the sum they decided it was worth, once I left the country to live free in the United States. Why should the “capitalist pigs and spies” benefit from my excellent communist education?

Freedom has a heavy price but young people are mesmerized by the empty words of current communists because they never studied their history or forgot what little they did know and are now going to repeat it, with disastrous results.

And those of you who are so accustomed to smart phones, iPad, iPhone, blackberries, laptops, and other gadgets, Smart Cars, your expensive bikes, remember that equal and meager pay will not buy you such luxuries. And, if you are on welfare and the government is providing them, they can be taken away just as easily as they are given.

Look at the “free” healthcare you are now getting under Obamacare for a hefty monthly premium, huge deductions, and large fines for non-compliance (in 2016, $695 or 2.5% of income, whichever is greater), if you are lucky to find a physician who will accept your worthless government insurance, or find a qualified specialist within your area. Stories of the victims of such socialist healthcare are beginning to filter through the Internet.

The fact that Stalinists, Leninists, and Bolsheviks cannot possibly deliver on any of their promises is exemplified by Dr. Aurel Mircea, a medical doctor, who grew up under communism and eventually fled to freedom in the United States.

“The founders of European Socialism, the Marxist-Leninist scholars, all a bunch of ideologues without the slightest experience in job-creation, advocated free education from k-12 and college. When the communist economies held a tight grip on the people’s lives, the slogan promulgated all over was “Social Equality.” Sure, by then, everybody was equally miserable and poor. As far as the education was concerned, everyone was equally brainwashed and forced to accept revised history, junk science, fabricated political data, and submission to the rules of the Proletarian Dictatorship. The trend still continues to this day, all over the word, shrewdly disguised as new democracies and social justice.”

I Can't Believe This is Happening in America

My “I Can’t Believe This is Happening to America” list is growing larger by the day. It is so vast now, I can write a book. Would my book have an audience? Judging by the eagerness with which most Americans have embraced the transformational hope and change of our country to communist utopia, the answer is no.

I can’t believe New Yorkers have elected a blatant Marxist as their mayor. I can’t believe Terry McAuliffe is the governor of Virginia. The American men who fought in the Revolutionary War must be turning in their graves knowing that the hallowed ground in Virginia they defended against the British tyranny is now run by Marxist Democrats.

I voted last Tuesday, I took with me to the precinct a piece of toilet paper I found on my last trip to Romania, a “former” communist country where the apparatchiks went underground for a while and are  now resurfacing with a vengeance. Twenty-four years later, the commies have not perfected the intricate art of making toilet paper – it was covered with splinters within the layers. On the bright side, this time toilet paper was available and I did not have to fight hundreds of people in line for three hours in order to purchase one roll. I showed my strip of toilet paper to the people who were checking I.D.s asking them if this was the kind of country they wanted. Most laughed, did not realize that I carried this over 7,000 miles with me, and turned back to their duties to make sure all the low information and illegal citizens voted. Why bother? It won’t happen here, we have everything, and we live in the land of abundance – for now.

It was a cruel joke to pretend that poll watchers were making sure voting was legitimate.  All illegal aliens in my county have driver licenses. There is no place on the driver’s license that says, illegal or non-citizen, you cannot vote. Dead people voted early and repeatedly. The 2010 Census said that our county’s population grew by 40 percent in the last ten years and most of that growth came from the illegal alien population. They are not hiding in the shadows as progressives/Marxists say, they are living around us with no fear or deportation or shame of criminality.

I can’t believe our government would make 12 ads portraying young people, Millennials, as promiscuous individuals whose only goal in life is to hook up and engage in dangerous sexual activities with strangers and in life-altering practices for self-gratification. This is America, they should not have to control themselves, they have the freedom to be immoral – if it feels right, do it. But not to worry, if they enroll in Obamacare, the government will pay for all their mistakes, STDs, unwanted children, and all other purposeful missteps in life that have serious consequences.

I can’t believe that government would take control over our bodies, over every facet of our lives, break so many laws in such a short period of time that I’ve lost count, with nobody protesting, impeaching, or sending the offenders to prison.

I can’t believe our stellar medical care that is beneficial to Americans and people around the world is in such a state of chaos that quality and quantity may be gone in just a few short months. Doctors must be invited to participate in Obamacare in order for patients to keep their doctors in the exchanges and the selection process is secret.

I can’t believe our faith has been attacked to the point that Christians are cowering under the fear of government. Priests and men of cloth are beginning to preach communism every Sunday and support Islam.

I can’t believe the number of mosques that are mushrooming around the country literally overnight. But then we are tolerant in America to the point of foolishness while most Muslim countries do not tolerate Christianity except until recently, Egypt.

Hollywood does not make much fuss over the killing of Christians in Egypt and elsewhere. I wonder what keeps them from saving Tibet. I’ve seen “save Tibet” and “coexist” bumper stickers for decades now; Tibet is not saved, Darfur is still an awful place for non-Muslims and the only people willing to coexist are the Christians, not the Marxists or the Muslims.

I can’t believe our military is being destroyed and TSA goons with unreasonable power are in charge of our flying “safety.”

I can’t believe police is everywhere, cavity searching, car searching, and home searching, with or without probable cause, with or without warrants. I can’t believe most judges are now communist activists litigating from the bench the rules of Marxist utopia.

I can’t believe NSA is listening in, gathering data, and recording everything we do in the same vein that the Stasi in East Germany were spying on, listening in, and keeping detailed written records of the “Lives of Others.”

I can’t believe border patrols are told not to watch our borders. I can’t believe the illegal aliens’ blatant disregard for our laws and the gall to demand equal rights with Americans at the National Mall in D.C. while our veterans were denied access to the same mall where their memorials were erected.

I can’t believe Islam has infiltrated our country so deeply that imams are now demanding and succeeding in some parts of the country in installing Sharia Law as part of our legal system in violation of our Constitution.

I can’t believe our schools in many states are now bowing down to Islam while forbidding our Christian traditions, national anthem, the Pledge of Allegiance, and our flag.

I can’t believe our doctors, medical care, and medical life and death decisions are now residing with 16,000 IRS agents who work with numbers but will decide and approve the necessity of our medical procedures.

I can’t believe people with rap sheets of criminality are now “navigators,” tasked to enroll Americans in Obamacare, and trusted with personal information, inviting massive fraud.

I can’t believe our military has turned into a compliant army of the administration, where sensitivity training towards gays and transgenders trumps our national security.

I can’t believe we are turning our food supply, preparation, and delivery to the Chinese and a few very large corporations.

I can’t believe we are turning into a welfare nation supported by part-time workers who cannot find jobs because they’ve been shipped overseas in the quest for cheap labor or because of the expensive cost of Obamacare that employers must partially bear.

I can’t believe our property rights, zoning, and water usage, passage, mineral and fossil fuel exploration rights will be turned over to the United Nations.

I can’t believe that our small arms will be confiscated eventually under the guise of the Small Arms Treaty.

I can’t believe most Americans are so gullible to believe the global warming hoax and the manufactured “consensus” paraded as faux science in the face of real scientific evidence to the contrary.

I can’t believe our currency has been so debased through the work of the Federal Reserve System which has been buying $85 billion worth of bonds each month, propping up Wall Street, not Main Street.

I can’t believe that 29 progressives wrote Common Core education standards, using $178 million in funds from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, with the intent of turning our children into good little communist subjects, yet Americans think that is good for the country. I can’t believe that the curriculum was not scrutinized by those in charge from the 45 states that adopted Common Core indoctrination.

I can’t believe that our education will be further dumbed down towards the collective mindset where American exceptionalism that gave us all the technological developments in the last 150 years will be relegated to the dust bin of history.

I can’t believe that we lost our country to Marxists and everybody seems to be preoccupied by the latest episode of their favorite reality show, sports team, vampire show, and witch show.

The Romans were dulled and bought with “pane et circenses,” bread and circuses, and their end came at the hands of the invading hoards who refused to learn Latin and wanted to have what the Romans had, instant prosperity, property, and power.

My list of “I Can’t Believe This is Happening in America” grows each day. At what point my country is no longer America remains to be seen.
